I cannot say enough good about this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel and our room was beautiful. The whole experience was wonderful. |

La decoracion del hotel, estilo palacio, y los antiguos y bellos objetos de decoracion. El problema es que a la habitacion le faltaba luz y aireacion. Desayuno continental un poco escaso, poca variacion, y la comida o cena si se queria hacer en el rial creo que era un poco cara, 20 euros por persona.Por lo demas el hotel rial muy bonito y elegante Habitacion un poco oscura y poco ventilada.NO Habia posibilidad de comer o cenar en el hotel algo sencillo y ligero, solo habia cena a 20 euros y por reservas. |

Lo bonito que es y su buena localización. Colchón cama supletoria no muy cómodo y cama demasiado pequeña. Creo que de la 1ª a la 2ª noche no limpiaron, al menos las toallas no estaban ni dobladas (por supuesto no digo que las cambiaran), ni añadieron jabón, ni champú, ... |

me parece magnifico, el edificio, la situacin dentro de la medina y sobre todo el personal que es maravillosamente atento en todo momento,sin poner nunca ninguna pega a nada y facilitandote todo lo que esta en sus manos, tanto por parte de los propietarios como por sus trabajadores en especial Azedine que es un encanto de persona, nos ayudaron a descubrir Fes con sus consejos |
