On one of the main avenues in Marrakech, this entirely soundproof hotel offers panoramic views of the Atlas, the Koutoubia, and Mohammed VI Avenue.
Score from 374 reviews Very good
This riad is situated in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina (historic quarter). Set around a central patio, sheltered by trees and with a central fountain. It offers 4 individually-decorated rooms.
Score from 126 reviews Wonderful

Score from 74 reviews Wonderful
The location was good. Very close to the main square of Marrakech.
The pictures of our room (Swina la Gazella) shown on Booking.com were pictures of another room. We expected to have a bath, but ended up with a small shower. The room Swina la Gazella is on the ground floor, which is noisy. The funiture of the room was outdated and the room was quite humid.
location, staff, quirkiness
The location was great, decor great, staff great - it was a GREAT Riad!
Nothing; we would highly recommend this Riad for the 'Riad' experience.
Very friendly and welcoming Riad which was beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location. Breakfast was delicious and it felt very homely.
Only that other guest were a little loud when leaving early in the morning and being on the ground floor we were woken up each morning.
No ventilation in room, very hot and don't have air conditioner. And the swimming pool is little.
Maybe more updated such as real showers and hair dryers
the staff at Chouia Chouia..( "little by little" ) really made this stay enjoyable. Moustaffa the manager with his "don't worry be happy" greetings, and Mohammed with our morning breakfast on the rooftop were spot on hosts. these are really nice people who aim it is to make you feel like this is your home.
the Tagine's in the closeby medina overloaded with olives..they give a salty taste to the other nice flavours. when ordering get them to bring olives seperately then add your own
almost everything. staffs are really excellent and super nice, they could arrange your transport to airports and help you with many things. there is free wifi.
there is no 'real' door in the bathroom, little bit uncomfortable
Mohamed and Massoude were so helpful and made me feel very welcome. that was exactly what I needed as a single traveller. lovely traditional rooms and yummy Moroccan breakfast
bedsheats didnt smell particularly clean but maybe thats just the washing powder
Near the square Traditional Nice Staff who do try hard to please Nice little cooling pool
Poor bathroom privacy Old bedding plus not so comfortable Terrible lack of basics such as no coffee machine, water and drinks on offer to buy or any sort of food snacks facilities Breakfast bland and boring albeit sufficient tasteless bread and crepes with nice jam. May i suggest better crunchier bread and/or eggs of some sort of protein not just carbs and sugar!
Really helpful and pleasant staff, great location: it meant that although it was boiling in July we could walk to the main square in 5 mins and then return back to the Riad and have a refreshing dip in the pool, which was wonderful. Aestheticly it was a delight, with great places to hang out and relax.
We had the room for three people and it was very hot as the air con wasn't very efficient but the room itself suited well.
Quite close to the square Jemaa el-Fnaa and 24-houes vigilance in the street that direct you to the Riad. Wifi within the room.
Better eat and drink outside the Riad, the value for money on food and drinks is not good.
Staff, decoration, sun terrace, good WiFi everywhere.
Great location(really closed from Jemaa Square) even if you will be in the need of someone to bring you there the first time Very nice rooftop terrace and traditional maroocan dinner.
We stayed at Becker's room in the ground floor. It is not a really private room:It's next to the main entrance, to the swimming pool and to the place where people have their breakfast or dinner. Don't expect much from the staff:We requested having breakfast half an hour before the normal time(our last day in the riad), they agreed and they never showed up!They didnt even send us an email apologizing...that's not very profesional!
The guys working here do their best to answer any questions and be very welcoming. The breakfast is very nice and filling, we were able to enjoy it on the beautiful sunny terrace even at the end of December. We had dinner a couple of times and it's really delicious and good value! The main square is really close, really 2 minutes walk, and there are night guards walking you back in the small alleys after dark.
The wifi signal is quite weak. This place is impossible to find on your own when you arrive, I suggest the staff provides a very detailed map of the location. If you walk around with luggage you will automatically be stopped by young moroccans who want to take you to the riad, of course they will want to be paid. I feel that could be easily avoided with good directions.
The staff were amazing, very helpfull, accommodating excellent altitude and good command of English .
The bed and tHe room down very humid.they need to have new furniture
We chose the hotel for its location and were not dissapointed. It was very close to the square and east to get back to. The staff were very helpful especially when we had a problem with our pick up.
Location Roof terrace Friendly helpfull staff
Room was damp on ground floor and had mould on surfaces. Place needed cleaning and updating, dusty, crumbling walls, awkward electrics.
Fantastic location, once you work out the route through the alleyways! The staff were wonderfully helpful.
