Double room Cleaness Location Breakfast
A traditional Morrocan Riad, clean, comfortable and friendly.Breakfast was very good, with a choice of continental,British and Morrocan. Close to the square, the souks and restaurants.Very atmospheric
The approach to the hotel through confusing lanes. Perhaps coffee and tea maker and coffee maker in the room.
The room was stunning, petal on the bed and pillows every day. Immaculately clean. Beautiful Decor. Brilliant location to the main square. Loved it !!!
The Riad was charming. Staff were helpful. Location was great.
One single room had a separate bathroom -not an ensuite. The other single room had an ensuite but the room itself was very tiny.
Staff, very friendly and professional. You feel like at home. Awesome rooms. It´s like a kind of oasis after jemaa´s mess
Comfortable, clean, well facilitated, lovely breakfast & selections of food. The Pool in adjacent Courtyard (near Sonia Suite) So nice, I stayed an extra night. Well run & well done.
Room was exactly as pictured. Spacious Room, Good bathroom, comfortable bed, clean and safe and quiet. Tucked away from the bustle of the square but only 3 minute walk to the action. Staff very helpful
Really nice staff x really good people reliable friendly .
A beautiful building, close to the Jemaa El-Fnaa. The rooms were covered in rose petals for our arrival. The wifi worked in our room and the communal areas. Nice views from the roof terrace.
Our party had three rooms - none of us managed to have a decent shower in the morning. One room smelled like sewers. The breakfast is served in a dark little room rather than the roof terrace as in other Riads. All in all the place felt like a museum. It was big with lots of sitting areas but we didn't see anyone - the signs saying "absolute silence between 10PM and 8AM" were a bit off putting, though I did sleep well. Annoyingly the large, pretty roof terraces were closed after 8PM so we couldn't sit up there and enjoy the evening.
Tv, great breakfast (not included in price though)
Location was perfect. A few lanes away from Jemaa el Fna, but it's easy to remember the way there. Beautiful rooms. Excellent value for money.
The design of the place and room.
A lil far from the taxi stand but not much an issue
One of the best riads I have stayed in Morocco. Nice, clean room. Good location, nice rooftop
Bathroom was of out of room
The riad was beautifully decorated in the Moroccan style, full of details to give it character and atmosphere. Each room was different. It had many different areas to sit, inside and outside, and a refreshing plunge pool. Marrakech is a stimulating experience but can be tiring: this riad was a perfect haven of calm. Despite being very near Djamaa el Fna it was very quiet.
Really peaceful riad. Great location to the medina and square. I felt immensely safe being a solo traveler. Breakfast was lovely too.
Everything, specially breakfast
it was all good. especially the breakfast was amazing. only the location of the Riad is a bit hard to find.
Lovely riad tucked away down a couple of narrow alleyways. The riad was very pretty with a few quiet seating areas. Although there were other guests around we felt we had the place to ourselves.
The first night the airconditioning didn't work and the shower did not drain. These little problems were sorted out the following morning.
Good size comfortable bed, clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning. We had a Hammam with full body massage which was great. Staff friendly and attentive.
Staff, location, very quiet.
Location - close to main square. Staff - very helpful with anything we needed. Price - seemed expensive but paying that little extra I believe got us a much better room.
The wifi kept cutting out.
We really loved our room. It was a corner of romantic love with rose petals everywhere. The room was really clean, cosy, comfortable and with many accessories (mini-bar, tv). The breakfast is really good, fresh and various. The position of the riad is great, less than 5 minutes from the Djeema El Fna. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The spa staff is also qualified and professional.
Everything. The position is great, just 5 minutes walking from Jemaa el Fna. The riad is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The rooms are very romantic and cosy. The breakfast is really good, everything very fresh and various (fresh orange juice, fresh dried fruits, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruit, salad, bread, pastry). The staff is very very helpful and nice to you. The spa staff is qualified and well trained.
A beautiful Riad, the host is very nice and helped us a lot. Breakfast was great!
