The Riad had the perfect balance of traditional Moroccan and Home comforts. The family were really warm and welcoming and happy to help as much as they could. They even packed us a breakfast on the last day as we had to leave really early. The riad is in the south of the old Medina which is a little calmer than the centre but still in the main hub. The breakfast was just the right size and it offered more than all the other places we visited. The family were able to recommend great places to eat at a reasonable price which was refreshing after a day of being offered 'tourist' prices. We strongly recommend to those who want a taste of Moroccan culture without breaking the bank.

This riad was quiet and relaxing and ideal for couples. The wifi was really quick.

I went with a group of lads and this isnt an ideal place for young guys to stay. We were told to be quiet at night as everyone was trying to sleep when we were just talking and laughing. The location was terrible, in small alleyways that looked intimidating and we kept getting lost and nothing special nearby. The riads air con didnt work and the toilet didnt have a lock or a roof, just a wall separating the bedroom from bathroom. The staff had limited english so couldnt communicate at all. We stayed there for one night and booked another hotel the next day, staff didnt give us refund for the days we didnt stay.

Location in the medina, close to the centre. Owners were very friendly and helpful, although very little English was spoken ( we could communicate reasonably in French ). The riad was very traditional, which is what we wanted. It was also clean and comfortable. Overall we had a very nice stay and an enjoyable holiday.

    Nothing

    - Worst experience ever. - They lied on the website about pool and airconditioning. - The staff was extremely rude and does not speak a word of English. - It was a nightmare to find the place since the staff were not willing to help us at all. - The Riad is filthy and stinky (literally). Photos are deceptive. - Even though I confirmed by email at time of booking that I will pay by credit card, they demanded cash when we were checking in at 11pm in the night and threatened to throw us out if we did not pay cash in advance. - The breakfast was stale and there was absolutely nothing for the children to drink. When we asked for water for the children at breakfast they demanded money. When I complained about it, the lady Sana threw the coins back at us and started shouting. We were lucky that it didnt hurt anyone but unbelievable behaviour. - Dont even think about this Riad, you will be spoiling your holiday.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a lovely pastry breakfast and very close to the souk. Beautiful, original decor, loved it

We spent 2 nights in this traditional ryad. The place is beautiful, typical marocan house. And the owners are really nice and helpful.

Cold water in the shower on the first night. Our room was located next to the street. It was a little bit noisy at night.

It was a beautiful riad, with very friendly owners who live in the house as well. They don't speak much English... The Family room we stayed in was nice, big enough for it. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were very cold, there was a heater in the room but no remote to turn it on, and when we asked, we were just offered blankets. Rather noisy at times, definitely not soundproof.

The family that manages the Riad is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and tea were delicious. As a family with 4 kids, it was nice that we could all fit in one room.

Very clean and quite comfortable accommodation. The location is nice.

The location is nice, but very hard to find it. Parking for car is not near, but still it is quite well accessible.
