We LOVED the beautiful decor & the calm and quiet within the chaotic medina. Ben Youssef and the souks are so close, just a few minutes walk away. Every need was met immediately. Karima & Rashid were so friendly & helpful with directions and recommendations. We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace and we felt like royalty! Breakfast was delicious, too (the crepes are fantastic!). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

    Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.

Fantastic Riad, run with a great personal and friendly touch- the owners couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It was our wedding anniversary while staying and we were welcomed with petals in the room and white wine as a special treat. The Riad itself is stunning and an oasis of peace in a bustling and rather chaotic city! Views of the mountains from the roof are great, as was breakfast. We would definitely stay again and couldn't recommend more highly.

You do have to navigate the Souks to reach most of the tourist spots from this location, which can be a little tiresome with young men constantly trying to trip you up with false directions, but this is probably the case of most Riads and part of the Marrakech experience! Wifi was very weak in the room but strong in the communal areas.

Beautiful riad, stylish decor, and helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Rooftop terrace is a bonus that many other riads don't offer. Hammam and massage on site.

Nothing. Minor issue - stone corridors and old wooden doors are beautiful...but are not always great at noise exclusion.

The staff were excellent! Friendly, respectful, providing everything we needed. The location is excellent, especially if you are looking a taste of the raw Medina Marrakesh. We particularly loved the contrast of the peace inside the Riad vs the havoc of the souks. Aesthetically, both the room and the Riad as a whole, retains a beautiful balance between the preserved vs the restored elements of the Riad, creating a magic experience overall.

The air-condition in our room was a bit noisy, compared to the peacefulness of the place

An amazingly calm rest in the heart of the medina. Just nock on the huge wooden door to be let in, though there's no sign on it and maybe contact Karima first to get the directions. Karima and Rashid couldn't have taken more care of us, thanks a lot!

Staff we're very helpful, making reservations. Rashid even brought wine to the terrace on a number of occasions. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with an assortment of fruits, yoghurts, bread. Spacious rooms with a particularly large bathroom and private terrace in Chambre du Ciel. Great location for the souks and many of the historical sites. Local taxis knew where the hotels was so had no issues getting home.
