Riad Nadir is in the heart of Marrakech's Medina and offers a free airport shuttle service. It offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Some rooms feature a 4-poster bed and fireplace.
Score from 18 reviews Very good
Located in Marrakech, this traditional-style riad features a fitness centre, beauty centre and a rooftop terrace with plants and sun beds. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax in the plunge pool....

Located in Marrakech, the Riad l'Oiseau du Paradis is located an 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square. The rooftop terrace offers a view of the Koutoubia Mosque.
Score from 182 reviews Very good
Only a 15-minute walk to Jemaa El Fna Square, Riad Ajebel offers guest accommodation in a typically Moroccan, 11th-century building.

The location is so hard to find
lady who served breakfast silence and rest inside
surroundings of the Riad very narrow streets, so Riad hard to find charge for paying with creditcard
Staff were amazing. Free wifi and breakfast. Tours were good. Safe.
Was down the bottom of a dark alley. Loads if hustlers nearby. Intimidating location but reasonably near the medina. Rooms smelt funny. Realised it was because the shower pipe exit was near the sewage. You need to place the cover over the shower hole otherwise the bedroom stinks. But otherwise perfectly clean.
The staff was really nice and among all that busy city, the Riad Karmanda was like the paradise!
Extremely friendly stuff. Clean and nice decorated. Wonderful ambient. Very close to the main square (8min walking). I would definitely recommend it.
The location and feel of the Riad were lovely and the staff helpful, especally with recommending and organising our trip out. My room was the twin room on the ground floor and was minimalist but delightful.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved to make the stay a bit more comfortable. - the riad was cold so it was a shame that the fire was never lit. - Breakfast was nice but was limited as it was pancakes every day, but choice was limited and fruit and cereal would have made for a bit of variety although Mina did get in yoghurt when we asked. - it was a shame that the riad suggested no food from outside as there was limited option within the riad to have anything. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been a great help. - I wasn't able to read at night as the light was nowhere near bright enough!
Very close to the centre. Location excellent. Only 6 rooms. Friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful Riad.
We visited in January and very cold and wet. Could have lit the fire and would have made a real difference.. Breakfast was just pancakes. Rooms quite dark and light bulbs missing.
Staff were very pleasant and friendly Mena the cook produced delicious foods both at breakfast and when we ate in the Riad in the evening The charges for an evening meal and wine were very reasonable
Location bit away from main square and appeared to be in a poorer end of the Medina
Lovely riad. Lovely room. Great breakfast and close (10min walk) to the square and the souks.
We had a lot of trouble finding the place (the spot on the map when you search for the address is wrong), It's down a little side street with no sign on the main street. To help any future guests.. it's the little street diagonally opposite where Rue Sidi Boulabada (the street that'll take you to the main square) meets Avenue Ba Ahmad.
Room was very tidy. Staff even do not speaking english, try to help. Let us leave bag during the day at the hotel, because our flight was in the evening. Gave free map and explain available excursions. Manager speak perfect english. Breakfast a lot of traditional pancakes.
Location-difficult to find, because street do not have names. The best think to do, ask hotel to pick you up from airport, it specailay if you arrive in the late evening. They charge to match 20 euros. But we get to the city center for 8 euro, but has to walk 10 minutes without name of the streets and directions. I would suggest them to change breakfast menu, because pancakes 7 day in a row is not very nice and healty. Option of something more health like fruit or omlet would be nice.
doors bedroom cannot be closed, since there is no key.
The Riad is pretty easy to find and very well situated regarding to the big square (Place Jamaa El Fna). We had a very warm welcome with a nice cup of tea. The rooms are pretty large (for a riad and its price) and very clean. Inside the Riad it is very quiet and you directly forget the noise and business of Marrakesh. However as all the rooms are adjecent to the courtyard of the Riad, there is always some noise during the night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
The pool is in the middle of the courtyard, which is not a place that is very attractive to take a dive.
Convenient location (10 minutes' walk to main square on one main street). Breakfast was quite generous (pancakes, bread, jam, juice, tea/coffee).
Airport transfer quite expensive (20 euros). We shared a taxi with another couple going to the same riad but they still charged 20 euros per couple.
It's not as hard to find as everyone makes out it's well located for Jemaa El Fnaa & the Souks (not on the doorstep but close enough). The free mint tea was a nice touch.
We stayed at Riad Karmanda for our last 2 nights in Marrakech and whilst we had stayed in sheer luxury prior to that, we have to say we were slightly disappointed. We were under the impression the hospitality at riads was really good but this one seemed to lack that. During the day the riad was managed by 2 young girls who for various reasons weren't that helpful; to give an example we tried to order some drinks (from the menu) one day and they just looked at us blankly & said they didn't have any. The manager who was there in the evening was slightly more helpful but no one gave us the welcome we were expecting. The aircon unit in our room (Majorelle suite) barely worked, making things a bit uncomfortable (we weren't even there in high summer) and our bathroom smelt like sewage. The rooms don't have locks and the safe in our room didn't work so we had to ask for a padlock for our door, which we eventually got. We don't want people to think it was awful, because it wasn't, we were just expecting it to be better, there are so many riads in Marrakesh, pick carefully!
Very nice, welcoming and supportive staff. Good location: few minutes walk from the main squadre of Marrakech. Confortable and stilish structure.
Really kind staff, clean room and nice breakfast.
it's 15 mins by the square, it is not too much. Walking throught marrakech little street is something that u have to try! ;)
