Location and staff
The stuff was super kind. Nice breakfast. Well located.
We had to change the room for some reason and there were lots of ants...
Very good location, close to Jema El Fnaa square. Very clean and helpful staff...
Assan, the manger was amazing. He was extremely attentive and was more than willing to help with any need. Location was great. Airport pickup service was well worth it coming in at 10pm. Highly recommend this Riad for those travelling in a couple or pair of friends.
Nothing to criticizes
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Hassan
Our room was on the rooftop with some sort of canvas roof so there was a lot of noise from the street
The location is very peaceful, one street away from the souk, You dont You are in the middle of the Medina. Staff very friendly. Amazing decoration. Nice breakfast... Beautifull riad!
We were dreaming with a bigger pool, but well we are in the middle of the Medina! :)
By far, the best thing at the Riad des Arts is the service: every one that works there is extremely cool and will always do whatever you need in order to help you. The location it's quite good for those who want to visit the Medina, etc. Actually, the riad is at walking distance (less than five minutes) from the Place Jema El Fna.
Actually, there are some things that can be improved. For instance, the doors are not hermetically sealed, so, at night, the room may be a little bit cold, even with the heating system. At our room, the hydro massage bathtub did not work anymore, but this is not the real problem: the problem was that you could not take a proper shower, since there was no hook to hang the hand shower. Even though we expect to have -and we do have- a certain atmosphere in the riad's rooms, we also expect to have enough light in order to read: it would be a nice thing if, from now on, Riad des Arts provides this for its customers, since, currently, at least in our room, there is not enough light for reading. The very first day, by night, we ran out of hot water and we had to call someone because our lamp exploded -actually, this was promptly repaired. The small heater lacked one of its wheels, so it fell down a couple of times while we were sleeping. If you do not sleep soundly, you may be awake (very early in the morning) by the first preaching call of the near by mosque.
