We had luck to get very low last minute offer, and we couldn't be more happy with it! Staff is really amazing and helpful, and breakfast is like in a 5 star hotel!
Malik the manager is very good
lovely place , wonderful and helpful staff. In particular Abdul precious help.
The staff were friendly, helpful and the location is perfect! I am coming back soon!!!
Mattress (too soft), but each person is different :-)
the location is great and the decor of the Riad also, perfect breakfast, attentive staff is friendly and helpful
Toilet without a door and the roof terrace with wall view
A bit tough to find in the Medina if you arrive in the Evening!
Nice room, friendly staff, free wifi, good breakfast!
Petals presented in Room when arrived, lovely welcoming tea, full and cheap breakfast, beauty and spa lady was lovely and highly experienced. New towels every day, new soaps, robes already supplied. Abdul and his team are fab!
Poorly soundproofed: we would hear everything from outside the room. Although the staff was quiet, we could not sleep anymore after they start working at 8 am. Small room (maybe related to the small price we paid 46 Eur/night with breakfast) Bad WiFi in our room (but good in the lobby) Our room would only get cleaned after 3pm so that we could not have a nap in the afternoon.
3 minutes from the big square yet quiet! Nice decoration with rose petals everywhere (a bit kitch as well) Buffet breakfast
very close to the place Jemaa el Fna, nice design of the riad, helpful staff
Staff was very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean.
Everything was perfect.
Bathroom doors were Saloon style and hard to walk through.
Rose petals all over the room. Incredible WiFi and gorgeous building layout
Shower very erratic temperature wise-suggest thermostatic controls as sometimes suddenly got scalding hot-potentially dangerous.
Location of Riad just far enough away from square for peace and quiet, just close enough to allow easy access to square and all amenities
difficult to find, a bit expensive, small room
The staff was really very kind, attentive and ready to solve any problem. Very good SPA service: special thank to Hannan! And to all the working team! They made our vocation really comfortable and great! The location is in the heart of the old town (Medina), very close to all the main sights. After every breakfast it was asked for a comment and all the wishes were taken into account! That was very pleasant! Some locals downtown told us, that the majority of who already stayed in this Riad, they come back and stay again during their next trips to Morocco! For sure, we will do the same!
Beautiful riad and a nice lively city
Building very cold as it was winter. WiFi did not reach all parts of our room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The Riad is located close to all attractions in the Medina. Airport shuttle efficient and made it possible to find the Riad on arrival.
room was a bit of a cell, but comfortable enough. suspect there are better options
The palais de princesses is a bit like something out of Sheherazade's (coincidentally, also a princess at one point) 1001 nights stories: indoor fountains, flowers, chandeliers. Personnel is friendly and helpful, food for breakfast good and plentiful. And location is right in the medina. One word of advice: If you arrive somewhere in Marrakesh, instead of calling a cab by yourself, call the hotel to send one of their trusted cabbies to pick you up. Normal cabbies have no idea where the hotel is and will just dump you anywhere in the labyrinthine medina, which can be intimidating if you get there tired, in the middle of the night, with a couple of bags. The fee is reasonable (actually the same that I paid one clueless cab driver and then one local guy to guide me through the medina, dead ends and wrong turns plus adventure included), and it is a lot more relaxed.
Very good located, super beautiful rooms, helpful staff, maybe the best riad (and even one of the cheapest) we've been during our 10 day stay in Morocco
Location, staff, rooms, and roof top relaxation area. Everyone very helpful and friendly. This Riad is worth staying at.
That great thing about this hotel is that it is so beautiful and quiet but it is positioned right in the Center of crazy, frenetic Marrakech. Staff were wonderful and gave a map and a short talk about the city on arrival which is unusual for a Riad. Cleaners were great. It is hard to find but the hotel will organise a taxi transfer from the airport which I advise you to book.
