The beds are really hard, especially the single bed in one of the three-room beds. The wifi is ok for checking mail, a map etc. but nothing more, and it's a bit choppy.
Beautiful rooms and yard, clean, great staff, good breakfast (eggs, yoghurt, bread, marroccan pancakes, cheese, fresh juice, tea/coffee). Fairly quiet considering the location.

From the first day of my arrival tired from my trip to my surprice! the room was dirty and the bathroom garbage basket was full of rubbish, even the bed stink and was full of sweat and dirty stains of unknown provenance and wine, I demand to please clean the toilet and they only removed the garbage, and they change the dirty sheets, I tried to forget about the bad beguinning but next day the nightmare just started, if you like a warm breakfast you are in the wrong place here, they placed all the breakfast in all the tables since early in the morning included the highlight of the breakfast of 1 boiled egg, and coffee and milk in a thermo bottle regardless to say that by the time you sit to enjoy your breakfast you find everything cold and full of birds excremet which they never remove from table or plates. The toilet was liking 3 days long the room was flooded with sewer water and the smell was disgusting, i ask the manager to change me to another room but he refused and ignore me, even do i paid for 2 weeks, he didnt show interest and said all rooms were occupied (even do that wasent truth an employe told me that one room was free).he didnt agree of a discount either for the 3 days with floaded room and workers trying unsuccesfully to repair the damage 2 days inside my my bathroom. The last thing that happen that I find really disrespecful was that after paying in advance one dinner value in 13 euros with 20 euros to one employe they never give me the changed and when i demand the change the manager and Owner Mohammed said i did not pay the dinner and that i need to pay "again", i refuse to do so and ask to speak with the employe i hand the money to, and nobody seem to remember anything until i got really upset and the employe start to remember until next day and excuse herself saying it was a misunderstanding, I expected the manager to said something to me an apology but he said nothing to me and still not give the changed of the money until i demand it.

We loved our stay at Riad Dalia, so much so that we decided to spend our entire time in Marrakech staying with the lovely Riad Dalia staff, Mohamed, Dounir and Kadijia. Riad Dalia offers guests traditional style accommodation including amazing home cooked Moroccan dinners at very reasonable prices. We felt very much at home here and we will definitely be spending our next Marrakech trip at Riad Dalia.
