Service was excellent, location only 15 interesting minutes from the square on foot, staff super friendly and helpful. A quiet and restful retreat in the heart of the Madina, an oasis to come back to. |

Riad el faran is a very charming hotel with patio, terrace and few rooms. located in a very small road of the medina. staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little too far (about 800m) from jamaa el fna square where everything happens. We often got lost in the medina without-end roads while reaching the hotel. |

The staff (in particular Mourrad) was extremely helpful. Being our first time in Marrakech he guided us along many of the medina streets, gave us tips on local customs and prepared us for what to expect. The riad is extremely quite and relaxing. We enjoyed having breakfast outside near the little pool. Upon arrival Mourrad welcomed us with Mint tea and biscuts before sitting us down with a map with all the attractions circled including routes from the Riad. This was a lovely touch. Noise travels very easily in the Riad so even normal conversation in your room can be heard from another room. There is a 10-15 minutes walk to to the main square in the medina. |

The staff were lovely and really helpful. I arrived in the rain in the late afternoon and they picked me up, made a dinner reservation for me and escorted me to the restaurant so I wouldn't get lost! The breakfast was uninspired - little more than baguette, coffee and juice every morning. Some fruit or yoghurt would have been nice. The towels were old and grey and the bathroom amenities basic. Given the cost of the room, the owner should invest a little more to give the feeling of luxury rather than functionality. However, given that I only saw him in the luxury restaurant I visited on my first night (where he was dining with friends) and when he was having aperitifs at the riad on my last night, I think profit may be his bottom line, which is a pity. |

スタッフがとにかく親切だった。リアドまでの帰り方を丁寧に地図に書いてくれたり、タクシーがつかまえられ- る場所まで案内してくれたり、使い方がわからなかったストーブのスイッチを使う度に調整してくれたり。申し- 分ない。部屋も毎日綺麗に整えられている。チェックイン時に屋上に案内してくれて、お茶とお菓子をご馳走し- てくれた。スタッフは2人だが、2人ともカインド。英語も通じる。 少々フナ広場から離れているので、簡単に外に出れない。リアドの周りには何もないので。プチタクシーで１０- ～２０Dhで広場まで行けますが、一度宿に帰ったら出るのは億劫に感じた。宿のクオリティ、ホスピタリティ- ーを考えるとまた行ってもいいと思う。 |

EL trato era muy familiar y discreto.Casa tipica de la zona, con patio , en el medio una mini piscina y decorada al estilo de allí. Muy bonito y silencioso. Excelente para descansar. He echado en falta la televión y un minibar en la habitación. |

El trato fue muy amable. Los callejones para acceder hasta él dan un poco de miedo, pero no hay problema ninguno. Está de la plaza central a quince minutos caminando. Limpio y decoración agradable. Desayuno bueno pero poco variado. En conjunto, bastante recomendable. El acceso es un poco sinuoso (pero esto sucede con todos los riads) |

Quietud, casi ausencia de ruidos del exteriorr, propicio al descanso y discrecion de su personal, Mourad y Adil, serviciales y prudentes al mismo tiempo. Quiza mayor iluminacion en la habitacion que posibilite la lectura. |

Nos ha gustado todo, la habitación estaba genial y la bañera de la suite increible.El personal es muy atento y agradable. El Riad está bien situado dentro de la Medina y el desayuno era delicioso. Poca insonorización de la habitación. |

Hotel riad bien decoré, de tres bon standing, a prix correct, bien situé en medina , en zone calme a 15 minutes a pied de la place el jafna. Excellent accueil, peu de chambres, ambiance calme. Riad el faran heeft een prachtige uitstraling. Je kunt hier heerlijk bijkomen van de hektiek in Marrakech. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je optimaal te laten genieten. De dienstverlening is uitstekend. Het ligt in de medina, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar het beroemde plein. Dit is goed te doen ook in de avond |
