Issues with Wifi at night (but they fixed it by our last night); Location is a bit far from the main square, but the walk there is interesting at least!
Very small riad with only a few rooms, so they try hard to make their small number of guests happy. Breakfast included fresh fruit/yogurt and was nicer than many others we encountered in Morocco. They served our breakfast at whatever time we wanted... which for 2 days was at 6AM (sadly!). Staff were helpful. Comfy bed and nice shower.

Property advertised free wifi, but only had working wifi for 1 night of our 3 night stay. Manager couldn't help with booking of budget desert safari as he was only familiar with the private expensive kind. Train station pickup cost 18 euros per person (crazy $$$) which we did not use. Manager allowed guest smoking in the interior courtyard (which ALL the rooms face) which was very annoying. Only the manager speaks English well, the rest of staff do not, which made communication throughout our stay difficult. Breakfast was underwhelming - while there was a small bowl of strawberries/banana with yogurt for each person, the rest of the pancakes/breads were microwaved.
Location in Medina was convenient to Jemaa El Fna and Ben Yousef Medersa. Nice lady who served breakfast gave us a whole pot of Moroccan tea for ourselves. The interior courtyard was pretty.

This was the 1st time me and my friend stayed in a Riad. We had a great time and felt well looked after from the time we arrived there. We stayed near the end of January so nights were cold, so i felt it would have been nice for our rooms to be preheated upon our arrival (which was in the evening) and throughout our stay. Overall, we everything was clean and comfortable and I would go back to stay at Riad Ghemza.

Wifi was weak from the rooms but that's the same at every riad we've been to. The housekeeper was not the friendliest of people but that might've been down to the language barrier (she speaks French only). No real complaints though, I'd highly recommend this place!
The bedrooms are modern and comfortable and beautifully designed. The Riad is also very well-located, close to the attractions, walking distance to the souks and very close to good restaurants. Fabien is an excellent host and very helpful, he organised everything that we needed and was very kind and nice to chat to!

Amazing location, great staff and good rooms, what more can you ask for?

Very good value for money, good breakfast and friendly host! Highly recommended.

Lovely Riad, very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to the main square and really close to the Photography museum, Medersa Ben Youssef and Marrakech museum. The staff were friendly and wonderful. Especially Wafi, even though his English was not great he was very patient and helpful in explaining things to me. Breakfast was really good, lots of different breads with homemade pudding and fruit salad. Also really useful tips given by the owner. Would love to stay here again!

No key was given to the external door of the riad which meant you had to knock and wait to be let in. The small walkway is dark and smells extremely offensive of cat urine. On one occasion we waited over 5mins to be let in and felt nauseous from the smell outside. No TV and very poor and inconsistent wifi signal.
The staff were wonderful and inside the riad was very clean and well kept.

Nothing at all!
It's an oasis of peace in hectic Marrakech

Difficult to find as they have no sign. Neighbors ask for money to tell you where the Riad is located. Frence spoken. English speaking staff were not onsite except to check in for a few minutes each day. Included breakfast was unacceptable our first day and just "okay" the second.
Romantic and visually appealing room. Crisp clean linnins. Well equiped.

Riad Ghemza is the perfect, zen shelter, in the heart of the chaotic medina, spotlessly clean and comfy with autentic, atmospheric enterier. The hospitality and the tips of the owners make your Marrakesh experience much more safe and enjoyable.Warmly recomended.

Really central Samir and Davies are very helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Tiny piece of advice! Guests should be requested to keep their voices down when coming in late at night. The beautiful atrium acts as an amplifier. If guests need to get an early night (as we did on our last night there) it can be a nuisance.
Lovely place - the third and last Rhiad we stayed in and the best. The staff were excellent, as were our room, breakfast and service. It can be difficult to find in the Medina but that's usual in the Marrakesh Medina which is huge.

The wifi wasn't great, and was only really effective in the public courtyard area. Samir from the Riad booked our desert trip and although we enjoyed it, we didn't get everything we asked for (we wanted to stay overnight in the High Atlas mountains) so we'd advise getting an itinerary confirmed in writing before departure if you book a trip with the Riad.
The Riad is in a great location, just 10 mins walk to the north of the main Jeema square. We stayed in two different rooms before and after we took a trip to the desert, and both were lovely. Comfy bed, nice shower, effective air-con. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Overall, good value for money and we would definitely book again.

Wifi didn't work in the Berber room
Nicely renovated Riad. Room very comfortable with excellent bathroom. Staff very helpful

The place is really difficult to find. In fact the was not a single sign with the name of the hotel anywhere, so don't get confused when searching for it. Ask for exact directions or specify exact arrival time, so someone can meet you.
We booked last minute and have got reduced price offering, so it was great value for money. The place is very neat and clean, staff was very helpful, we even got breakfast served at 4 in the morning when leaving to the airport.

Not much really. It would be difficult to find so I'd recommend a transfer from the airport. The terrance is lovely though no view as it's not high enough.
Great little place only 10min walk from the main square (once you know your way around!). Good breakfast; pancakes, breads and sometimes eggs. Samir was very helpful and sorted out our hammam and also our transfer to the mountains. Nice to be welcomed with mint tea also!
