We asked for an early breakfast and we got only a piece of cake, not the ordinary breakfast.

Although the breakfast was very good it could have done more variations.
The staff at this riad are brilliant very helpful and friendly they maid us feel at home from day one.

It's very difficult to find, so ring ahead to get help. We drove as close as we could to the medina, then was accosted by a guy who showed us where to park and took us to the Riad. It took about 15 minutes of his time and then he demanded 20 Euros which we refused to pay. We were at the door of the Riad with the staff standing at the door and he refused to help us - even to give us any change. The Riad will come to the airport and pick you up and bring you back for 20 Euros, so the man who simply carried our bag was unreasonable. My disappointment was in the Riad staff who just stood there and wouldn't help us out.
The roof top terrace was lovely. Beautiful courtyard. Clean room.

Only downside is that you can hear the noise from outside of your room and vice versa.
Great, cosy shelter in the center of town. Truly frendly staff

Nothing at all
Fantastic breakfast, very welcoming and friendly staff, the room was fantastic and the Riad as a whole was very well designed and simply lovely. Based right in the centre in the old Medina and is a great base for discovering Marrakech. The night porter is there to let you in any time of the night as well. Loved it :)

Poor wifi from my room + hard to find the riad + لا يوجد شفاط بالحمام للوضوء
Nice breakfast + very friendly staff + great location

Mohammed and all his staff made us so welcome, they were so helpful and courteous. Dinner on the first night was delicious and breakfast was a treat, with Nadias home made yogurt, cake and crepes, fresh bread and homemade jam. The bed was very comfortable and the Riad spotless. Riad Kenzo is a lovely place to stay and we would have no hesitation in returning.

Arrived there, owner told us there has been an issue but that we ,ill have the same four room in one of his other property, after a 1h driving, we arrived at a way poorest hotel when we had to share rooms as there has been a "communication issue" Then they tried to double charge us the city tax... And we had to argue 10 minutes to get billed properly... Not serious at all.

This RIAD is definitley to recomend!! We had a wonderful stay there! Isham is such a nice, friendly and funny guy! He tried everything to make our stay perfect! And in fact thanks to him, we spent wonderful days in Marakesch! He always prepared us fresh Maroccan Mint-Tea and answered to all our questions! Thanks to him we really felt like beeing at home!! THANK YOU AGAIN!! The breakfast was served on the nice roof terrace and was very good (fresh orange Juice, pankcakes and self made cake, honey and jam, bread, coffee, yoghurt, eggs, cheese, mint tea, everything you need)! From the Roof terrace you can also enjoy the sunset! The RIAD itself is very nice and well situated in the middle of the medina! It is just 15min walking distance from Djemaa El Fna square and 10min to the Medressa! When living in this Riad, more or less everything is in walking distance (all the souks and palaces)! The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable as well!! I would definitely recommend this Riad for your perfect stay in Marrakesch!!

Nothing, everything was perfect! The bad part is that we had to leave! ;(
The Ryad is amazing, very well decorated, colorful, and the hospitality of Isham (sorry, not sure if it is correct) is speechless. We arrived late evening and he welcomed us with a prompt mint thè and spent some time with us. Afterwords, the dinner was ready for us: big portions and all was delicious. The breakfast is very nice too. The room was very clean and cosy and the Ryad was surrounded by Patchouli smells which created even more a moroccan atmosphere.

Wifi access fine in reception but nowhere else.
Location is perfect, although alley leading to front door is a bit intimidating.

You need a map from Riad not to get lost. Streets looks differrent in daytime and at night, watch out to mark special attention points.
Very good location, close to the main attractions, morroccon breakfast is included, free wifi, nice and clean rooms, excellent roofgarden.

Beatifully renovated Riad in central, but quiet location in a narrow street of the Medina not far from the main square. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful! Delicious breakfast on the roof terrace.

We had a great time At Riad Kenzo. Our 20 month old twins loved the staff because they were showered with attention. Every employee was helpful and kind to the whole family.
March 10, 2015
The staff was really nice and helpful, we spent a beautiful time having interesting and amazing conversations; the riad is a beautiful structure and its position is perfect to visit the city and all its places of interest. We had tasty moroccan breakfasts on the terrace, where the view of the medina and the skyline is really beautiful.

We had a really good time this Riad. It's clean, beautiful and the staff is very ambitious and courteous.
February 24, 2015
The riad is peaceful, and clean & tidy. The food is really good (we had an evening meal as well as breakfasts). Everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly. It's more like staying at someone's house, than a commercial establishment. It's only a couple of minutes walk away from the souks and the main square also.
February 18, 2015
It was a bit cold at times.
The house. The staff. The location.
February 15, 2015
The traffic outside is dangerous. Motorcycles weave through pedestrians at excessive speeds. No signage makes finding it very hard.
Staff were great. We had the roof top room which was neat. The roof is a comfortable place to hang out

Wow! There are too many good things to write! Mohammed and staff were amazingly hospitable. We were greeted with tea, pastries, a map of Marrakech and a wealth of local knowledge which set us on our way. We had dinner in the restaurant on our last night and it was one of the best meals we ate (and huge!). It's worth getting breakfast there too as it's soooo good and filling. We had an excellent rapour with the staff and they made our stay so memorable. We booked this Riad each time we returned. We loved being in the heart of the medina only a 10 minute stroll from the main square. The hummam was fantastic!!!

Only negative was that there isn't enough hot water for a shower if you get up late!
Staff were excellent. Beautiful rooms and a lovely peaceful rooftop terrace.

Bed was a bit stiff
The employees at the riad went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. Really nice place to spend a few days!

Very difficult to get a room - they are almost always fully booked.
Staff were lovely - often it is the staff that can make or break a place. I had a little 1 bedroom on the roof. Very handily located near everything.
