The hotel was a lovely, calm and comfortable retreat from the noisy hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic. We would definately go back again. |

The Riad El Wiam is a very friendly place to stay with excellent staff. It is located just a short walk, (10 minutes), from the Medina for shopping. I will have no hesitation in recommending the Riad to both family and friends. Make sure to use the roof terrace. |

Fantastic bed & breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Newly renovated in traditional style. If staying in the room at ground level, some noise when other guests arrive. |

The room had a decent size and was nice and clean. Very good location (10' walking from el fna square). Charming atmosphere and fine decoration. Breakfast is served in a nice terrase. The owner showed us the riad when we arrived, provided us a map with some indications, and offered us mint tea as a welcome (Very detail-oriented). Personnel respectful and always up to help. Great mint tea (for free) in the afternoon. They make you feel at home. |

We loved everything about the Riad El Wiam. From the lovely breakfasts served on the peaceful roof garden to the humongous bed. The ladies who run the Riad are all lovely and welcoming, making us feel very relaxed and at home. |

Everything about the hotel was beautiful, clean and well thought out. The breakfast varied each morning and was always satisfying. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit intimidating to walk through the Medina alone at night to get to this riad, but they have a security guard on duty in front of their door all through the night, which I found comforting. |

The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were so warm and friendly. Arriving late at night is pretty traumatic if you don't know where you're going as you are mobbed by local boys the minute you step out of the taxi and then are led down this pitch black alleyway! Plus, if you're coming from the airport and only just changed your money into Dirhams you don't have any small change to tip the boys, which doesn't go down very well! |

Very beautiful Riad. Staff was very warm and welcoming despite the small language barrier. Food was delicious and room was surprisingly quiet. Because it is so intimate it kind of feels like you are intruding on the owner and staffs lives when you need something. |

Very kind, attentive and helpful staff. Everything very clean and neat. they offer tea and sweet on arrival and let us use the computer in the reception. Thay serve breakfast at the time you wish. Very nice moroccan decoration, with all details and quality furniture. Very calm, you will not hear a noise at night. It is a bit difficult to find the first day, located in a alley, but 5 minutes walk to the square in the centre. |

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Main square is not far from the Riad, about 10-15min walk, ..gives a chance to see and experience some streets of Marrakech. |

A truly beautiful riad, close to the souks and the main square yet incredibly peaceful, and so comfortable. It gave us the perfect introduction to Marrakesh. Everyone was friendly and helpful, it was like staying in the home of good friends. |

The Level of Service was truly outstanding. Andrew made the arrangements for me for my requested taxis, guides... I had dinners each night and they were excellent as were the breakfasts. THe room and riad were absolutely first class in comfort and design. As an international traveller I was very, very pleased that the pictures presented on the web were accurate representations of the actual accomodation. Truly an execeptional accomodation experience. It is very ice comfortable riad just a few minutes by feet from jamma al fna, very friendly and helpful personel and amazing place to stay for people who wanted to rest after citysighting and place for honeymoon. The street at the hotel after 8 p.m. is not so safe that I recomenden not to walk alone when You coming back from the centrum. |

Glimrende value for money. |
