Very Quiet and peaceful inside and location on the outside. its a hidden comfort zone within easy reach of the main square 15 minutes walk. no traffic on this street. staff very friendly and helpful.

Need another breakfast after the one provided. No door on Bathroom, only curtain. No ventilation in toilet, cant open window as people passing. can do with a bug spray in rooms, as its expected to have little moths or insects in that climate. swimming pool unheated, cold even in mid april during our visit.

Good breakfast, although this is the same everyday so becomes a little tiresome after a few days.

Staff were not very attentive. Sometimes it was impossible to find them around then hotel when you need to speak with them. Overall, a good stay.

i got there around 9pm and was leaving at 730am. at check-in i requested to have breakfast, which is included, at 7am. the guy at the reception said yes and stated that it will be ready....yeah in the morning, no one at reception so i copied what the other couple did and just left the room key on the table...and NO BREAKFAST. so i overpaid for a place to stay in marrakech.

Riad appears as 'original' with a wealth of decorative Moroccan tiling.....loads of greenery, a haven of peace and tranquility. All Staff v. friendly and helpful. ATM and Shop close-by and a 20min. walk from Central Market Square but loads of cheap taxis! Yippee - no TV!! ......but we did have an enormous bed and a huge suite. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Really rate this Riad.

    Lack of a local restaurant.

Loved the setting, really cool space close to Marrakesh main square. My friends and I were all saying how we wished we had more time to spend there.

    Bad wifi reach,

Loved the warm welcome, architecture, the sun terrace, the pool area, the serene and very peaceful vibe all around the riad! Very clean and prompt service as well, perfect location for the peace seekers that don't want to be too far from all the action! Would definitely stay again!

I loved everything about the riyad! A truly magical place that I didn't want to leave. I would have happily stayed there all day rather than wonder around. The staff is very friendly and nothing is too much to ask. I couldn't stop taking pictures of it and it seems even now, as a beautiful dream. Fantastic if you like an authentic riyad with the right balance between comfort and authenticity.

Not much to like. The low point of our travels in Morocco.

This Riad was appallingly run. Please be warned that the people that manage this place are dishonest and unscrupulous. When we were asked to pay directly upon arrival we made arrangements, clearly discussed and understood, for me to transfer funds and pay later that day or the next morning. It was very clearly understood that it was not possible for me to pay from the credit card listed on and that I would need to pay from a different credit card. From that point onwards the managing staff were never to be found (which was frustrating also because we had several issues with power, hot water and lack of fresh towels in our room), while the cleaning staff spoke no English or German and for some reason were unable to contact the managing staff. On the night before we left I finally caught one of the managers and made arrangements to pay immediately, to which he agreed. While I went up stairs to get my credit card he disappeared. I texted him several times that night, but heard nothing back. The next morning when we attempted to communicate that we needed to pay, the woman serving breakfast simply presented us with the credit card receipt which had been charged five days earlier only a couple of hours after the conversation about the need to pay from another credit card. This caused a considerable amount of time-consuming administrative correction, which included a fee from my bank and of course many expensive international mobile calls. The extremely dishonest way with which the managing staff conducted business, including outright lying, made this an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience – the real low-point of our six weeks in Morocco. Added to this the Riad was dirty and the breakfast included in the price was served extremely late on one occasion while not being served at all on another. It is poorly situated in relation to the sites of the city, which means lots of extra walking or taxi riding.

Lovely Riad in a good location walking distance to the main sites in Marrakech. The courtyards of the Riad are lovely as is the pool and terrace for breakfast. The room was nice, good size with breakfast. Had air conditioning in the room which worked well and allowed for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was a good size. Had lunch at the Riad one day which was beef skewers, salad and fruit. Simple and not the cheapest, but by far one of the best meals we had in 2 weeks in Morocco. Loved the parrots and resident turtle in the garden. Would stay there again.

Not so easy to find the Riad. Not inside the medina/souks which we thought was a good thing but others might prefer it be right in the centre of the action
