We liked the roof top terrace, food, wine, staff and the proprietors who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also liked the location and character of the Riad. |

Great breakfast, friendly host A bit noisy; for example when the doorbell rings you can hear that throughout the whole riad. |

The place is designed beautifully, it's stunning and very comfortable. As well as wonderful rooms and a great roof terrace we had a great evening meal and lovely breakfasts. Attention to detail is evident in everything! Stephane was a a great host and very helpful. Nothing, can't say we loved Marrakech too much though - it's a building site. |

Hotel staff were very helpfull and service was excellent. It was easy to book an excursion via them. Surrounding of the hotel was quiet compared to other surroundings of Marrakech. 4 minutes by foot from the square Dar si Said and about 10 minutes from the Djeema en Fna We had lunch home prepared and it was really good, not too forget the cold beers. First impression is a little like: where are we? The Riad is smaller than we thought, compared to the pictures published on this website. The pool on the roof was not clean. These are all minor things, but overall a Riad to be recommended. |

Stephan and Sylvie were very helpful and obliging and arranged dinner for our first night even though we had not pre-booked it. There were some times (including during the night) when the only staff available were the housekeeping staff who did not speak English. I think Stephan and Sylvie only came to the Riad when they had guests arriving or leaving although we did have contact phone numbers. Not the best system if there was a night time emergency and we could not communicate well with the staff. |

The friendly, personal approach from all members of staff made our holiday all the more enjoyable. They were always on hand if ever we needed help or advice about the local area or trips further afield and were very accomodating and flexible. |

The cleanlyness of this comfortable room. The friendlyness of the staff and the owners of the hotel. And although the area seems unsafe at start, it was actually very safe and we felt really confident about it right after the first day... Since it was during winter-time, the small pool as well as the jacuzi on the roof, available on the internet pictures, were inop... The price doesn't seem that cheap if you compare to other local prices but considering the overall quality, it was excellent and as an example: one big salad meal and tea with pastries (which was very carefully prepared, as my wife is pregnant...) were... |

Stéphane and his wife really made us feel welcome and we felt like they were really trying to make sure we had a nice stay. I loved the rooftop terrace with its view across the city and the snow-capped mountains. The location was excellent. There were a few little things that didn't work quite right but nothing major. It was all part of the charm & they were quickly attended to. |

Although they’re self proclaimed Gay Friendly, in reality they’re clearly not. Felt unwelcome and was glad to leave. |

The staff invited us very warmly. The proposal of sightseeing was also appropriate, and the travel became happier. The sense of the interior was also attractive! There was a person who kept ringing the door bell for about 15 minutes at three o'clock of the middle of the night, and sleep was disturbed a little. |

Great Riad with very nice rooms and excellent service. The owner of the Riad are were so helpful with everything. They offer a great breakfast and the atmosphere in the riad was so peaceful and quiet even though the riad is located in the heart of the medina. Great Riad!!!! |
