Riad El Grably  

The hotel is excellent. They tried to contact me to arrange airport pick- up, but I didn't get the email. It is a good option to have a car from the hotel waiting at the airport, as finding the way into the medina at night can be difficult. I arrived late at night, they did not have dinner, but some nuts help me. They have beer, what is a plus in a Muslin country.

Fantastic team of staff - especially Simo and his brother who bent over backwards to help us, recommending places to eat, accompanying us to the markets, and keeping us entertained!

We had some really inconsiderate people in the riad who were obnoxiously loud and didn't control their children, however this was the parents fault and not the riads.

It was a perfect location within minutes of all the major attractions , yet so peaceful and quiet. The staff were all charming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and home cooked supper available if wanted. All in all a great place to stay in the Medina.

The evenings were chilly and we couldn't warm up our room.

If you are very allergic, the fluffy dog and cat could be a problem.

You cant find hotel,,,if you go first time... Hotel is so close to center but so hard to find ...also there isn't any NAME,you cant see outside...if you find the hotel..you have to look carefully on door,,and after you can see the hotel name...

The rooftop terrace provides a tranquil setting amongst a bustling city. Everyone was very helpful and staff were on hand 24h a day. If I go back to Marrakesh in the future, I will be staying there again.

It has 2 patios, in one of them there is a big and clean pool - perfect to use after the noisy and intense medina of Marrakech. On the roof there is a jaccuzi as well :-) Fraçoise the boss is a nice person with good advices and the rest of the staff is kind And frindly. Very good location (as well for the price).

The price of the transfer from the airport is definitly to much (15 Euros) - dont pay more than 5

Good location close to the big square and the souks. We were driving and got lost on the way to the hotel and called Francoise who quickly came and found us. Useful induction to the sights of the medina. A calm, peaceful place and all the staff were helpful and pleasant. Tremendous value for money.

No ptoblem for us but our room was at the top of a couple of winding staircases. Might be a problem for some.

I travelled to Marrakesh with 2 friends and we have had an amazing time. The Riad is absolutely beautiful and the staff extremely friendly..nothing too much trouble..Very close to medina approx 10 mins walk with some nice shops en route. Would highly recommend staying at the Riad El Grably and I will most certainly go back

We loved this Riad... the location is great, you are only 10 mins walk to the square but its calm and quiet inside. The staff are really friendly and helpful. All the rooms are beautiful. We also had an amazing meal on our first night and it was excellent value for money served with great wine anf 10 Euro a bottle - spot on!

Nous avons été enchantées de notre séjour au riad el grably. tout a été parfait : sa situation géographique, le cadre magnifique, les prestations excellentes, la gentillesse et la disponibilités de tous, la qualité du petit déjeuner et des repas.

Il Riad si trova a 150 mt. Da un parcheggio di fine transito auto anch'esso vicinissimo al Palazzo Bahia. Al tempo stesso la struttura è vicina (non proprio a 5 min...) alla Piazza Jemaa El Fna. La struttura è molto silenziosa.

Non è certo un gran problema ma la foto della suite Bab Irhli riporta un pavimento simile al marmo ma in realtà non è così, sono mattonelline marroni molto meno gradevoli. La colazione è sempre uguale yogurt, macedonia, marmellata, pastina, crespella, latte e caffe'.

Muy buena situacion ,tranquilo y los empleados amables y muy serviciales. Abundante agua caliente en el baño y tiene una terraza muy coqueta para tomar el sol. Tienen un perro Terranova enorme muy sociable, una pasada. Ambiente muy familiar.

Falta un armario en las habitaciones o una estanteria para poner la ropa y tambien algunos colgadores de pared. Las zonas comunes necesitan algo mas de limpieza.

In entrambe le camere prenotate lo scarico dei bagni emanava un cattivo odore, il riad si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale di Marrakesh ed è abbastanza difficile da trovare. L'acqua della piscina non molto calda e nemmeno molto pulita. In generale il prezzo richiesto è abbastanza incongruo rispetto alla qualità globale della struttura.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, l'ambiance ouatée et parfumée d'un riad, hâvre de paix au milieu de la médina. Une cuisine excellente, les judicieux conseils de Françoise, la disponibilité du personnel, ici tout respire la quiétude dans un décor et confort des mille et une nuit.

Le Riad est très bien situé, près d'une porte, dans la médina, mais au calme. Un havre de paix... Accueil chaleureux. Possibilité de faire un hammam, de se faire masser. Petit déjeuner pris en terrasse. Les plus : jaccuzi en terrasse, piscine intérieure, coins de "repos" (on en trouve plusieurs, ce qui fait que parfois on ne croise aucun locataire). Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain aussi. Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre

2 lits au lieu d'un lit double Le petit déjeuner manque de msémène et de bar'il (crêpes traditionnelles) mais ce ne sont que des détails compte tenu de l'ambiance général et du confort
