The riad is centrally located, the place Jamâa el Fna is only a 10 min walk away. Nicole is a wonderful host, who warmly welcomes her guests, provides lots of very useful information about sights and excursions and who is always avaible to her guests. The Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is a great start into the day. We would always stay again in this riad and enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere!

We HIGHLY recommend this riad to anyone travelling to Marrakesh. Nicole instantly made us feel right at home and welcomed us as if we were family. She was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some amazing restaurants and things to do. The rooms were lovely and large, comfortable beds and was generally very quiet and peaceful for being in the middle of the medina. The location was fantastic, short stroll to the main square and a lot of eating/main attractions close by. We have absolutely nothing negative to say and wonderful choice for your holiday in Marrakesh.

That was our first visit of Marrakech. Nicole, the owner, make us feel as comfortable as possible, even giving us better room for the same price.Very calm stay, next to very busy Medina, gave us lots of relax. Great breakfast and fun conversations about life with Nicole... Fully enjoyable!!!

the service and hospitality were exemplary, from the pick up at the airport until saying goodbye. The riad itself is a haven of peace and quiet in the middle of the turmoil of the medina, which is a lovely contrast. At night, we were really happy to go back to this relaxed 'riad' after another impressive day in town. But most important for the wonderful time we had in Marrakech was the knowledgable owner, Nicole Larochette, who gave us very good advice and tips on things to see and do. If you stay here, You might as well leave your guidebook at home.

We were very happy to stay at Riad Coram. Like in all riads, privacy is a bit limited, because the inside walls are thin. However, no noice is coming in from the street.

Nicole is the perfect hostess, and will make sure you get the most out of your stay. But do make sure book an airport transfer. I plan to return to Dar Coram but this time with my wife.

Nicole is an amazing host. She helped us organise our two days, from transportation, tips in the Medina to eating out. She really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend her Riad. The location is ideal, it is comfortable and breakfast is delicious!

Warm welcome by the owner (feels like visiting grandma); tree in the patio; great breakfast; hot water and heating (not available in some other hotels in Morocco); Wi-Fi (though signal weak in the room).

Additional charges apply for using a baby cot.

Staying in riad Dar Coram was great way to get to know Marrakech - it is very well located (in the heart of Medina, near all important locations like Ben Youssef Medresa, Djemaa el-fna square...) For the host, Nicole, it’s not enough to say that she is friendly – you will really feel like you have stayed at your aunt’s place :) . She will answer all your questions, give you great suggestions and every morning will introduce you some new Moroccan cuisine specialty :) I would definitely stay again at Nicole’s and recommend her riad to all my friends

Guesthouse is located in a nicely refurbished courtyard house in a family neighborhood, a short walk to attractions but set away from the noise and crowds. Pleasant shaded balcony on the top floor. Nice selection of local-style foods served with breakfast. The owner, Nicole, is a true gem with an obvious dedication to making her guests feel comfortable and at home. She did so much to help me feel safe in the neighborhood, choose activities in the area, and make arrangements for the rest of my trip. Would happily recommend her guesthouse to other first-time visitors to Marrakech.

Absolutely outstanding - from any point of view! Usually the owner of a place like this is living off site - often even on a different continent. Here your host ist a french woman who is living on site and is takeing outstanding care of her guests. Nicole made a big impact on the quality of my stay in Marrakech. She is not only providing you a quality stay that you are used from European/US guest houses but also very valualble assistance when planning your day. And every day starts with a really great brakfast! I would choose to stay here anytime - indeed.

    Couldn´t think of anything...

We just got back from a week’s holiday in Marrakesh where we 2 young ladies stayed at Riad Dar Coram under the care of our Aunti Nicole (That is how we started calling her after a few days). We really felt like someone was taking care of us and tried to help and advise us the best way she can. I got sick day 3 and spent almost 2 days inside the Riad and Nicole really did her best to make me feel better like taking the Tea to my room when I didn’t show up at breakfast (which were really nice fresh breakfasts by the way). The Riad is close by Djema el fna, although we got lost like 3 times (but always found our way back in the end). If you listen closely to Nicole’s directions that won’t happen to you. Enough to do/see in Marrakech, and easy to arrange travels to other sites. To bad my sickness caused us to miss out on our tour to the sahara but it still was a really nice week in Marrakech. If you want a warm welcome and feel like home go to stay at “Aunti” Nicole.
