Had a nice meal but as i came in late at 9.15 it was warmed through in the microwave which i didn't like Jams and marmalade served in chipped crockery unhygienic. the pool in the centre certainly not for a dip as dirty. Though Sarah was friendly it shows that the proprietaire doesnt care.
The staff were friendly with a relaxed atmosphere

you need a guide to find the frontdoor. The street is not on google maps (but hey, it is the start of an adventure right?)
Everything is nice at this place

People managing the place is not friendly at all; breakfast is very poor, and they do not care of customers
the riad itself is nice
April 4, 2015
Poor access and lack of clear directions.
Quiet, intimate, clean and central to the old medina.

Getting lost and lack wi fi in room
Comfort friendliness and good food

If you go there the first time, it's not easy to find (no signs in the street, only on the entrance door). The street has no sign with its name on it.
Great breakfast! Each room has its own beauty (we stayed in three different rooms). Very nice stuff!

Location is deep inside the souks of the medina, if you arrive during night it can be a bit scary as the hotel is in a tiny narrow street without any signs indicating where it is. That means you have to ask locals to show you the hotel who then obviously want to have money. The room was nice but really cold as the heater didn't work and during night it got down to 3 degree. Breakfast was really basic, only some coffe bread and jam. For the price of the riad I think you expected a bit more especially after experiencing a much bigger and better breakfast in a hostel for 1/5 of the price (also in median). Staff is always there but most of the times busy with their phones or just talking to each other.
Typical Moroccan Riad

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The place was very clean at all times and I enjoyed the massage facilities.

I didn't dislike anything and trout it was good value for money.
The character of the riad was extremely nice. Wassim was extremely friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast but it was sufficient. I would definitely go back.

Nothing! It is tough to find at first, but that's typical for places in the medina. Once you know where you're going, nothing is too far away.
The riad was great. Before I got there, Sarah was extremely helpful via email in communicating a number of things to me about my stay and my time in Marrakesh. Once I was there, she and Wassim did everything to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. They went out of their way to serve food I could eat for breakfast and followed up with my airline about missing baggage for me. When I changed My itinerary, they worked with me and didn't make it difficult. The a/c in the rooms was great, and the riad in general was perfect to come back to after a long day out.

Sort of difficult to find first try
Very clean and relaxing place. Staff was friendly and accomodating

Despite the fact that the staff knew that I was being forced to return home early due to a family member being taken into hospital, someone took my last morning as opportunity to steal half of my remaining money (£60 in a mixture of euros and sterling). The riad staff simply claimed that no one had been in my room that morning, and were entirely indifferent to the theft. Instead of offering any kind of sincere apology, their primary concern was total dissociation.
The riad itself was beautiful, especially the open ground floor area. The food at breakfast was also a lovely start to the day.

the worst place ever the location.iwouden't stay their even for free.
May 17, 2014
The location is very residential, and as a 20 year old female travelling with a friend the same age, we found this a bit intimidating, especially at night. This wouldn't stop us staying again though as the riad itself was a haven in the busy streets of the old town.
The staff were very friendly and informative, happy to help with anything. The riad is clean and decorated beautifully. They were accommodating with breakfast and were happy to meet any requests. The facilities were great, including a pool, and generally it was a lovely place to come back to and relax after long days exploring Marrakech. Highly reccomended.

WiFi could have been a bit better, but since I wasnt there on business it didn't really matter.
For me the most important was the friendliness of the staff. During 5 days of my stay they have made me feel very welcomed. They very down-to -earth approach made it a very pleasurable stay. The riad itself is kept very clean and their breakfasts are just simply delicious. The location is very good too. Right in the centre of old part of Marrakesh. I was sad to leave and will be coming back for sure. Special thanks to lovely Sarah, Muad and Habiba who made our stay unforgettable. A place worth of high recommendation.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. They also went out of their way to ensure that I found the shops I was looking for and introducing me to the owners.

Beautiful riad and liked the location - you felt in the heart of the medina. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was great. We had an incredible hammam organised in the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to everyone..

I wish there was a Zero rating on here. First and foremost, the riad did not feel safe at all. After paying for the room and taxi transfer, we would have been better off paying for a better class riad. The living conditions were not good -- everything felt very forced, from the welcome to the check in. There was a mattress next to the stairs on the way up along with other bits and pieces. In our room, violette, there was a big damp patch next to the shower, which we were told was due to someone having a shower, but this does not make sense when the shower head was fixed to the wall facing the other way! The sink tap was fixed on with some kind of putty and was not stable. The only mirror in the bathroom and room was the size of my hand. Upon voicing our concerns, we were told it was all fine and we would love it. We couldn't stay there so we found an alternative hotel to stay in within half an hour of getting there. The owners of the riad have not apologised and have offered us a 2 night stay at no cost as we were not refunded our 3 night payment, so if you wish to go there, claim our free nights. I will never go there again! If we had stayed there, our Valentine weekend would have been a washout!
