Score from 309 reviews Very good
Quiet, easy going, informative and friendly.
A little far from the main square.
The staff were the highlight. Breakfasts were good with some variety each day. Nice courtyard, lounge and roof terrace. Wi-fi was good apart from on roof.
We were put in different riad (Sukkam) than booked which was a long way out and in a poor area. My partner was in tears and wouldn't go out until we were moved to where we booked after 2 nights. I would suggest using Click for transfers and trips as riad transfers very expensive.
I had a rough time in Marrakech as a solo traveler with people constantly approaching me for reasons that were not so great. As the result of a previous venture I was low on cash at this point. The people here told me where to walk to help avoid many of the problem areas and gave me directions to a place that had the best exchange rate I had seen in Morocco.
Lovely Riad, the layout really nice. A great place to relax after the hussle and bustle of the Medina. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Staff and riad were excellent. We were moved to a different riad which was further away from the main square.
Moved to a different riad that was further away from the main square.
Overall the stay was very nice, friendly staff, surrounds were interesting and getting around was very easy once you got your bearings. Maybe you should have warned of the over cost for taxi or guides, given an approx. value etc. on the website(Many guests were caught)
Breakfast: the breakfast was well set out but lacked options as we found out later if we wanted anything different we paid for it at the end>>>You should give more options. Staff should have more understanding of English as it was hard to communicate sometimes.
The hostess was very helpful with information trips and food. Views are stunning.
Staff was very accomodating. We stayed for one night prior to a 3 night hike to Mount Toubkal and they allowed us to keep our bags there. When we returned they could tell how exhausted we were and gave us keys to our room right away. My friend had a toe injury and they supplied her with a giant bucket to soak her feet in. Yasmine also arranged for a hammam and massage the following day and had our laundry done. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Location was quiet yet close enough to walk to Djemma el Fna. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again!
home feel, great staff, great breakfast and wifi. clean.
Very noisy at times, a lot of banging around in the morning. Not great. did not like the walk to the Riad late night, very silent and deserted
Staff are amazing Yasmine is beyond helpful as with Ragish and the rest of the staff Excellent location not even 10min walk to Souks and square
Nothing everything was wonderful :)
A really lovely stay in a beautiful Riad in central Marrakech. The staff are great, the rooftop terrace brilliant and the pool a welcome respite. The staff really went the extra mile and were super friendly
Avoid the bottom floor room. This is next to the entrance and breakfast area- so you hear every hospitable word when people arrive at 2 in the morning and then again when the keen sightseers get up for breakfast at 7
Very nice relaxing roof terrace. Excellent friendly and welcoming staff
Take the offer of a transfer to the Riad from the airport as the location is difficult to find. However, once your given a map at the Riad and Yasmin has explained the routes its easy to navigate your way around. The rooms were comfortable, clean with good wifi reception. The staff were extremely helpful, organizing trips and travel arrangements.
Room was large, quiet and comfortable.
To far from the main square, didnt like the area. Some staff not very friendly.
Staff were so helpful and really made us feel at home. Would return on this basis alone. Great location to experience the true Marrakech. Exceptional value for money and great for solo, friends or family travelling.
Hand held shower.
Breakfast was different every day. Small 6 bedrooms, enabled you to meet other guests. Staff friendly and helpful
I would have liked towels to be changed daily.
Staff very professional and nice!
very quiet zone and relaxing time there. wonderful maroccain riad near the down town and the Place.
breakfast could be improuve on any other solutions to eat.
The staff were friendly.
The room's air conditioning did not work, the light fitting were hanging off the wall, two lights did not work, the shower head was left hanging as the connector on the wall was broken, there were open wires coming out from the wall where a tv once was. The roof terrace looked shabby and unloved.
The staff were friendly & helpful. The Riad had lots of Moroccan character which we liked. Location was just inside the old wall so walking distance to start of markets. Very clean.
The central courtyard area can be noisy if other guests decide to socialize into the night. The shower hose was broken. No light bulb cold be found for bedside table. Small criticisms only.
- Hotel localization in the Medina. - Staff is very helpful and very pleasant. - Prices are very ok. - Very delicious breakfasts included, refreshing mint tea. - Cleanly, everyday fresh towels, excellent service anytime you need. - Refreshing swimming pool with a romantic atmosphere. - Style of the hotel with a patio, nice typical maroccan decorations. - You feel very safely anytime in the hotel, even walking in the Medina at night.
Our stay was definitely too short.
Very helpful and nice staff. Nice decor. Good value for the money.
We arrived by night and the streets were a bit intimidating. Also we were with an elderly person and it was a lot of walking. The breakfast was nothing much.
It was home from home, felt totally relaxed and at ease
The children begging outside the front door
Very welcoming and accommodating and friendly- nice pool to relax after shopping in souk -breakfasts lovely homemade good tv which was kindly tuned for us to see England's first World Cup match - they lost !
All good except the walk to central square was about 20 minutes through bazaar and we got lost a little but not a great problem at all
Lovely room with a great bed. Pool was very welcoming as it was about 40 Celsius when we stayed.
We weren't in the riad we booked we were put in the sister riad Zen. Slightly enjoying as they arranged transport from the airport and just took us there rather than letting us know first. Ended up ok though.
