    1) the Riad and the room (we were at the frst floor) are comfortable and beutiful; the swimming pool, with roses around, and the water slightly moved is irersistible; even if you don't like to rake a bath, you will appreciate to sit there, by day and also by night. 2) The position is unique: 2 minutes from the small place behind jamaa el fnaa; a very good base to take rest during any interruption of the visit of Marrakesh, in a silent corner and really in the closest position when coming form the airport or the railway station. 3) The conection: they arranged for us the trasnfer to the airport with great profesisonality and care.

on arrival, finding the place is not easy! (yet, someone could say: this is Marrakesh)

Sense of complete calm a short walk away from the craziness of the medina. Staff exceptional, especially Abdul and Pascal who couldn't have done more for us. So close to the action of the medina

only that we could hear the breakfast staff setting up early in the morning but we soon went back to sleep

We were welcomed immediately to the Riad, everyone was very accommodating. My children loved the room and the plunge pool. was a real haven from the bustle of the Medina and the souks. Breakfast was plentiful and served beautifully in a variety of locations around the Riad. would fully recommend the Riad Ghali to anybody. Pascal and his team were always on hand to give advice and ideas as what to do or what to go and look at if we were unsure. love Marrakesh, love Riad Ghali!!

Everything was excellent-there is nothing I can think of that would make it a better place to stay. The high point for me was how incredibly friendly and helpful everyone was.

    Nothing.

After being led down several dusty roads, around corners, through a dark tunnel, we came to a dead end. We were thinking the worst( mugging etc), but to our surprise a door opened to the most perfect, peaceful courtyard, in traditional style, with comfy couches, day beds, a plunge pool, roses and those wonderful floaty white curtains that you see in movies! Our room was huge, decorated in traditional style, very romantic and spotlessly clean. Breakfast, served on the terrace just outside our room, was a delicious version of "continental" with an array of crepes, pancakes, rolls and traditional breads. Delicious fig, strawberry jam and honey, all served with traditional silver platters and teapot. Our concers about safety were totally wrong. We felt very safe at all times when venturing out to the square, the souks or for dinner. To return from a hot, busy, noisy morning in the souks, it was like coming home to a quiet, cool oasis as we plunged into the pool. Host Pasqale, made us very welcome, and his 3 staff were a delight. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Medina in Marrakech is where all the action is but it can be very hot, crowded, and overwhelming for first time visitors. Riad Ghali is right in the middle of the Medina just a short walk from Jemaa el Fna square yet inside the riad all is quiet and tranquil (and air conditioned!). We were given a very warm welcome and tons of advice on where to go, what to avoid, and were even escorted to a nice restaurant on our first night by Abdul who was very friendly and informative. Pascal is a great host and gave us recommendations specific to our interests, and although as a group of young women we were not the typical kind of guests in the riad we were always made to feel welcome. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff were very helpful, especially Pascal who dealt with all our questions with unfailing patience. It is a very welcoming Riad and the pool was very inviting after a day sightseeing.

Nothing, though it would have been good to have some fruit at breakfast.

Phenomenal staff. Pascal the manager is the best host and makes you feel comfortable and safe. His staff, especially Adbul was amazing. At first when you arrive you feel as though, where the heck am I staying, but once the doors opens it is a hidden paradise. Recommend you contact the manager to have a pick up service at the airport. This will allow a porter to bring you to the door of the Riad Ghali. Everything was walking distance to go to eat at very nice restaurants and shopping. You must be prepare to understand and be patience with the sellers at the shopping stalls. Overall, my family had a fantastic time. The staff made is so easy to embrace. If we have the opportunity to travel back to Marrakech; The Rowser's will make it a point to stay at the Riad Ghali. I sincerely would like to thank the entire crew at the Riad Ghali our sincerely thank you!

Wish the Wi-Fi could reach the top level, but it was really no problem, we would go downstairs and enjoy the tranquil settings.

Location, architecture, comfort, personnel were excellent.

Internet was slow and for some time it lost connection completely, so that I had to reboot the router on the ground level. The walls were thin and the doors and windows impervious, thus cigarette smoke from smokers outside could be smelled in our room at various times of the day and the noise of arriving or departing guests woke us up at all hours of the night.

When I was walking towards this place, I was a little bit worried because of how the road looks like, but when I entered the riad, we were just amazed at this lovely place behind the door. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, big, pretty, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and fast wi-fi. Big plaza is nearby, so it's easy to walk around.

Nothing really, but staffs didn't really speak English... we managed to communicate though.

Tucked away, yet close to a gate and the main square in the Medina, it was a tranquil retreat from the heat of Marrakech. Pascal was very helpful and even gave us our own key to the door so that we could let ourselves in late at night. Simple Breakfast. Nice Pool.

Abdul escorted us into the Square on the first night so that we could orientate ourselves. Pascal arranged airport transfers. They were attentive and helpful. Wonderful breakfast included in price. Can't wait for an excuse to go again.

It was a sanctuary of serenity right next to the Medina. The staff were attentive and genuinely enjoyed my daughter being there with me. They even made us breakfast at 5am in the morning before we left for the airport! It was a stylish riad that radiated calm. Thank you

The riad is fantastic. The location is great and the staff extremely friendly and efficient. We stayed in other riads in Morocco and by far this was the best one. I highly recommend it. While there make sure to ask suggestions for Pascal, the owner, he has a great vibe.

Beautiful place and really nice staff - they took the time to find little turtles for my children (they had turtles in the yard) and they were so friendly and helpful. We tried more riads/hotels i Marocco and this was our favorite. We absolutely loved it:)

An oasis of calm after the exciting hustle and bustle of the medina. An easy 5 mins walk from the square. Attentive and friendly staff who keep the place spotlessly clean and provide a simple relaxing breakfast. The room was ornate and tastefully decorated with very comfortable bed and plenty of room to sit and relax. Pascal and Abdul were very helpful and the car from the airport arranged for us worked on time and with the greatest of ease. Abdul showed us the way to the square on arrival (around 10pm) and recommended a cheap and simple restaurant where we sat on a high terrace overlooking the action! Such an excellent Riad so close to the Square makes for a perfect short stay in the medina. Loved it!

    No complaints at all!

Brilliant location in the medina, don't be put off by the narrow tunnel approach - inside it is beautiful, calm and very comfortable.

driving in the medina is not recommended
