It was a little daunting walking around the Medina as we were 2 women travelling alone. We attracted quite a lot of un-welcome attention.
The staff were so kind and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really good, rooms were very clean and beds comfortable.
Staff were lovely and really looked after us. I loved the interior design of our room, both artistic and practical. This really is an oasis within Marrakech, perfectly located and we would definately stay again
Price of drinks in riad
Staff very helpfull
Be mindful when you're getting out of the taxi that noone takes your suitcase and requests money to return / for carrying it. The taxi cannot drive to the hotel door, you have to walk approx 100 metres down a side street.
Lovely staff and breakfast, comfortable beds and gorgeous rooftop area. Staff very hospitable and obliging, very good written directions provided to souk and main square. Pool lovely but inside.
A very good Riad to explore Marrakech from. Good service in a bustling city centre location with excellent staff and good basic food.
theme of rooms and decorations terrace welcoming and very kind staff breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend this riad to future tourists.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Super nice and service minded staff. Beautiful and calm location in a good part of the Medina, 15 minutes walk from Jema el Fna end Majorelle Garden.
The tepid shower.
Each of the staff was excellent. The breakfasts were really lovely and the individual service was very attentive and pleasant. I appreciated the bed linen and towel quality.
Difficult to find when we arrived in the dark so had to be directed by a local who then wanted paying.
A peaceful and very comfortable escape from the bustle of the city. Easy walking distance to souks and other attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.
Beautifully kept Riad with lovely and friendly staff. Different breakfast menu daily and all beautifully presented. Would highyly recommend.
small point but limited sound-proofing so could be a little noisy if people talking outside in courtyard
Friendly, helpful staff Beautiful Riad Great location
For the hotel, I do not have any critique. What I did not like was, that I parked around the corner of the hotel and some random person joined me from the parking to the hotel to show me where it is, when we arrived he literally asked for 200 Dirhams for 2 minutes walk and I needed to argue a long time with him that it is way too much.
My stay there was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, could not complain about anything. I was welcomed with a nice Moroccan tea when arriving and could enjoy my breakfast the next day on the roof, lovely experience.
A very homely riad with extremely helpful, multilingual staff. We were warmly welcomed, given a map as soon as we arrived and an overview of tours that could be arranged for us. The riad is about a 10 minute walk from the main square so just the right distance from the hustle and bustle. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning and went for the occasional dip in the pool. It really was a relaxing oasis when we felt like having a lazy day.
A fridge and tea/coffee making facilities would have been great
Friendly helpful staff Comfy beds Air conditioning really efficient Fabulous plunge pool Great shower beautiful terrace great breakfast
Marrakech itself ! Riad fantastic, if this hadn't been such a great place to stay am not sure we would have stayed in Marrakech for the 5 days we were there unfortunately !!
excellent service from staff, we were looked after very well, beds very comfortable, hairdryer and toiletries provided, as were towels for the plunge pool - sun terrace great and had breakfast there every morning
It was all in all very nice to be in this riad. A great place to calm down and relax after thr busy city. Thx for the nice service.
AC in the room situated right above bed, could not be adjusted well which resulted to poor sleep quality. Room was very small and seems overpriced; lack of amenities, i.e. no safety deposit box nor TV.
Very friendly staff & great service.
Excellent hotel! Definitely stay here if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful hotel. Only a few rooms so the staff made a fuss of us every. Extremely clean rooms and the staff were brilliant. Really close to tourist attractions, just walking distance away.
Friendly and welcoming this perfectly formed boutique Riad was exceptional value for money. The staff were attentive and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms are beautifully designed. Don't miss the roof terrace. 10 out of 10!
Location map that was sent before our stay was very helpful for finding the Riad as the Medina is a maze by definition. all members of the Staff were extremely so nice and helped with everything.
A bit far from the main Medina area. 15 minutes walking for fast people and 20 to 25 minutes for less fast people .
It was a wonderfully decorated Riad full of character . Spotless in terms of cleanliness.Staff was Amazing always happy to help! breakfast was always varied and something different every day.
Staff were very attentive and polite with good local knowledge. Room had an authentic Moroccan feel.
Not much space in rooms for luggage, eg no luggage racks. The Coco Chanel room was beautifully furnished but with the only natural light coming from a skylight at the end of the room. This was fine but we noticed that if there were people sitting in the lounge area on the roof deck, their conversation was heard very clearly in the room.
Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly arranging very good guides and showing the way to local spa, etc. The meals were very good and we had a delightful dinner on the roof deck, rose petals and candles on the table. The decor was delightfully 'belle epoque' - art deco with lovely colours and paint finishes. A lovely oasis in the medina.
The internet was a bit tricky to connect to, but the other person in our room had no problem!
It felt like a family home and it was extremely pleasant surroundings. They were always very helpful and gave us excellent advice when we arrived. I was impressed with the breakfast, always different, tasty and made with fresh ingredients.
