This air-conditioned, boutique Riad is built in a Moorish style with a modern touch. It offers a pool on the patio, a sun terrace and is a 7-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square.
Score from 102 reviews Wonderful
Special thanks to Mr. Ismael, thank you for all help and inforlmations, very kind and profecionel.
The Breakfast was very good. Restaurant could do a little better.
This riad was exceptional. The property itself was immaculate and opulently decorated and the staff were fantastic hosts. If planning a trip to Marrakech I would recommend booking activities through Riad Moullaoud.
Roof garden and general decor modern and traditional
Great value for money! Excellent location. Short drive to and from the airport and steps away from restaurants and the hustle and bustle of souxs and main square! Hotel is equipped with a stunning, relaxing roof top patio and pleasant staff!
The shower drain was plugged so the bathroom would flood. In a weird way, sort of added to the charm of the hotel.
Haman an massagr was amazing, breakfast on the roof top terrace simply gorgeous .... good old architekture ...
Good location daytimes, nigth-times a bit scary around th hotel ...
excellent and friendly service cosy atmosphere in the dining areas
The junior suite can be a bit difficult to heat during the winter. Probably a benefit with the thick and cold stonewalls during most of the year.
Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable and homely. Beautiful place with incredible character - real atmosphere of Morroco.
The Riad is beautiful, the room, the rooftop and the staff was so nice! I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I'll be back!
This Riad was beautiful and in an excellent location in the heart of the Medina! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great! And the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Make sure to eat dinner there at least once. The food was amazing! The hammam experience was also top notch!
Excellent location, rooftop terrace where breakfast is served and staff. Hammam and massage and dinner also all MUSTs!
Hi Ismael. My wife and I really miss being around you guys. You really helped us out, and pulled out all the stops. From our whole trip around Africa, this is the place we miss the most. Everything from the food, to the service, to me getting sick, and you guys getting medicine for me, it felt like home. Ismael asked me to rate this place a 10/10. But that's not fair. He and his staff deserve much more. Thanks for everything and I really hope we get the chance to come back and renew our friendships.
The pool is very cold. Must be why I was the only crazy one to try and swim.
We found the Riad absolutely gorgeous, very homely with a lot of home comfort. The staff were super, very helpful, I booked a massage which was really good. Unfortunately I had asthma attack during my stay - the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, quickly calling a docor (and cancelling as I didn't need one in the end!) my room was beautifu, the bed blissfully comfortable. We would definitely go back again
24/7 reception Overall ambiance was very good, different patios, different places to stay, and a fireplace!
The massage room was on the roof top and was actually open, no walls. Restaurant looks quite expensive so we didn't try it (as a principle we prefer to discover places around rather than stay in the hotel), but the smells coming from the kitchen were a very nice heads up on what it could have been to try it
As unassuming as possible from the street, the riad opens into multiple areas of comfort and beautiful decor. Breakfast on the terrace was great!
My wife and I went for Christmas ,this is our 6th time to Marrakech but our first time in a Riad .We found everything to be of highest quality ,staff totally obliging ,Riad a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. We will certainly return .Anthony Ball
Overall we had a fantastic stay; compared to the uk the riad was luxurious, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and we'd definitely go again!
Two very minor things; it's hard to find so I'd definately recommend getting the taxi from the airport that the riad offers. If you arrange it yourself they're unlikely to drop you off just outside and the locals will show you the way but they expect money. Our room was on the terrace which was lovely but if it's a busy season you don't get much privacy when other people are sunbathing / having breakfast on the roof terrace. Very minor things and they wouldn't deter us from going again as it was fab!!! Thanks to all the staff
A very nice ambiance, friendly and helpfull staff, nice romantic dinners availble at night. Beautiful view from the terrace. Only a 15 minute walk to the big square djemaa el fna.
You have to know your fellow traveller VERY well, since the bathroom is in the same area as your bedroom (no doors). The pressure and heat of the waterfaucet is inconsistent, so a hot shower can change to a cold shower. And pressure might drop.
Wonderful friendly serviceminded staff and likewise the manager Vincent! We are so pleased and happy we choosed this hotel/riad! Very good comfort and standard in the beautiful rooms, very nice terrace up on the roof We will absolutely recommend this hotel/riad! Thank you!
My stay at this Riad exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we got upgraded twice! The Riad itself is decorated beautifully, and located within walking distance to the souks. Overall, a great experience.
I liked the unusual layout of the riad, cosy, elegant sitting areas leading to larger rooms with water features and pools. The tranquility of the beautiful riad is juxtaposed with the teeming street life of the bazaar just beyond the hotel's door. The roof terraces make it difficult to leave the riad to explore the Moroccan culture outside. Vincent and his staff are everything that you would want, helpfull, patient and informed.
it was funny at first but having men constantly offering to buy my daughter, became a little trying! last offer 500m camels and 3 ferraris!
The Riad is excellent. The decoration is spectacular, the rooms are very confortable. The personnel is very friendly and, in the front desk, Ismael was really, really helpful. The location is very nice as it "forces" you to go through the soukd to reach the main square. It's perfect. I'll surelly return and I have already highly recommended it to ohther travellers.
Vincent and his staff were amazing! There was nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay, breakfast was fit for a king and anything we asked for was brought quickly and with a smile. The riad is in walking distance to the souks. The sun terrace is an oasis, perfect for sunbathing and sunset drinks. We loved every minute and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We have travelled around morocco for last four years ...trying different Riads but this is truly a hidden gem ....value for money and very ethnic style while suiting the new moroccan traveller
Wifi connection not too good
Awesome hotel, everything is perfect. Clean, friendly staff, great break fast.. I would recommend it for couples too
Friendly staff and some with a good level of English. Beautiful interior. The staff were accommodating with my dietary needs at breakfast. The staff were helpful and informative about the local area and things to do.
We booked an excision with a private driver to the antes mountains for €90 but were not informed that half way through another guide would come along to takes us up the mountains who expected to be paid separately. He asked for 300 dirhams. I think we should have been told to expect this. My friend booked a leg wax and was charged the full price despite no hair being removed from her left leg (it didn't work properly even though she showed the beautician her leg before to ask if the hair was long enough).
