Staff was great. Room was clean and a great size. Pool looked really good but too cold for a swim. Internet was sufficient. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is in the “new city”, maybe a 25 minute walk from the Medina. More modern area, not a lot of Moroccan restaurants very close. It depends on what you want. If you want to spend all day in the Medina, this isn’t a great spot. We did tours of the Medina and middle atlas and were picked up at the Riad, so wasn’t a huge deal for us. This was at the end of our trip and we actually enjoyed a little break from the Medina and Moroccan food anyways!

Centrally located in the modern part of town, this traditional Riad is 5 minutes’ drive from Fes-Ville Nouvelle Train Station. Air-conditioned, it has a garden, a furnished terrace and a hammam. Located 8.7 mi from Fes-Saïss Airport, the Riad is a 10-minute drive from the Merinides Tombs. Karaouine Mosque is a 15-minute drive away and the Dar Batha Museum is 8 minutes’ drive. Transfers and tours can be organized.
