The riad was great. Before I got there, Sarah was extremely helpful via email in communicating a number of things to me about my stay and my time in Marrakesh. Once I was there, she and Wassim did everything to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. They went out of their way to serve food I could eat for breakfast and followed up with my airline about missing baggage for me. When I changed My itinerary, they worked with me and didn't make it difficult. The a/c in the rooms was great, and the riad in general was perfect to come back to after a long day out.

Nothing! It is tough to find at first, but that's typical for places in the medina. Once you know where you're going, nothing is too far away.

The riad itself was beautiful, especially the open ground floor area. The food at breakfast was also a lovely start to the day.

Despite the fact that the staff knew that I was being forced to return home early due to a family member being taken into hospital, someone took my last morning as opportunity to steal half of my remaining money (£60 in a mixture of euros and sterling). The riad staff simply claimed that no one had been in my room that morning, and were entirely indifferent to the theft. Instead of offering any kind of sincere apology, their primary concern was total dissociation.

The staff were very friendly and informative, happy to help with anything. The riad is clean and decorated beautifully. They were accommodating with breakfast and were happy to meet any requests. The facilities were great, including a pool, and generally it was a lovely place to come back to and relax after long days exploring Marrakech. Highly reccomended.

The location is very residential, and as a 20 year old female travelling with a friend the same age, we found this a bit intimidating, especially at night. This wouldn't stop us staying again though as the riad itself was a haven in the busy streets of the old town.

For me the most important was the friendliness of the staff. During 5 days of my stay they have made me feel very welcomed. They very down-to -earth approach made it a very pleasurable stay. The riad itself is kept very clean and their breakfasts are just simply delicious. The location is very good too. Right in the centre of old part of Marrakesh. I was sad to leave and will be coming back for sure. Special thanks to lovely Sarah, Muad and Habiba who made our stay unforgettable. A place worth of high recommendation.

WiFi could have been a bit better, but since I wasnt there on business it didn't really matter.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. They also went out of their way to ensure that I found the shops I was looking for and introducing me to the owners.

Beautiful riad and liked the location - you felt in the heart of the medina. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was great. We had an incredible hammam organised in the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to everyone..

I wish there was a Zero rating on here. First and foremost, the riad did not feel safe at all. After paying for the room and taxi transfer, we would have been better off paying for a better class riad. The living conditions were not good -- everything felt very forced, from the welcome to the check in. There was a mattress next to the stairs on the way up along with other bits and pieces. In our room, violette, there was a big damp patch next to the shower, which we were told was due to someone having a shower, but this does not make sense when the shower head was fixed to the wall facing the other way! The sink tap was fixed on with some kind of putty and was not stable. The only mirror in the bathroom and room was the size of my hand. Upon voicing our concerns, we were told it was all fine and we would love it. We couldn't stay there so we found an alternative hotel to stay in within half an hour of getting there. The owners of the riad have not apologised and have offered us a 2 night stay at no cost as we were not refunded our 3 night payment, so if you wish to go there, claim our free nights. I will never go there again! If we had stayed there, our Valentine weekend would have been a washout!

Beautiful inside, nice room and enjoyed the breakfast.

Location innacurate on Google maps so difficult to find. Expensive when compared to some other riads in the medina.

we stayed 4 days in marrakech in january. this riad is a really little paradise. is a lot of clear, nice and cool. weather was so sunny. the old town is so cute& beautifull but a little caotic. is possibile have dinner inside this riad, we dinner here and we choose: - one of our a tipical food, "Tajine" - one of our had asked to reception a special diet menu without spice and only vegetables boiled (impossibile in this town, but possibile inside this little paradise). boy and girl of recection is so fantastic friendly. i liked the good breakfast, everydays is so different and fresh. Riad is inside old town is the best for oriental taste of Marrakech.

I liked the place the riad was situated. It was quiet and not to far from the huzzle at La Fehn.

The breakfast was boring! It would help with an eg everyday, aks for it, Mouad made for me sometimes!

I stayed here with three other friends. I enjoyed so much our stay and the staff was Excellent. Mouad (The Riad manager) walked with us across the Old medina to bring our bags back so we don't get lost and park close to the Hotel. We were leaving at 5am the next day so he woke up already to serve us breakfast at 4:30am! Excellent Guy! The Riad is a magical and a peaceful place inside the crazy hectic old medina. The rooms are very clean with a very authentic moroccan design. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful interior decor, nice rooftop terrace, good location and good value for the price. Wifi was just about working even on the third floor and rooftop.

On our opinion an old fashioned blanket that covers the whole double bed is inconvenient and impractical. Our air-conditioner was a bit noisy during the night because every time it turned on automatically to keep the temperature regular, it literally crashed on.

The riad is beautiful. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Location on map was incorrect and we had to ask directions from locals multiple times.

Really friendly and helpful staff, great location, extremely clean (new towels and sheets every day), excellent Moroccan food if you choose to eat in (although the meals are expensive compared to local restaurants). We took a trip up into the Atlas Mountains, with lunch at a Berber village, which was fantastic and well worth doing. Highly recommended.

Keep your wits about you and ignore friendly offers of 'guides' in the very crowded lanes around the souks, and take no notice of the signs to the main square - they will lead you all over the place!

the location (15 min by foot from Djeema El Fna in a quiet secure street), the beautiful design everywhere in the riad, the nice and discreet people working there, the breakfast, the large and comfortable bed, the large bedroom (Hibiscus)

The price of the evening meal was a higher than in restaurants (20 euros/pers) so we didn't try it. But we didn't compare the price with other riads meals.

The Riad was nicely decorated in typical Moroccan style. The receptionist was very friendly. It was only 15 mins walk to the square.

We had problems with other staff who could not understand much English. The cleanliness in the rooms was minimal and the shower water took a long time to soak away. Very noisy - we could hear the people in the other bedrooms and the noises from the kitchen. I had forewarned the Riad that I was wheat intolerant but they could only offer a limited variety of fruit so the breakfast food was disappointing. The service was not good as they kept forgetting things (or didn't understand English).
