In the Medina and a 10 minute walk from the famous Jemaâ el Fna Square, is this renovated family home. You can admire the Atlas Mountains from the rooftop terrace or watch TV in the lounge.

We arrived late, well after 11pm, this was absolutely no problem to the staff. They were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and traditional and close to the heart of Marrakech, yet quietly off the main square. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms small and basic but clean and serviceable.
There were workmen working in the roof next door but we asked for a different room and that wish was granted
The only good thing was the shower as the water pressure was really good but everything else was absolutely appalling.
As soon as we arrived at this hotel the staff were very unhelpful and quite nonchalant about our room which was not clean on arrival. It was nothing like the photos on the website, which were very misleading. When we were shown to our room we were amazed at how dirty it was and the general level of comfort was really below any reasonable standard. It was filthy and the bedding was disgusting, including the lumpy rancid pillows. We were booked for two nights but didn't want to stay at all but because we'd booked with booking.com we couldn't cancel our room. The room was small, dark and pokey, smelly and unappealing. A horrible place to stay for New Year. There was a fan in the next door room which kept us up all night and it was not a nice experience to climb into the dirty bedsheets. I really have nothing positive to say about this riad, the owner was very rude and they haven't put any love into the place. The location is the only thing that is okay about it. I am amazed that they can get away with charging us 450 dirhams per night for such a seedy place. I would not recommend anyone to go here, there are so many amazing riads in Marrakech, avoid this one at all costs.
Poor cleaning, overall need for renovation. Lacks toilet room's door, tiny room without window. In the booking environment there are pretty well looking pictures, in real the situation is completely different.
The Riad really is very beautifully decorated, the photos on the website are for real. The staff working here are nice, especially the old man, who is really helpful. The provided breakfast is sufficient - this is budget accommodation. The location of the Riad is quite good - not so hard to find, and away from the noise of the square. The barber across the street is nice, and next door are two small supermarkets. You can easily walk to the main sights of Marrakech from here. I think this Riad has potential to become really good value accomodation in a beautiful setting, but a few things do need to be addressed (see below). Overall my stay was quite pleasant.
The reviews were correct - cleanliness needs to be addressed. If they could refurbish the bathroom as well as they refurbished the riad, it would make this riad more liveable. They should also provide soap, shampoo, toilet paper and a towel (I had my own). the wifi is not reliable and disconnects frequently.
