Just 100 yards from Jamaâ El Fna Square, this Moroccan riad offers traditional seating areas and a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina. There is also a spa with a steam bath and massage rooms.

Great location, rooms cleaned every day. Considering it's just off the main square you can only hear it when on the roof terrace. Helpful friendly staff.
Shower head hook didn't work but it wasn't the end of the world. Drain smell but as the medina smells a bit of drains it should be expected
Very noisy. Some people there had a baby or young child that cried a lot and you could hear it as if there were no walls at all.
the staff pay attention to detail to your query and and needs that may arise. Their customer service skills were exceptional!
should have had some bathroom toilletries. also the breakfast rooms are on the roof and there was no lighting nor heating working in those rooms.
Big nice breakfast :)
Yogurt at breakfast was memorable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No hot water. Water pressure poor.
Not far from the jamaa fna place
Location and staff were fab, organising taxis and trips for us as well as being on hand when needed but never in the way.
Breakfast was not included - do not add it to your order as you will be required to pay for it at the hotel each day you have it (but its cheap and worth the money).
Location is perfect, just 2 min from main squere Staff was very nice and helpful Terrace for eating breakfast was great
Great location and very friendly staff, I'm very pleased with my stay here.
loved the design of the rooms, clean sheets, towels and bathrooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast on a calm rooftop, perfectly situated near the main square. There weren't any surprises. it's a very simple but well run riad. They let us bring some wine, as they don't serve it. I would definitely go back.
Initially i didn't like leaving my room key with the hotel, but i came to trust them. Not great with helping with directions.
Kind and attentive staff with a good welcome. The location is great because it is so close to the main square. Rooms are basic but good value for the money. The bed was comfortable.
The smell of drains in the bathroom was very unpleasant. This was our second visit and don't remember them being as bad the first time.
The raid is very beautiful, especially the central courtyard, but the room was quite small. Towels but no toiletries provided. Excellent location so close to the main square in the old town.
Although the breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely, we didn't enjoy dining there in the evening, due to the waiter and the food. But we only did this once so may have caught them on an off night.
Beautiful looking Riad. Cleaning staff very nice and did a good job.
Finding the riad was a nightmare and not easy as some people stated. I did ask how to get there in my email but got no reply so after phoning a few times we did find the car park it was a shock to see an underground carpark and it was an extremely narrow ramp OMG for this reason alone i would not go there again. Getting our suitcases and finding our way to the riad on foot was another disaster but we managed it in the end at a high price. The riad itself was beautiful, dark, very smelly and we had a very tiny room for three adults unfortunate also right next to the reception area so any talking was clearly heard. Three of the staff are nice, a woman, the boss and a jung man, but one man was extremely rude to us on more than one occasion, he was also having a very loud social conversation at the receptions area right next to our room that stopped me from sleeping at night time. Blocked sink. No kettle or fridge or much space for putting your stuff. Tips, Make sure you bring incense for the awful stink if you stay here. Best don't book to stay over night instead just come to the restaurant instead, that way you can still see this beautiful riad take picture and enjoy the view from the roof top too. Not much privacy in toilet.
lovely clean and smart riad. great location. lovely rooms, once we had one with a window. Delicious breakfast in gorgeous roof terrace or covered tent room when rainy.
the original room we had booked was too small for the cot we had also ordered (and they didnt have ready) - not ideal travelling with a 4 month and 20 month old. However, they sorted it out pretty quickly and then moved us into a bigger room
Staff was allais willing to help
Staff were very helpful helping organize a trip to the atlas mountains where I rode a camel, highlight of trip!
Sometimes I was in a rush and the upstairs restaurant took quite a while to bring food out
Good hamman and you can ask for strong massage if that is what you prefer. I organised a few tours through the riad and they were better value than if I had done this elsewhere. The dinner was really nice...the tangines and salad. Staff very keen to help out with useful tips. Very easy to find the square from here.
wonderful traditional decor
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Jnane Mogador. The staff are very friendly and helpful and everything is neat and clean. Breakfast on the top terrace is amazing!!! Our bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Perfect location, couldn't ask for better!! Would come stay here everytime on my trip to Marrakesh
Location Staff was so polite and friendly
Wifi goes off whenever they use credit card machine Small room and raids can be a little noisier during the day/evenings since open areas
Very convenient location, just steps away from the Djemma el Fna. Staff very friendly and helpful
Rooftop terrace could use more comfortable chairs and a shady place to sit
The location is perfect. The services are correct and staff very nice.
There was no possibility of paying with the credit card. The téléphone conection need to be revised.....
Close to the medina so perfect for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant which was extremely well priced, relaxed in the hamman - i would recommend a berber style, had breakfast on the terrace which was delicious, taxis were ordered for us without us really having to ask and we were recommend good day tours. Overall BRILLIANT STAY!
Avperfect place to live the experience of the Medina. Beatiful building. Good location. I experience also the hammam. Worthy to try it
It would be good to get a formal service in Marrakesh to carry loggage of tourist inside the medina. I was kind of treathened by the guy who took my baggage when taking off the taxi.. I think i payed him a significant amount considering prices in the country... But I had no choice.. This has nothing to do with the ryad
Location fantastic. Friendly staff
Poor WiFi Cramped, tight room for family of four
