The staff was extremely friendly,obliging and welcoming, well above and beyond any expectations. The riad itself was peaceful, lovely and homely and a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the market square. It's well worth having dinner at the riad at least once during your stay. |

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could want, the food was some of the best we had all holiday and the positioning of the hotel in the heart of the old city was brilliant. Highly recommended. |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Es liegt zentral in der Medina. Leider war es Abends bis teilweise 24.00 und morgens oft schon ab 7.00 immer recht laut, was sich aber aufgrund des Innenhofs vermutlich schwer vermeiden läßt. Die Ausflüge sollte man nicht über das Hotel buchen. Sie bieten einem keinerlei Mehrwert (wie z.B. Flexibilität) über die klassische Tour hinaus, die man außerhalb buchen kann, außer das sie ca. 30% teurer ist. |

Calidad-Precio, la relación con el personal, ubicación, es una coquetada ... En resumen se podria decir que es un pequeño oasis dentro del caos. El servicio de jacuzzi, hammam, massajes no está bien potenciado. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la tranquilidad, la decoración y el personal, totalmente servicial pero sabiendo mantener las distancias. Realmente, hacen todo lo posible para que el cliente se sienta cómodo. Y la comida, genial! Dar las gracias especilamente a la cocinera, que un día aceptó hacernos la cena cuando ya había acabado su turno y se disponía a irse a casa. En la información, se dice que la piscina está climatizada, pero no es así. Quizá está un par de grados por encima de la temperatura ambiente, pero no es posible bañarse en invierno. Pero como había jacuzzi en el solarium, lo solucionamos rápido! |

La beauté des décors, du lieu.... La qualité des soins corps pratiqués à l'hôtel par l'esthéticienne étaient de moyenne qualité pour le prix. Les suppléments sont trop chers (repas, navettes.....) |

Ein charmantes Hotel, jedoch in Preisleisttungsverhältnis zu teuer. Habe für diesen Preis anderswo besser logiert. Service und Komfort, bezgl. Badezimmerausstattung, Handtücher schlechte Qualität , kein Fön, keine Kleenex. Bett: kein zweites Kissen. |

Das Hotel wirkt wie aus 1001 Nacht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, kinderlieb, serviceorientiert und kümmert sich wirklich um die Erfüllung aller Wünsche. Zu jeder Tageszeit gibt es nach Wunsch Tee, Café und Gebäck. Das Abendessen kann zusätzlich bestellt werden und schmeckt wie hervorragende marokkanische Hausmannskost. |

Muy próximo a las Tumbas Saudíes y a los Palacios Badi y Bahía, y a 10 min de la Plaza, trato muy detallista del personal, jacuzzi, abundancia de las raciones de comidas y cenas, no tenían nuestra habitación y nos hicieron un up-grade gratis. Un sitio para volver. La piscina no está climatizada, precios de las excursiones algo caros, agua caliente se acababa enseguida |

Das Riad El Noujoum empfanden wir als außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel. Hier stimmt stilistisch alles bis ins Detail. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Mini-Pool war bei unseren Kindern besonders beliebt. Das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hammam-Massage-Programm fanden wir zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung. |
