Very clean Riad with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Junior was always offering us tea and happy to bring breakfast to the terrace; which is a long way. Great shower/toilet without the drain smell! Would definitely reccomend....

We love it. The Riad is very cozy our room was in the upper floor next to the terrace that had excellent views of Fes. The food specially breakfast was delicious. Our Hosts Junior and Adam were very nice and helpful to us. On one night of our stay Adam let us watch a futbol match via satellite in his office. Very nice we had a great time and we wanto to repeat.

The staffs was very friendly and gave us anything we need, such as water and information. We took dinner on the Riad, which was eventually the best Tajine we had in Fez. The location is very close to the R'Cif square. Where it is one of the entrance to the medina as well as to get a taxi.

The hotel floor was little bit dusty. Might be due to the arid climates of the Morocco. It would be nice if the Riad provides slipper.

    The inside decoration is excellent!

I am not sure but we had some flea bites after staying several days in Morocco. WE stayed three hotels. This is one of the hotels we stayed.

The staff was courteous, solicitous and knowledgeable. Inquiring where I might buy wine, the manager took me food shopping with him so that I could make the purchase. Along the way he brought departing guest to the train station and refused their offer of a gratuity. The hotel was clean and the central dining space was decorated in elaborate tile mosaics, wall carvings and immense wooden doors that we hand painted in colored patterns. The location was a few minutes walk from entrances into the Medina. While the passageway to the hotel was poorly lit at night, there was no sense of concern for our safety.

This is not so much what we didn't like but more what would have been helpful. The long wait for coffee at breakfast. Complimentary breakfast is presented in a traditional fashion: first the olives, honey, butter, jam and a small triangle of cheese. Breads come next, then mint tea and pancakes and what seemed to be a type of corn bread. Meanwhile, we caffeine addicts waited for the coffee that arrived as the last item in a fifteen minute serving. Someone should have gone over the apartment with us. Showing us where the light switches and plugs were located (there were an ample number of each). A warning of the need to watch for small changes of floor heights would have allowed us to avoid a stumble or two. There should be a small handle on the inside of the bathroom door to allow opening and closing. While lighting in the bathroom of our apartment was adequate for showering, etc., attempting to shave was a bit of guesswork as there was no light by the sink. Our bed in the apartment was up two short flights of stairs. Some form of night light on the landing would have made the nighttime descent to the toilet less precarious. While you do not vacation to watch television; at the end of the day a brief time of wind down viewing is pleasant. A brief guide to English channels or the use of the subtitle function would have be nice.

The riad is beautiful and completely renewed. The breakfasts and the dinner were very good. The staff is very nice and available. Very good position.

As I said the staff was very nice, willing, helpful and very present... maybe the manager a bit too much!

The Riad is not what I expected to see based on the picture when I booked it. Cheep in every thing, soap, bathrm tissue was bad only 1 hand towel for 2 people the place had an odor to it not to happy about the place at all, not only that the manger was a hustler, he over charged us on dinner, massage, and total bill and it was the last day of our stay when I asked for copy of my bill and discovered the discrepancy when I asked him for refund he refunded me less what I paid for but we had to leave because he did not come back with the refund right a way because he went to buy stuff needed for his worker. Do not recommend this place for stay

The riad is very cosy and clean. The breakfast is good and the dinner too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kacem can organize everything for you.

The dinner was a little bit too expensive.

The organized and convenient transportation from the train station, the guided tour through the Medina, and the night life entertainment suggested by the staff made the trip memorable.

The guide took us to many shopping places; however, we would have liked to see the water clock and other sights around the city.

The riad was beautifully decorated, clean, beds were comfortable (we had the mezzanine room on the ground floor), wifi worked well in the rooms too, breakfast was traditional enough, the 360° view of Fez from the rooftop terrace was incredible, the staff were polite willing to help and obliging. This riad had a hammam which you could use if you stayed for 2+ nights, an added bonus.

To get to the riad, the streets are dirty, smelly and not well lit at night. However being in the medina, at least it was close to the Bab (door, Bab R'cif) so you didn't have to walk more than a few minutes.

Outstanding staff. Always available kind and ready to help you with any need. Beautiful location, tipical Moroccoan Riad with wonderful design. Room clean and new.

In order to access in the riad you have to walk through a dark and small lane that seems a little bit dodgy.

Really great staff, were extremely friendly and helpful! The location is great if you want to be close to the old medina. The place is clean, breakfast was good (coffee, tea, different breads, honey, jam, cheese fruit, juice) ... Easy to get a taxi or bus nearby. Great value for money!! Oh amazing interior !

    It had a funny smell

for those who wanted to be in the median it was good. the owner (that is what he told us) was average, however the younger night person was very nice a d helpfuf.

the initial reception by the owner, was a little confusing, we arrived tired and needing a bath and he sat us in the rather small and without personality reception come eating room, come his office far to long, referring to his mobile phone. in the end we had to ask to go to our room. all the doors stuck to the floor when opening or shutting. there was little if any wifi in the room which was upstairs, lthough he sid there was. the tv was off the channel more than it was. really very average stay.
