The breakfast was superb, so was staff especially a lady who cooked and cleaned everyday.
I recommend to ask for a room upstairs as in the morning might be a bit loud if someone likes to sleep a bit longer then 8am.
The staff is very friendly in Riad Nassim; the breakfast is good on the terrass.
We booked for this Riad but were brought to another one (Riad Nassim) without our permission. That was strange. Riad Nassim is good when it is warm outside, but without sun it is a very cold place (in February) and wet (water came from the ceiling in the bathroom)
We stayed for 4 nights in Riad Doha. Price: unbeatable Room: really nice and cosy room, which was cleaned everyday. Even the bed linen were changed. Their air condition provided the needed temperature since it was quite cold outside Food: The breakfast was traditional marrocan and you could eat it also at lunch time. Concerning the dinner we wanted to eat out every night but we always ended in the Riad with extremely delicious food (twice served on the roof terrace with candles) for rational prices. Staff: Abdul and Youssef were super friendly and helpful and provided us in every occation with Marrocoan mince tea
The staff was friendly and helpfull. Nice breakfast on top terrase. Big room.
We booked Riad Doha - but some how they gave us room in Riad Nassim (the same owners).
Once we got their, everything was great, nice breakfast too.
Couldn't find the place and they didn't answer when we called. We went to another riad nearby and had them call riad doha. The owner came and picked us up there.
The staff (very friendly and helpful), breakfast/dinner, tea and terrace. The location is convenient as well.
The WiFi is not fast and connection on upper floors is weak.
Very friendly and honest staff
All was just a fantastic riad experience!!!
The only thing to mention would be smoking inside as we both non smokers, but as we realised late anywhere in Maroc they do it
Staffs were so nice, one of them took us to a taxi stop at early 6:30 in the morning. The room had an air conditioner, which most of hostels with this value do not have, and it worked well. The design of the lobby and the room with Moroccan furniture were beautiful. Good view from the terrace and tea service.
I wondered how often they wash the thick blanket (there was a clean sheet between the blanket and the bed, so it was not a big problem).
I like the staf they r very friendly
The staff was nice, like the breakfast and the Riad.
No exact indications to reach the Riad.
wifi, staff, relatively good location
really dirty, the bedsheets seem not cleaned, have to use own sleeping bag. The bed frame was broken . Toilet is really dirty, dusty corners everywhere. impossible to shower as the shower head is broken. not good value for money. not recommended!
Very good location between the touristic part of medina (10 mins) and tanneries (5 mins), not too difficult to find as other riads in medina, close to R-Cif square to take taxi to the railway station. Nice decoration of the room, good breakfast.
Air conditioning to heat the room was not working however we were given extra blankets.
- Dirty rooms, smells terribly - Mould - You have to eat where the owner sleeps, in his 'bed'
Very frienly and kind staff! Great food, wonderfull place in the Medina. Next time we'll be there again!
The place is a bit too wet ( we were there in dicember ) but is probably a general problem of Fez.
The staff were amazingly friendly and very hospitable, we were able to have an extra room at no extra cost. Furthermore, all the breakfast was very punctual and they even gave free evening meals at times. Very impressed by the hospitality of all the staff members.
The bathrooms require modernisation. The AC didn't work and there was no external windows to the room.
Location was good and the riad is beautiful, the bed was big and very comfy. The views from the terrace are amazing, and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Morocco.
There was a smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes that was a bit unpleasant and even if the location of the riad is good, it is hard to find without help.
The staff was great, they wanted to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean, the location is ok, but in Fes I think it's better to book a hotel near Bab Boujloud. The terrace view is amazing. The breakfast is the same every morning, very good.
I didn't like that the staff wanted to sell you all kind of things at european prices. But if you are friendly with them, they don't get upset like others here said. The rooms are clean, the problem is the entire Riad must be reconditioned. It's old!
Abdul (the owner) is very helpful and he will manage everything what you want. They serve delicious food building is typical riad. From the terrase is beautiful view to the old medina
Hard to find, the best solution is to contact Abdul and he would pick you up from the main road
The view from the terrace and breakfast.
One of the rooms was very small, with a narrow, smelly bathroom. The other room was normal. The two rooms were barely illuminated. If you don't get a guide, you won't find the riad, as almost riads in Fès.
Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, got a better room after the first night for no extra charge, good and diversified breakfast, very nice terrace upstairs and traditional design.
Not extremely clean but decent.
Amazing place to stay Great, nice and helpful stuff! Great Food!
The riad is located very central in the medina. Take the taxi to Place Rcif and then go on by foot. It is hard to find the first time, but you can just call the riad and somebody will come to pick you up. The riad is very nice. We booked a suite that is a little bit larger than the double rooms and has a larger bathroom. The rooms are quite dark but that doesn't matter because the riad has a beautiful terrace with a great view where you can spend your evenings. The staff was very friendly. They brought great breakfast to the terrace every morning and sat there with us in the evening smoking shisha.
It wasn't possible to pay with credit card. The room description is a bit exaggerated. It is not 35m² big and does not have a TV. Nobody needs that anyway, I just don't know why they put it in the description.
This was the first place we stayed in Morocco and what a nice beginning it was! The rooms are airconditioned, great view from the terrace, breakfast is nice but mainly the staff is super helpful, chilled and makes you feel very welcome.
The wifi was quite weak but you can't have everything ;)
Far from main road, middle of no where , hard to find by self. Please ask how much $$€€¥¥££ for help before someone shows you way to hotel or else .
