The riad can be a little hard to find - you will need clear instructions and maybe a map!
Breakfast was excellent, service was always friendly and helpful. Room was cool and quiet. Nice areas in the riad to relax during the day.

would have like the shower on the sun terrace to work for quick rinse off but it was never important enough to complain. Wi-Fi could be a little touchy but not enough to be a problem.
Good quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff who made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Good comfortable room. Had a swimming pool which wasn't large but big enough and sun terrace. Riad had lots of character. Breakfast included. Would certainly rebook here on a return to the city and recommend to friends.

We stayed at this charming riad 2 weeks ago. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It is very well situated, safe neighbourhood right next to the kings residence (so lots of guards all day and night) and a 5-10min walk to Djemaa El Fna and other monuments and tourist spots. It is hard to find when going the first time, but I think any riad will be hard to find the first time, Marrakech is like that. The room we had was small but really well decorated and comfortable, we also wouldn't want anything bigger as it was just what we wanted, the riad has different size rooms so when booking ask for a bigger room if that is what you want. The staff at this Riad is excelent! Bouchra and Hinde (hope I spelled it right) are two lovely ladies who are always available to help in any way, they keep the place super clean and tidy and will always greet you with a smile and morrocan hospitality! Tierry the manager is extremely helpful, he will explain everything you need to know, he will help you organize day trips and is just such a nice gentleman. Breakfast is wonderful, you can expect warm fresh bread and an assortment of butter/jams/honey, tea and coffee. We asked Tierry to organize a dinner for us at the riad on one of the evenings and it was delicious!! This staff really goes all out to make your stay pleasant and memorable. We also went on a day tour and went to a Hammam that Tierry helped us book, you can trust him completely, he will get you the best price at the very best places. This place is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the middle of a chaotic city., It has a really good energy and we were sad to be leaving.

The most beautiful, relaxed sanctuary in the middle of busy, bustling Marrakech. Air-conditioned room, authentic, tasteful decor. Thierry went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Can't praise this Riad highly enough. The staff were so caring. Peaceful and quiet. Delicious breakfast, pastries, bread, honey, jams. Would return to Marrakech just to stay again!

Did not accept credit cards and the exchange rate to mad was bad.

The room we stayed didn't have tv and we got bored when we returned to guest house. Also the pool was unusable due to it was under maintenance. The owner informed us last minute that the room wasn't big enough for 3 people although he blamed Booking.com. He kindly offered us air port transport but we had to cancel our reservation at last minute as the owner stated that the room wasn't big enough for two adult and one child.I Found that Booking.com advertised room wrongly and although owner wanted to inform us the issue earlier Booking didn't care to let us know. When I complained to Booking customer service they absolutely have done anything for us even they didn't apologised for their mistake.
The owner was very friendly. The Riad was located in a very safe place & close to El Fena square.

Helpful French manager and nice and efficient lady chef de cuisine. Great location in the Medina, although a 5 minutes walk from the next parking lot. Breakfast and Dinner in a beautiful patio.

Staff did not speak even a word in English! The only person who you could talk to was the owner who was not always available. The room was VERY dark and VERY cold and damp. No TV in the room.
The Riad is located near the residence of the king, so there are a lot of policemen on the way to the Riad. We felt quite safe in those labyrinths of Medina.
