This is a very modern riad with all the luxury of big hotel chains, yet they cater to all your personal needs. On the terrace you can have a nice, relaxing delicious evening meal or you can relax in the jacuzzi and comfi beds. The staff is really helpful and available to assist any time of the day.

Request a room with windows to the streets as well!!

We love the design and decoration of the Riad. Room is comfortable and the Rooftop terrace is amazing. The Riad is always clean and tidy. Location is perfect, right in the center of the Old Medina. Staffs are helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone who's looking to stay in the Medina area.

Everything, except a couple of small issues. Great location, good food, very clean and comfortable, great terrace, well decorated, friendly staff. Nice hot tub!

Some disagreement over check-out time Charge for card payment that wasn't mentioned until checkout time Loud outside at night (motorbikes, so not exactly the Riads fault)

We had a great stay at Riad Houma. The staff were friendly and professional, they supplied us with maps of the area and collected us from just outside the Medina on arrival. The Riad looks amazing and is decorated with a contemporary Moroccan feel. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and stylish. Also there is a great roof terrace where an amazing breakfast is served and where we enjoyed a great bottle of wine in the evening. The Riad is set in a great location and it is easy to find. The staff organised our transfer to the airport, they allowed us to store our luggage with them as we explored Marrakesh on our last day, they also arranged lunch before we flew home. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer!

The Riad was superb. The decor was second to none. It was obvious that the design and planning was carefully throughout out and executed. The roof terrace is great. Plenty of sun loungers and straw hats!! Plus a Jacuzzi which is ideal after wandering through the souks on hot days. The staff were fantastic and nothing was any trouble for them. We stayed in one of the ground floor suites which was just superb. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and sets you up for the day. The lunches and dinners were of a very high standard. The food was cooked to perfection. Try the local Rose wine. It was spot on. I would say without a shadow of doubt that this was one of the best places that we have ever stayed and we have travelled all over the world. It puts to shame some of the so called 5 star hotels. We will definitely be back. As for Marrakech. Only one word really FANTASTIC! The people are great, the atmosphere is something else and the food fab. If you go for a week take a day trip to Essaouira. It is on the coast and makes a nice break form the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

    Nothing!

Fantastic place to stay. The staff were fantastic and always genuinely welcoming and accommodating. We stayed here on three searate occasions as we used Marrakech as a base to travel from. Beds are so comfortable, roof terrace is great to chill out on and the whole riad is tastefully done. Breakfast was great, and the yoghurt was particularly nice, homemade I beleive. Would hightly recommend a stay here.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, always willing to help and be of service. It was great being welcomed with hot mint tea and cookies while relaxing in the courtyard instead of just your standard passport check-in. They took the time to tell us the sights and give us some local information. The room was great; you have to be comfortable with your travel partner as there is no door to the bathroom. It was fairly large with a comfortable bed, a large tub and double vanities. The hotel also had a roof terrace, where you could have your lunch/dinner and a lounge area if you just wanted to have a drink and relax. The whole riad provided a great respite from the madness (and heat) of the day. I would stay here again if I came back to Marrakech. Good location in the medina as it was away from the central hubbub, yet easily accessible.

There's an extra charge if you pay by credit card. I ended up paying in cash (so bring Euros with you) - a relatively small thing at the end of a good stay. So just be prepared!

Stayed here on three different occasions as we used Marrakech as a base to travel from. It is a really fabulous place to stay. Staff are brilliant so accommodating and genuinely welcoming. The whole riad is spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable. Rooftop terrace is great to chill out. I also really liked their yoghurt at breakfast which I believe is homemade. Couldn't fault this riad. Would definitely recommend it!

Riad is located centrally in old medina, less then ten minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fna. Riad is brand new and very modern from inside. We liked the design of the rooms as well as the common areas. Breakfast is served at the roof. Staff was very nice.

Except of the owner, the staff speaks rather poor English. There is a safe in the room but you cannot change the password and you have to use the universal PIN code which they tell you at the arrival. We did not have a problem with it, it is just a bit weird. So is the fact that bathroom is not separated from the bedroom with a door...

Beautiful riad, wonderful interial architecture and extremely nice staff. Good breakfast, spacey rooms, very nice roof terrace.

During the night and in the mornings it was quite loud in the room due to people/traffic outside. Sometimes smelly due to the old pipes/drain but it's an old building in the medina.

Great location in the Medina. Very helpful staff. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi. Would recommend.

There's not much to not like here. Only criticism is specific to one of the rooms. Anyone taking the 'Ghita' room should be aware that it's open plan. It looks cool but the WC has no door on it and is separated from the bedroom by only a stud wall which only goes three quarters of the way up the ceiling. In other words, it's not really that practical for a couple in my view because of this. But it's fine for someone on their own.
