We had a lovely vacation at the Riad. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent and the breakfast on the terrace was great. We would highly recommend this to all. The Riad was a wonderfully calm oasis and extremely relaxing place to stay. |

This riad is located in the heart of the real medina not in a tourist location so you really get to see how the locals live. Inside the riad is beautifuly cool and clean with efficient air con. The decor is elegant and comfortable. The staff spoke english and were helpful and friendly. Our room was very generous in size and slept 4 -perfect for a family. The pool although small is used by guests and is not just to look at! Great for a family who want to experience a small riad in the heart of Marrakech rather than a large hotel catering for the mass market. The approach to the hotel is far from glamorous -it is hidden in a maze of alleys within the heart of the medina and the area immediately outside appears a bit intimidating at first.You cannot park a car anywhere near the riad but assuming you dont have your own vehicle, the location is fine. E-mail and ask for instructions if you want to avoid having to use a guide to find the place on arrival. |

This is a wonderfully peaceful and quiet riad where you can really get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Lovely Morrocan feel to the rooms and the air conditioning is very welcome. Small pool to cool off in and lots of nice seating areas. No problem once you know where you are but it would be very hard to find without someone to show you. It is in a residential area which is nice but it's a bit of a walk to the main centre when it's hot. |

La atención de uno de los integrantes del servicio, en concreto Hasan. El desayuno es bastante bueno. El riad es bonito. La ubicación es muy mala. Está muy escondido, te da mucha inseguridad, ya que es una zona con muy poca iluminación.No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, por avería, pero nos pusieron un radiador y se solucionó. |

Je wordt hier erg vriendelijk ontvangen en voelt je al snel thuis. Bij vragen was men erg behulpzaam. Het is wel aan te raden om vervoer vooraf door de riad te regelen want het is lastig te vinden, zeker als je laat in het donker arriveert! Maar als je eenmaal weet waar je bent, is het maar een korte wandeling naar het centrum. Je verwacht ook niet dat achter in zo'n steeg zo'n charmant hotelletje zit! Dat is een van de vele verrassingen in Marrakesh... Jammer dat andere gasten die het niet konden vinden voor ons raam op de binnenplaats een heel verhaal aan het doen waren waardoor we aantal keren uit de slaap werden gehaald... |

L'hôtel est très beau, il est bien situé (15mn à pied de la place jemaa el fna) quand on ne se perd pas... Le service est impeccable. On se détend vraiment. Merci à Hassan qui est à la fois présent et discret. Le massage est génial et la nourriture excellente. Très bon séjour en globalité. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien mais si les propriétaires ne font pas l'entretien, il risque vite de se détériorer. La robinetterie est à revoir et le hammam n'est plus en service. Pour le prix, je pense que l'on peut s'attendre à une meilleure qualité des équipements. Le moins reste le prix des "à côtés": ils sont basés sur les prix européens (massages, repas...), ce qui n'est pas en rapport avec les prix que l'on trouve en ville. Malgré cela je ne regrette ni le repas, ni le massage qui étaient tous 2 excellents! |

Es un riad precioso. Es un placer llegar a él después de recorrer las callejuelas de Marrakech y poder relajarte en su precioso patio con el sonido del agua de la fuente. En este caso, el alojamiento no es sólo el sitio donde dormir, sino una parte más del viaje, con su propio encanto. Las habitaciones son preciosas y la atención de quienes nos recibieron fue impecable. El desayuno estaba riquísimo. |

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans ce Riad et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, la discrétion et l'efficacité de l'ensemble du personnel. Un grand merci à Hassan et Khadija ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du Riad. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, c'est un véritable havre de paix au sein de l'agitation de la ville. Nous ne gardons que de très bons souvenirs et c'est pour cette raison que nous le recommandons vivement. |

L'ambiance créée à l'intérieur du Riad. C'était tellement typique que pour nous, européens, avoir des toilettes dans la chambre séparés d'un rideau mettait mal à l'aise. |

Das Riad ist eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten der orientalisch-betriebsamen Altstadt von Marrakesch. Man sollte vor Ankunft im Riad anrufen und einen Transfer vom Flughafen vereinbaren, denn es ist nicht leicht zu finden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hilft gerne mit Tipps zu Ausflügen, die Gold wert sind. Toll für Leute, die das Individuelle mögen. |

Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce Riad, ainsi que le service de Hassan toujours présent, discret et efficace Nous aurions beaucoup aimé être avertis de la taxe de 3,5% à payer en sus sur les réglement par carte bleue, ainsi que le fait d'être obligés de régler les extras ( repas, massage, excursions) en especes car quand cela n'est pas prévu il n'est toujours pas facile de retirer le montant demandé, les cartes bancaires ayant une limite par semaine. Sur le site web, il etait noté que nous pouvions profiter d'une piscine , celle ci se résumait plus a un bassin d'agrément car elle n'etait pas vraiment en fonction le systeme de filtration n'ayant été mis en marche que la veille au soir de notre départ! |

Le calme du riad (superbe patio planté de beaux arbres, jolie piscine), le charme de la déco, l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, les repas et petits déjeuners servis sur place. Le centre ville est proche (15 min de la mosquée de la Koutoubia, 10 min du jardin de Majorelle) mais le riad est situé dans un endroit pas touristique, à l'écart de l'agitation de la Place Djemaa el Fna. chambre assez petite, isolation phonique un peu juste (mais ravissantes portes traditionnelles...) |
