Riad Khol is in the heart of Marrakech’s old Medina, a 10 minute walk from Jamaâ el Fna Square and has a panoramic terrace overlooking the Medina and Atlas Mountains.

This Riad is in central Marrakesh, in the Medina and a 10-minute walk to Jamaâ El Fna Square. It has 3 swimming pools, a hammam and a panoramic roof terrace.

In the midst of all the hub this was like heaven. The silence could be heard like a hum in your ears. Beautiful ambiance Both the guys looking after the place were well mannered, soft spoken, caring and friendly.
The terrace could have had a more lively look. It looked dusty unkempt and unused !!!!
Lovely and traditional, so calm and serene in the middle of a bustling city. Good breakfasts, pretty room and everything worked fine!
There aren't any locks on the bedroom doors which did prove problematic, we got picked up by the kindly arranged taxi on the first night and the man who carted our luggage to the riad door pretty much demanded a 50 dirham tip (extortionate we would come to realise!) and the staff didn't offer to help with change - which is difficult to come by when you are fresh from the air port. Biggest problem was that when we came to leave the riad had NOT charged our debit card at time of booking which was not bought to our attention before hand and the main riad door was while we argued our case! We could scrape together just enough dirham to pay but that left us very short for the remainder of our trip and with broken English on the staff's part and little French or Arabic on our part it was a stressful end to an otherwise relaxing stay. My advice is to double check everything before arriving and confirm your expectations at the beginning of the stay as such an upsetting situation could have been avoided had I done the above.
It is really quiet and relaxing, the total opposite from that loud streets! Also it's very easy to reach. The personal was really nice and helpful all the time, a very good service! The breakfast was also very good! I would stay there again :)
Riad Hidden is located in the Medina but is situated down an alley way away from the busy markets. It was a very nice 2 night stay.
The alley way for a single female traveller may be a bit uncomfortable walking down at night
Peaceful Great Location
The location in the heart of the Medina Riad recommended, very good reception, Riad calm and soothing, service friendly people, always ready to give help. thank you for this stay I will return!
Very tranquil and cool place just a short walk from the craziness of Jemaa El Fna square. A real gem.
The staff were attentive and helpful, although on occasions there was a slight difficulty in translation. The place was tranquil in amidst the frenetic souk and square life. The actual room and bathroom was gorgeous, with the multidimensional ceilings and the day-to-day cleaning with artistic 'laying out' of left over clothes. Lovely! The breakfast was something we looked forward to and the dinner, if requested in advance, was sublime. Tasty and authentic.
Nothing! We enjoyed our trip. Although the actual water feature might have been nice as we arrived at the start of a heat wave.
Location is superb! Right in the heart of the souks. Staff was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Great experience and would highly recommend to other travelers!
great staff, great location. The riad was easy to find, very comfortable, and very clean. Salma and her colleagues were excellent. The rooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this riad to everyone.
- Great service and kind attention given by Salma and the rest of the staff. - Excellent food. - Rooms are very spacious and exceptionally beautiful. - Very conveniently located.
- Rooms are a little cold in the winter, which is understandable in this kind of historic building.
Amazing riad. We absolutely loved it. Our room was great and the staff was very helpful.
We loved everything, so boutique, peaceful, thoughtfully designed and the oasis we needed after the souks. We were welcomed with tea and helped with our every request. Would go back!
The shower did not drain well and did flood the bathroom floor a bit, but wouldn't stop me from staying there again.
It was a good location, only a few minutes away from the main square.
Facilities need to improve. Rooms do not have a tv.
