As Fes has a huge Madina, this Riad is in an ideal location close to one of the squares and entrances to navigate to when you get lost, because you will. Its beautifully decorated inside and one of the staff Junior was just wonderful! He assisted in booking a guide to tour the madina, as well as booked a day tour for us to Chefchaouen and even got up extra early to make sure we had breakfast before we left at 7am in the morning. Thank you Junior you were so helpful and made our stay even better than expected.
The beds are a little too firm and you cannot pay your bill with Credit Card so be aware when you are checking out that you will need cash.
Riad Aisha is a very beautiful place. it is easy to reach by taxi and the location is amazing( in the old medina). the staff is also always ready to help or to give advices. we had a very stay in this place.
Junior, the staff member who was always available, was amazing. He was polite, knowledgeable, was able to set up transportation when necessary, constantly provided mint tea, and really made this riadh more than just a good place to stay.
The location is in the middle of the city which is both a plus and a minus. It is very hard to navigate, which applies to Fes in general, but this area of Fes was a bit away from the other tourist spots and therefore it took quite a while before we got our bearings. That said, I have a feeling we would have felt overwhelmed with Fes regardless of where we stayed!
I liked the building and the way it is carefully restored, the central location, the food was exellent, the breakfast a revelation! the staff is very kind especially Junior
that is what I missed; good informations about the city, a good free map, and only if one wishes a guide, suggest one.
Nice Riad within a short walk to central medina. Good breakfast.
-Little cold in the common dining place.
Great location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent terrace view. Very nice riad decor.
Hair on the bed sheets before we got in. Distinct smell in the room (maybe from the special olive paste soap).

Cleanliness can be improved for perfect stay
For a cultural experience of Morocco, forget Marrakesh, go to FES ! Riad Aicha completes the experience. Great position, super staff ("Junior"), unbelievable breakfasts!
Very nice Riad and very clean Good size room for 4 travelers Near to the historic center Nice staff
Not easy to find by Car
We enjoy our stay in this riad. Juniel the head of staff looking after us well and provides timely information and recommendations throughout our stay. Staffs are accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Remember to try dinner out at this riad, absolutely the best food we enjoy in Morocco. You can pay 3 times the price yet not getting half the taste and quality, Latifa the cook is simply awesome. Remember to book your dinner ahead before 12pm.
What a beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, . We were met by Junior from our bus and taken to the Riad. Kacem and Junior provided wonderful information about the city and of course mint tea. The rooms are spacious and the bed really comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. I was really sick when we arrived and they could not do enough for me to make sure I got well again, bringing me herbal teas and other remedies for the bad belly. I would definitely recommend this Riad.
Being there will take you few centuries ago. It's ingeniously accommodate modern comfort in an old atmosphere. Owner and personal ( ask for Junior) are very nice, always serving free cups of tea. They even do for me small laundry for free. it's like home.
First impression of small street accessing the hotel will dissuade you, but onece you knock on the door, you will be impressed.
Lovely courtyard. The staff were excellent with friendly service. Great breakfast. Very helpful.
staff was amazing; i recommend this place for a backpacker that's in a group going in between different Moroccan towns.
Good location and nice staff!
Comfortable, convenient location and wonderful, helpful staff
Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi excellent. Beautiful deco
Rooms a bit small. Very noisy with the courtyard. Breakfast a bit monotonous
Very pretty and typical Moroccan style. Friendly staff. Good location. Easy to get to (Bus line 19).
Staff very very friendly always willing to help in any matter. The location is great in the heart of la Medina. Excellent and varied breakfast. The room was clean and really comfortable bed. We had a great experience in this hotel. Thank you!!!! Euge, Anthony e Ileana :)
Very clean Riad with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Junior was always offering us tea and happy to bring breakfast to the terrace; which is a long way. Great shower/toilet without the drain smell! Would definitely reccomend....
We love it. The Riad is very cozy our room was in the upper floor next to the terrace that had excellent views of Fes. The food specially breakfast was delicious. Our Hosts Junior and Adam were very nice and helpful to us. On one night of our stay Adam let us watch a futbol match via satellite in his office. Very nice we had a great time and we wanto to repeat.
The staffs was very friendly and gave us anything we need, such as water and information. We took dinner on the Riad, which was eventually the best Tajine we had in Fez. The location is very close to the R'Cif square. Where it is one of the entrance to the medina as well as to get a taxi.
The hotel floor was little bit dusty. Might be due to the arid climates of the Morocco. It would be nice if the Riad provides slipper.
Very good location (close to the medina). Good service and helpful staf. Nicely renovated.
The inside decoration is excellent!
I am not sure but we had some flea bites after staying several days in Morocco. WE stayed three hotels. This is one of the hotels we stayed.
