Very pleasing decor and the service was good. The Riad is kept very clean and staff are very accommodating. Enjoyed being able to have a swim in peace early in the morning followed by a coffee. There was some discrepancies in the bills. We were a group and a system should be used to charge items to the appropriate guest(I.E.system of chits which are signed with room name) |

Rooms are very well equiped. Hotel is a little far from city center but you can take a taxi for very cheap. Great hotel overall. |

The service and staff were fantastic. Najia and her staff do a terrific job. Booking airport shuttle, special times for breakfast, arranging tour guide, everything was great. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated and the Riad is a piece of art in itself. Breakfast was also very good I found the extras a bit expensive. Both the dinner and the Hammam were well above Moroccan levels. |

The riad is magnificent in architecture and design, outstanding! The bed was very comfortable and large, and the bathroom very clean with personal touches. The food is very expensive; be sure to ask the prices before deciding to eat at the riad. It is not totally wheelchair accessible; it has small steps where the a person who cannot walk would have to be lifted. I suggest adding small ramps to both sides of the small stair area. |

The location is very good, just at the entrance of the medina. The décor is wonderful, a real Marocan palace. The bathroom smells weird. |

The location and the building is really beautiful and the staff excellent. Prices for food and extra's are too expensive especially when you compare with other luxury hotels in the city. |

very beautiful riad, give the feeling of staying in a little palace, perfect decoration, friendly staff, very clean, not far from point of interest, good food maybe the price of hammam approximately 22 euros, which I think could be free or cheaper but otherwise happy of my stay. |
