We had our own private riad/house with a seperate intrance and private roofterrace, according the reservation it was 50m2 but it was much bigger and very quiete. The location is perfect. I would recommend it to everybody if you are with 4 persons!

The only very small thing is that this riad is about 50 mtr from the original riad, you had a telephone to call them if you had a question.

The architectural design of this Riad is outstanding. It's a mix between African and Moroccan style. We really enjoyed staying in that atmosphere. We got the Junior Suite, we stayed for just one night. I can recommend staying here.

In the shower, something was broken in the shower head. That should have been fixed.

Location. Although very well hidden it's right in the middle of everything in the Medina and yet very quiet.

A bit cold in the room since the heater did not work properly. Also it would have helped if the Riad had suggested to pick us up at the airport (which other Riads do). We couldn't have found it without the assistance of a local "guide" (well worth the 20 dirham) but would have preferred pick-up from Riad staff.

    1. Excellent location - very close to Square (Jamaa-el-Fnaa). Trust me it matters! ; 2. Very friendly & helpful staff ; 3. Decently priced.

    1. Shower not enclosed (so others cannot be in the room at the same time) ; 2. No basin in toilet (have to go upstairs to bathroom).

This is Morocco! It is very traditional, detailed designs on almost every parts of the building, good price and the staff we so nice! They welcomed us with mint tea and all the breakfast were good. Loves it! Thanks!

Internet is not available in some parts of the room. Otherwise, everything is good!

The staff were very friendly. Our host spoke good English. We were able to communicate in French with the rest of the staff. We were told when we arrived that the suite that was booked for us (family room accommodating 5)Beas not available. We were given two options. We settled on a suite which was fantastic. Lots of room both interior and exterior on the terrace. The walk to the centre square is two minutes. No concerns with safety.

The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was not operating when we arrived. However, it was repaired the following day and there were no further problems. Finding a hotel in the medina is often a challenge for travelers. As taxis cannot drop you off at the door, it is best to have a local guide you. There will be many that are eager to take you for a few dirham. Our driver gave us general directions but no trouble finding our way with a local.
