Beautiful, very tastefully decorated riad with a great location, close of everything. The room was very nice and clean and it had an extra touch of welcome with the drapes on the bed and swans made out of towels, they went the extra mile! All the day staff was extremely nice and helpful, organised horse ridding for me, gave us information, they all deserve the maximum score, however the overall score is lowered by the night staff (see in the negatives why).
We almost slept in the street one night, we arrived late (but they claim a 24-Hour Front Desk) and there is no bell, so we knocked in the wooden door and knocked...and knocked for more than 20 minutes harder and harder till my fists were hurting till a sleepy old men finally woke up to answer the door, and he did not even apologise, he behave like we disturbed him at HIS house from his sleep, I tried to talk with him in French, he did not even answered...just mumble something, turned his back to us and went back to sleep in front of us . To make it worse that whole night the phone from the reception was ringing non-stop and the man at the reception was sleeping on the job but none of us slept the whole night, it was terrible. Please do something about it, the lower score of the staff is only because of him!
You also have to be aware that the room does not have air co not a heater, therefore in winter was a bit chilli, but bearable.
