The staff is just amazing! Very friendly people, I felt like at home, I stayed there only for a couple of nights, but I'd like to remain for a month! Nice atmosphere, comfortable, clean rooms, perfect location.

The Riad is in a very beautiful place (very traditional). It is not far from the centre. The room was nice (Moroccan furnished). The staff was very politely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. And the Riad has a terrace with a beautiful view.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The place is just a few minutes walking to the center of the medina and, best of all, it's comfortable. The rooms are air-conditioned and the wifi signal was good in our room, which was a bonus. The also brought breakfast to our room!

    Breakfast was excellent.

Very difficult to get to with heavy bags, or if you have difficulty with the incline as they were quite steep in places and were a distance from the car drop off area. It is also difficult to find if you did not get someone from the Riad to help you. One of the staff was very intimidating as he as always sitting nearby listening to all conversations and didn't like it because we did not use him as a guide. He was very nosy and wanted to know what we were doing all the time. He also did not inform us that the credit card machine was not working and when we were checking out this is when he informed us. Luckily we had enough cash but we were nearly in the position of not being able to pay and we had a car waiting for us so we did not have time to find an ATM machine( not easy to find in the medina) He became very with us even though it was not our fault.

The room was clean , spacy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and generous! The view from the terrace is amazing, it's the ideal place to spend your night staring at the view of the medina and the stars!

The terrace has an incredible view it's a good place to chill out after a long day in Fes.

The location! The riad was IMPOSSIBLE to reach by yourself, they should have a non chargeable pick up service at least from the medina, they offered me to pick me up at the train station which is 10 minutes far from the riad... they wanted me to pay the same price I paid for a ticket to travel from Marrakech to Essaouira ( 2 hours traveling) I found quite a lot and decided to go on my own so they replied my email saying "Good luck" not even explained how to get to the Riad... knowing that the Riad is very difficult to find they should definitely offer a non chargeable pick up service. The breakfast: the orange juice wasn't fresh orange juice, it was pre-packed (all riads where I stayed served a delicious fresh orange juice), the msemmen (moroccan crepe) was cold. The riad was well decorated, but the room it wasnt, actually it's full of unnecessary and massive furniture so you didn't even have space to open your suitcases, no windows-no fresh air make you feel in a cave.

We stayed three nights in Ramadan and all of the staff made our stay as comfortable as possible they provided two complementary meals, one to break our fast in the evening and one in the morning before the fast. They brought everything to our room. Very friendly and helpful.

Couch had some sort of mite that bit my wife on both her legs. Location necessates help locating it.

Very nice stay in this Riad. Beautyfull place, nice staff. Said showed us a good restaurant, very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Thumbs up for the service.

A little hard to find but so is everything else in the Medina.

Easy-going atmosphere with friendly staff and mint tea; our first impression of Morocco in the center of Medina, therefore it`s special. Lovely riad. It was possible to pay with credit card as said.

They offered us the guide to take us shopping (but respected our wish after some no`s).

The riad is very well decorated in a rustic traditional style. There is a nice terrace to look over the medina. However what was most memorable was the hospitality of Mohammad and Said. They were incredibly kind, warm and helpful for anything and everything you needed, suggesting plans to fit your schedule and budget. They also recommended a really nice restaurant for dinner for which we went twice. The set meal was affordable and delicious. The best thing was the privacy of the place and the view over the medina. Would definitely recommend this riad to everyone!

Wifi was weak in the upper floors but there are nice spaces to relax on the first floor to use wifi. And you could always enjoy mint tea at the hospitality of Said and Mohammad!

Location - felt very unsafe in that area of Fes. Lots of verbal abuse and comments from aggressive local people even though I was wearing a djellaba. Overly friendly owner.

Very kind staff, especially sayid, plaesant stay, I really enjoyed it.

Too far from the main road, especially if having heavy luggage, narrow bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent. They provided us mint tea anytime we asked and organized a very good tour guide for us. The views from the terrace were wonderful. We had dinner here one night and it was delicious; though the price seemed a bit high, after seeing all that was included we thought it was good value for money.

We felt the bathrooms were not up to our standards of cleanliness.

Good location, nicely decorated, great view from the rooftop, where you can enjoy your breakfast, good service, clean.

De rooms are small, and dark (as in most old riads). The toilet/bathroom has no external ventilation. Quite noisy from the inside.

The two guys who menage the hotel, Said and Said, are extremely nice and friendly; one can speak English and French and the other one Italian and Spanish. They (and all the staff in general) made me and my boyfriend feel at home. From the terrace it's possible to enjoy the amazing landscape of Fés. The breakfast, included in the price, is really nice and you can have it whenever and wherever you prefer. The hotel itself and the bedrooms are very cool and suggestive. The hotel is located in the Medina, next to an incredible market.

Staff were relaxed (sometimes too relaxed), friendly and helpful.

Our room was very humid and the toilet was very small, which did not matter too much.

Mohamed and Said are great! The location is also very good. Just few minutes away from taxis and also few minutes away from main mosque, tanneries, etc

The hygiene could definitely be better. The bathtubs need a good scrub and even when the place only opened one year ago there is molled on the bathroom walls.

staff is friendly and helpful, he came to pick us, thanks a lot! near to a square.

the cleanliness, for me, just fair, cuz i got some spot on my skin, but maybe not because of the sheet, my friend was ok.

near to the old city old style of the Moroccan

it is the same as most of the Riad that have to walk long distance to reach them through narrow streets

We spent ten days in Morocco and among seven diferent riads we stayed in, this was our favorite, mostly thanks to the staff. Mohamme and Said are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed evenings on the terrase.
