Breakfast and free mint tea on tap was great. Shower, bed and light fittings were nice. All staff were lovely (but if you ask for a snack check the price up front). Roof terrace was nice too. Learn some basic French!! Really hard to find so be prepared to ask one of the kids/guides but set the price 1st...20 Dh max! |

People at the hotel are nice and kind. But the room is not clean. There're a lot of insects and we couldn't sleep well. Air condition exists, but it doesn't work well. Breakfast is very simple, Moroccan bread, jam and butter, milk and coffee. It located exactly in the heart of Medina. It's convienient for sight seeing inside Medina, but everytime we were lost in the complicated narrow streets there. It's far from the station and the taxi can't go into Medina. So, probably, almost every guest is lost before arriving at the hotel first time. It's quite tough experience, if you are lost in Medina. with your large bagage. Inside Medina, there's no super market. So we took the bus No.66 from the Fna Square to the direction to Marrakech station, to buy something to eat. Until arriving at the Square, it takes us about 20 minutes by walk, then we had to wait for the bus coming. To go everywhere, everytime, we had to go through narrow streets, with so many souvenir shops. There're a lot of fine hotels around Marrakech station. Maybe, it's much better staying there. This property is good for back packers, but it's not good for other types of travellers. There's no internet access inside the room. We couldn't use our computer. People at the hotel allow us to use the computer at their office in the first floor. We couldn't pay by credit card. |

Quiet place, nice to relax. Rooms are clean and well designed. A bit far away from Jemaa el Fna and hard to find back at night. |

The gentleman from the hotel came to the Post Office to collect me as promised. The breakfast was good- place was lovely. It is a great place and a great price. It was incredibly hard to find though, and you really do need the hotel staff to come and collect you from the Post Office. Don't let it put you off staying there because the place is lovely and staff are great. Just call ahead as you're getting close to the medina and they'll come and meet you. |

The position of the Riad made it easy walking to everything within the Medina. Our room was large and cool. The standard of the rooms varied considerably. Ours was excellant , opening onto a roof garden, but at least one cheaper room on the lower levels was below par, being small and having no windows. |

Very nice decoration, confortable, lovely saff, good food, quiet. Not well indicated in the medina.. but it is the case for most of the hotels in the medina even with a map you can not find them ! |

Well, pretty mich nothing, we had very bad time in this hotel. Well, this hotel is impossible to find and very faraway from center of medina. When we get to this hotel it was around 9pm local kids took us there, took us nearly 1hour to get there, and when we arrived a men told us that we have to move other hotel and he said "Ah you are luck cuz anther hotel is closer to center" without any world sorry.then a men took us to the anther hotel took us around... |

The breakfast was okay, and the rooms clean and we had enough space. Besides the shower was perfect. It was very noisy at night (the cock was awake from 04.00), but I suppose that's everywhere in the centre. |

It was lovely because it felt like staying in a real Morrocon home - rooms nicely decorates, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast included in room rate. It is a little bit noisy as all rooms have thin walls and overlook courtyard - - but also by roosters! :) Also be aware that there are no doors to en-suite toilet in the rooms. Perhaps slightly too far from main square, 20 mins walk. |

as it was difficult to find we were given a landmark for the taxi to drop us off and a phone number to call for someone from the hotel to meet us and take us to the hotel - very thoughtful. they were not able to do tea for breakfast only coffee. |

Friendly staff, homely athmosphier, good breakfast. It is really difficult to find. Not only first time but even second and third time.It is siuated in narrow street in the middle of Medina. But in Morocco they are not good signing streets. Not recommend to people who arrive to marrakesh late or have to catch early morning flight. |

The Riad was charming, extremely clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. The two Moroccan women who run it were extraordinarily helpful and friendly, going out of their way time and time again to help us out, including walking us around the town, and picking us up when we were lost, and arranging transportation to the airport. |

Poeple in the riad was so kind ( siham and nora, the guardian ), the breakfast I great, I had diner it was so delicious and with good price, if we eat out the riad in the main square for exemple the price is less but not with same quality as we found in the hotel. The wonderfull view from the terrace. I'll come bck to that hotel next time in marrakech I propose that they have to give us more informations about the city( history) and the shops. Other guests said that it's not easy to find, ithink that it's normal because we ra ein morroco, in marrakech and in the medina and riads is a houses in the medina, we used the airport suttle service , and siham showed us the way to go to the souks and the main square and it was ok :) |

Staff accompanied us on a brief orientation walk towards the big square via the souks and pointed out certain landmarks so that we would find our way back to the riad otherwise you can bet you will get lost. Breakfast was great and the terraces get plenty of sun. The rooms are pretty and quiet so the sleep is comfortable but be sure to use the extra blankets after heating your room during the winter. |

Very authentic style hotel. Very nice roof terrace with tent, good for sunbathing! The hotel is quite remote from the city center. You really need to find your way through all the alleys. |

Located 10 minutes by foot from the Jamaa El Fna Square, Riad Wiam offers a cool setting in the summer and a warm atmosphere in the winter, thanks to thick exterior walls. |
Located in the residential district Hivernage, few minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna square, this 4-stars hotel offers calm and luxury in intimate and friendly atmosphere. |
Ideally situated in the heart of the Medina, close to the secure Royal Palace, this house offers charm and comfort only 10 minutes from the Square Jemaa El Fna square. |
This Riad enjoys a wonderful location, easily accessible, not far from the Badi palace and legendary square Jemaa EL Fna. |
