-They provide a mobile phone to you during your stay to call them should you need anything when you are out -They meet you and walk you around on the first day so you don't get lost -The roof terrace is lovely and peaceful with good views -The food and meals available at the Riad are lovely -The staff could not be more helpful
The staff were fantastic, so helpful and attentive and showed a real passion for their guest's comfort and relaxation. The attention to detail in the Riad, the luxurious touches and spotless hygiene far surpassed those of big, expensive Hotels. The food was excellent, all prepared using fresh ingredients and beautifully presented.
The riad itself is gorgeous and the food (we had both breakfast and dinner) is great, but the thing that made our stay were the staff and level of service, which are absolutely extraordinary. The staff made us so welcome and comfortable throughout our four night stay. The riad's new spa/hammam is excellent as well, really enjoyed my afternoon there!
Customer Service the best I have ever experienced. Attentive staff but not intrusive, The breakfast was fantastic.
Not a single thing..
Location, staff, the culture.
We loved everything.. The friendliest and most accommodating staff we have ever met.. Excellent service from room cleaning, laundry and delicious dinner...beautiful Riad.. Spacious room was decorated nicely..
Staff, exceptional staff who would do anything for you. Luxurious suite with balcony overlooking courtyard. Rooftop terrace where you could lie out in the sun or take in fantastic views of Atlas Mountains. The lemonade, so tasty!
Not the best wifi
The free water and fresh lemon drinks on hot days - even free bottles of water when setting out for the day. The staff were really friendly and simply could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed.
Friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Little touches such as fruit, water & flowers in the room and personal service of helpful guides to negotiate the medina's maze of streets. Beautiful roof terrace and cool calm courtyard. A relaxing retreat from the city's bustling atmosphere.
The staff could not do enough for you! Amazing!
Drumming by children well into night for a festival.
I guess you pay for what you expect. It wasn't cheap, but totally worth it. We stayed in the Ecalyptus Suite. It was possibly the best suite in the Riad. The service was seamless, the staff made us feel very special. From the moment we were collected from the local square, escorted to the Riad through a maze of narrow streets, it was the beginning of our beautiful 3 night stay. We received a pre-paid mobile phone to carry with us, plenty of recommendations for local sites and handled booking for the heritage spa in the Medina. the mobile phone was their way of saying 'enjoy our beautiful city, if you get lost or too tired, please call and we will collect you'. I would love to stay here again.
nothing to report, The staff are always keen to receive feedback and any suggestions, which was very nice before we checked out.
this was a truly exceptional place to stay for our first visit to this bewildering city. The staff are friendly, helpful and made absolutely sure we felt safe and at home - we were lent a mobile to call them if we got stuck. Inside the riad is beautiful, spotlessly clean and so calm and peaceful - wonderful breakfasts too.
Having to leave!!
The standards here are outstanding. It is like being in a luxurious hotel with the most amazing staff.
Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.
The best hotel I've ever stayed at regarding the attention given to their guests. Given an escort to to and from the Main Street and given a mobile phone incase of any emergency or query. Nothing is too much trouble. Invaluable, especially for women on their own. Have never experienced that in any hotel in the world. Loved it, and the staff.
This place is a dream come true, the staff is the best, the place beyond spectacular, the food excellent and the whole experience is amazing thanks to the wonderful people of Riad Kheirredine... Thank yoy for the best stay ever
The location is perfect and provides a luxurious escape from the madness outside. The staff are incredibly hospitable and attentive, getting the balance between good service and giving you space exactly right. The food is superb and the staff really do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome....
Can't think of a single thing..
An oasis in a bustling city. Calm and tranquil after a day walking through the Souk. Staff so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble even rescuing us in the maze of Marrakech when we got lost. Breakfasts we couldn't wait for - delicious. Planning to go back and counting down the days. There's a great little shop nearby run by the lovely Mohamed. Everything is made by hand - silk scarves, rugs, blankets etc. Craftmanship at its best.
Cannot think of a single thing I disliked.
Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Jasmine room - spread over three levels with two bathrooms and private terrace.
I had the most amazing time at Riad Kheirredine. Everyone was lovely and warm and I felt like I was at home. The Riad is beautiful, the breakfasts and dinner were beyond delicious and the service was just OUTSTANDING! Do not stay anywhere else!!!SERIOUSLY!
The staff were exceptionally helpful. The decor tasteful The room huge Very clean and comfortable Food very good The mobile phone
The location down quiet back streets - but this was overcome by the staff who escorted you home at night.
Location was only OK. More good than poor, but a bit out of the way
The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly: nothing was too much trouble. They arranged all our trips & provided us with a pre-programmed mobile phone for emergencies (e.g. getting lost!) as well as a guide to take & collect us from the local square - very useful, since the Medina is a labyrinth to the uninitiated! Our room was positively luxurious, with fresh fruit & water always available. We appreciated being able to eat either on the roof-top terrace or in the cool of the courtyard - and the food was excellent. I would warmly recommend this riad to anyone seeking to enjoy the local culture.
For anyone with mobility problems, the walk of about 5 minutes from the square to the hotel (there was no vehicular access) could be a little daunting.
We were extremely impressed with the obliging, courteous, friendly and considerate staff at the Riad. Nothing was too much. Because of them, our stay in Marrakech was one to remember. Top marks to this establishment.
The staff couldn't be more attentive. Clean, tidy and great service.
