Refreshing and borderline ice-cold pool which is exactly what you'll want after a long day , friendly, caring, very helpful in dealing with any issues you may encounter and hospitable staff and a location that takes you away from the nearby souks and allows you a quiet nights sleep. The rooms are authentic in decor and absolutely beautiful- you'll have difficulty forcing yourself to leave between the stained class windows, the rooftop terrace with a view of Marrakech, the unlimited coffee at breakfast and the jet-filled pool.

    Fantastic

Very friendly staff in a very tranquil setting. Very accomodating to taste - one of us was vegeatrian and they knocked us out with a fantastic menu - the food was amazing. Also, very romantic setting with furnishings to create a mood.

Friendly staff, helpful. Went out of their way to even get ready a full breakfast at 4am before we left to catch an early flight.

The 20 euro airport or train station fee is a tad excessive compared to local price of about 5 euro.

We had a really lovely time at Riad Kenzo. The Riad is beautiful and in an excellent location right in the heart of the medina. The staff were wonderful, especially Mohammed who could not have been any more helpful or attentive! I would highly recommend staying here during your trip to Marrakech.

The Riad Kenzo was little slice of heaven. Stylish, tranquil, luxurious. A warm welcome with a glass of mint tea and a rose petal strewn room. The staff could not have been more freindly or more helpful. The rooms were pretty and well decorated in traditional Moroccan style. Dinner on the terrace was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the ambiance special and the service discrete and hospitable. I highly recommend that you take advantage of the massage. The massuse has magic hands. I would come back here again, and again and again!

Gorgeous roof terrace, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and the first directions in morocco that we're accurate!

Difficult to find initially as we had to walk from where the taxi dropped us off.

Amazing authentic Riad located in the heart of the souks. Fantastic breakfast and fabulous home cooked tagine. Clean serene oasis amongst the madness of the Medina. The service was faultless both Damien made us feel very welcome and Mohammed was just charming and made our stay very memorable...Thanks Mo. We will be back.

We only had two nights there.

the Riad Kenzo is a wounderful place to enjoy Marrakesh. Its is 10-15 minutes walk from the market and close to Ben Youssuf Koranschool and the museeum of photografie and marrakesh. It is not located in the inner center so you see the more autentic life and shops if you go other ways. Its nice to see other sides of the Medina. Kenzo is also good located because in the Medina are no cars alloud. But 2 Minutes walk and you are in the car- area to go to the airport or trainstation. Breakfast on the terass or downstairs in the Riad close to the pool is very good!! NIce people are working there and are very welcoming and like to help or make you wishes come true :) like every Riad you hear the other guests but it was a very quite place. We enjoyed the time!

The Riad is a little bit hard to find but a good beginning to find your way in the medina.

The riad was a fantastic choice for us, Mohamed and the team provided a very special experience for our first trip to Marrakech. From a fabulous terrace meal or drink to a map pre-populated with sites to see and do, a really amazing time. Mohamed provided drivers, dinner reservations and help as needed. The riad is a hidden gem, off the beaten path was easy walking to all the main attractions. A lovely experience!

Upon first arrival was a little skeptical about the area, but once you enter the Riad....wow! The decor is beautiful for starters. The rooms are so well decorated and the courtyards too. The breakfast is nice and simple with quite a bit of choice rather enjoyable. Dinner at the Riad is lovely! All the food is delicious best I had while in Marrakech. The staff are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable, you can ask them for anything (within reason) and they are happy to provide for you. They really did make my first stay in Marrakech so enjoyable, can't wait to go back! I would 100% recommend it to anyone I'm sure you'd love it.

Although it is close to the market, it is super clean and peaceful. Very helpful staffs offered various services including amazing breakfast, hamam, massage and dinner. So, it is nice to energize you to walk around the souk next day. Especially, massage with argan oil is exceptionally reasonable. you cannot find such nice and reasonable massage anywhere in Marrakesh.

    Nothing at all

We had our honeymoon in Marrakesh and were completely enchanted by the place and its people. The Riad Kenzo was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. The staff was respectful and friendly. They were always available to help with tips and the morning breakfast was always fresh and delicious. On our last day, we had to wake up early for our flight. Not expecting to have our breakfast served, the staff woke up early to make us breakfast. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. It is greatly due to Riad Kenzo that our honeymoon was so memorable and romantic. ps. We recommend you join "cousocus night" if you get the chance. With authentic food & music, it was such a treat! Thank you to Damien & his lovely staff :)

I want to highly recommend "Riad Kenzo" in Marrakech! I booked a triple room (1 queen and 1 twin bed) plus cot for 4 nights for our family of 4: 2 adults & 2 toddlers. Overall, they are amazing! They went above and beyond on all our inquiries and requests. Yes they charge a fee, each way, for airport shuttle service, but it was worth having the peace of mind of not getting lost after a tiring flight at night plus small kids and then looking for the alley where the Riad is located inside the maze that it is the Medina. Upon our arrival, the caretaker was already waiting for us by the parking zone and escorted us. Once we arrived the Riad, he greated us with some mint tea, provided us with check-in forms to complete and familiarized us with a city map. Since our booking, I had inquired and confirmed that they had offered homecooked Moroccan dinner. Which was perfect because our flight arrived very late, and it was delicious! 3 course meal by charge per person. In reality the pricing is a bit over the average, but food was great and the convenience was well worth it. Yes food was finger licking, we are too big foodies ;-) They also accommodated 1hr massage by charge, upon request at whatever time was convenient! Yes, we got massages every day ;-) Fatima, the massage therapist, only speaks French, but she is absolutely wonderful. Now the owner/manager, Damien is simply "the man!". There wasn't one request he wasn't able to meet our needs. From having someone accompany us to find a boutique I specifically wanted to go in the Souk or finding a trusting person to escort us personally to a trusted herbalist to buy Saffron (fake goods are common in such huge market). He made us feel like we were home and treated us as family. Even when our toddlers were being kids in a mostly adults only occupied lodging. Now, the caretaker Mohamed is such an incredible soul. He is one of the most polite and humble person I've ever met.

Euro pricing for goods and services vs local currency equivalent, although the final bill you have the option to pay on either currency in exchanged rate of euro pricing. Bathtub kept clogging with the body oil from the massages we got (we informed them of this at check out) Rooftop sunbathing area needs some TLC (tender loving care), the chaise lounge were a big deception from the online chic images vs reality...

Staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly about getting around the area and finding the sights Rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable Sun terrace lovely, great for breakfast and relaxing after a busy day

Rooms overlook central atrium with no natural light through windows, makes them a bit dark. Wifi not strong in the rooms, but fine in the communal areas
