We had a great room on the roof, beautiful light, lovely terrace. Breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great Location.
Other rooms where dark and damp.
location in middle of old town. beach and harbour nearby. plenty of places to eat. hotel quaint.
not easy to find hotel. concerned when eventualy found location. but once inside was quite comfortable.
Authentic raid and nice service
N/a. WiFi poor
The people, the breakfast, the bedroom, the location, the neighbourhood, etc.
The wifi signal was not very strong in the bedroom downstairs. But is was fine everywhere else.
Situated an easy 3 min walk into the medina, really helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but perfect start to the day . I kite-surfed all week and some times did the beach walk in the morning around 20 mins to YouSurf, or a 5 mins taxi. Would stay again
The staff is very well organized and helps a lot. The Riad is kept very nicely and neat.
The room that we had was maybe quite small but adequate to the price we paid.
Location really good.
Got a different room as booked
Location, staff, breakfast, interior, terrace and that common area is spacious, tidy, clean, and interestingly decorated.
There are many different rooms in 3 connected houses and some of those rooms are probably very clean, but mine wasn't. On the other hand, it had an outside window so that was great.
The location the Medina The rooftop terrace The big rooms The friendliness of staff The simplicity The price
Little noisy sometimes because many rooms
Good value for money
Beautiful building and decor. Friendly staff.
Well located, very friendly and helpful staff particularly Muhammad. They have a bikes to rent which is an excellent way to go around.
Should pay attention to the shower because it overflows.
Great location in the medina, very nice decor in the common areas.
Great location, very friendly staff, clean and attractive décor, nice breakfast, good WiFi in room.
I liked everything.
Wow. It's real MArrocan jewel. Nice, clean riad with authentic marocan style. And staff is extremely helpful, open and friendly. Perfect English and good sence of humour. They have nice terace. It was one of our best places to stay during our two weeks trip all over Marocco
the only place in Marocco where we don't have any complains. Everything was perfect:)
Very clean and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing. The staff of the hotel is very helpful, they gave me a map and recommend me the best places and restaurant to visit.
Excellent location and very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible( including changing our room as we were unhappy to not have a window) . We were moved to a fantastic terrace room on the top floor.
First room we were offered had no windows and smelt damp. Second room was bright and airy but the third bed was very hard and very uncomfortable
beautiful riad, professional good english speaking and helpful receptionists, well located, not far from the main road and not far from the beach. comfortable, quiet. good choice.
Extremely helpful and kind. Excellent location.
Having to leave at end of vacation.
!´ve stayed at the riad twice, during the last year and i´ll certaintly come back - location is good (easy to find) - staff´s realy nice - it´s very "auchentic", and so forth..VERY good Money for the value: Best recommandations!!!!!! Yours, Eva from Denmark
This is a conveniently-located riad, just off the main street in the medina. It is beautifully decorated with a small roof garden. Very friendly staff!
Located in the center of Essaouira's medina provide easy access to all touristic areas of the town. Staff really cared a lot and offered help where possible. Recommendations for food where good and very fair. Daily clean towels and room service. Traditional and authentic Riad, you get a good feeling of maroc's spirit.
Riads are noisy. You hear everyone and everyone hears you. Front door closes at around 10pm and you need to knock in order to get in. When you are out partying and come back at around 1am you might be end up knocking for 10 mins and feel bad cause you woke the night guard up to let you in. Breakfast is good but consists only of bread (sweet and normal) confiture, butter and coffee or tea. Get boring after a while. Out of season it's a bit cold and the electric heater doesn't do a very good job. I had a save feeling leaving my stuff there but a safe would be nice anyway.
The staff pleasant and very informative and helpful. Breakfast was great....continental but as much as we wanted. Will recommend and return.
Excellent value for the money, very nice staff. Yes irratic shower, but hey it's an old building so goes with the territory. Just have a shower later in the day.
Nothing, very lovely
