I kept bumping my head on the decorative walls. Wifi was spotty, especially up higher. Breakfast was good but mostly carbs. Asked us to fill out a pretty long survey before leaving (we didn't have time). Everyone expects a tip
Staff aims to please you by organizing trips and coordinating breakfast. Always have a bottle of water ready for you. Beautiful, decorative decor with a great view from the roof deck.

Internet was a bit intermittent sometimes but this has been the same at all 4 places we've stayed in Morocco.
The staff - in particular Abdullah - were amazing. We had exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble and this was a huge help when making arrangements for cr hire / trips / visiting other towns etc. The riad itself is very pretty with large rooms and lots of communal areas for relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious. The location was a great spot not far from one of the main roads in a part of the medina that felt more calm and peaceful than other areas. I felt fine walking around this area as a woman alone.

The kind helpful staff and our room.

Wifi in the own room is poor (in the living room it's okay).
Perfect location, quiet but also central, close to the touristic center. Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you! Wonderful atmosphere in the riad, beautiful oriental room. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Marrakech!

We had a triple room and he overall accommodation was ok but the rooms were tiny and two of the beds had broken springs making them very uncomfortable. The actually room floors were dirty upon arrival and the rooms were freezing at night time. The water for showers only stayed warm for one person to shower before turning stone cold! Additionally, the rooms do not have proper locks. Food: we availed of the authentic Moroccan meal on the first night in the Riad. We found the meal was overpriced almost double what you would pay locally and we were given no food choices which were disappointing as I do not eat olives and our food was covered in them. Additionally our desert was two oranges sliced up and served which is not a proper desert. Breakfast consisted of pancakes and cakes everyday with no alternatives...which gets a little repetitive after a few days, especially when you normally eat healthy. Please note this area and the overall Medina area is not safe for female travelers travelling without a male or for single female travellers. The Riad is down multiple alleyways and going getting it involved being frequented harassed and followed by my men who shouted abuse or demanded money to escort you to your Riad. We were followed 3 out of our four nights here. My advice is to visit the Medina/ old quarter but stay in the new quarter which is cheaper, has hot water, better food and you are not constantly harassed by the locals.
I did not like the accommodation or staying in the Median area as it was to rough at night time. It is fine to visit but stay in the new quarter.

A little disappointed that the plunge pool isn't heated in winter and was therefore not usable during our stay in February.
The wonderful staff: Abdulla, Elouafi, Imane and Fatima. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, including preparing evening meals even if we hadn't ordered in advance, and cooking local specialities at our request.

Room was cold. The bathroom is not completely separated from the room and it has no door. So it is uncomfortable and humid as well. Breakfast was good but quite small.
Staff was very helpful Very good location

The staff are great. Friendly and very helpful. Great location. A few minutes walk to the square and not too complicated to find if you venture outside of the walls. Breakfast was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I have no reason to complain about anything.
Very close to market stalls and the Big Square. The location was tucked away and amazingly quiet considering how close this is to the action. Great roof terrace and indoor courtyard. The owner and staff were excellent. Food also very good.

Well there are so many things i can say but i will keep it brief. 1.breakfast was nice - if i was critical there is too much bread. 2.staff! absolutely amazing and very caring. 3.location - 7-10 minutes comfortable safe walk to the square. 4.the riad is beautiful

Riad difficult to find especially on arrival in the dark. Instructions not clear when not arriving direct from the airport.
Very quiet Beautifully appointed salon Good food Excellent helpful staff

Location: Great, in southern part of the Medina, close to the Jewish area. Just two small streets away from one of the 'main' streets (Riad Zitoun Lakdim) that leads to the Fna-square. We thought that main street was rather big, with cars and busses, but it's not. It's just a small street with some shops, donkeys and scooters. You walk to the Fna-square in less than 10 minutes. Once you know how to get there, it's very easy. But the first time it's impossible to find, whether you arrive by daylight or at night. We arrived at night and eventually had to use one of the local boys (who jump at you once you step out of the taxi...) to find the riad. Taxi can't stop in front of the riad. Closest/Easiest point is 'Place des Ferblantiers', from there you walk into the street Riad Zitoun Lakdim. Taxi from airport to Place des Ferblantiers: don't pay more than 80 to 100 Dirhams. Riad: Great decoration in Maroccan style (livingroom, bedroom Attarine) and nice roofterrace. Everything is clean, very good shower (non stop hot water). Bed was rather small (160x180 cm). You can hear other guests in the evening, since it's very quiet in the riad. You don't hear anything from the noisy streets, which is perfect. First night we heard the prayers of the mosques, but not loud. Rest of the nights we didn't wake up, because the mosques are not close to the riad. Staff is extremely helpful. You can have breakfast wherever you want (your own room, livingroom, roofterrace) and they bring it to you. Nice variation: minttea or black tea, orange juice, bread, cake, boiled egg, some fruit and a pancake. Staff also took the time to explain the map of the city, and can also give you an idea of what the average taxi-price should be for certain distances. The city: The traditional clothing, the donkeys, the horsecarriages... they make you feel as though you are walking in 1950.

A lovely roof terrace to relax on, delicious breakfasts and a very good dinner on our first night. Trips can be arranged on arrival at short notice and the staff were all very friendly. Easy walk to the main square.

We felt that as tap water wasn't drinkable, for the price we paid, a bottle of water should have been provided in the room without being charged for it. As it was so hot and sunny sun umbrellas should have been provided on the roof terrace to provide some shade. With the build style of the riad fellow guests should have more respect for other residents and keep their children a bit quieter and keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
The riad is situated perfectly for spending time in the old medina. The staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful and hard working. The rooms were all individually decorated and had their own seating areas. The breakfasts were all served either on the seating areas or on the roof terrace and were cooked and served when we wanted it. The food in the evening was excellent but expensive. The medina is about 5 minutes walk away through a covered market walkway. The staff were so helpful and made so much effort looking after us, Abdul and his staff were totally amazing.

Nothing. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was excellent, very near to Badi and Bahia palaces as well as the main square. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated in traditional moroccan style. The thing that made the biggest difference though, was the staff who made us feel so at home and gave us great tips on places to see and restaurants.

Price of the bottled water rediculisly expensive and we were not even told it is chargeable. After mentioning it on check out it was taken out if the bill.
