    - Hotel localization in the Medina. - Staff is very helpful and very pleasant. - Prices are very ok. - Very delicious breakfasts included, refreshing mint tea. - Cleanly, everyday fresh towels, excellent service anytime you need. - Refreshing swimming pool with a romantic atmosphere. - Style of the hotel with a patio, nice typical maroccan decorations. - You feel very safely anytime in the hotel, even walking in the Medina at night.

Our stay was definitely too short.

Very helpful and nice staff. Nice decor. Good value for the money.

We arrived by night and the streets were a bit intimidating. Also we were with an elderly person and it was a lot of walking. The breakfast was nothing much.

Very welcoming and accommodating and friendly- nice pool to relax after shopping in souk -breakfasts lovely homemade good tv which was kindly tuned for us to see England's first World Cup match - they lost !

All good except the walk to central square was about 20 minutes through bazaar and we got lost a little but not a great problem at all

Lovely room with a great bed. Pool was very welcoming as it was about 40 Celsius when we stayed.

We weren't in the riad we booked we were put in the sister riad Zen. Slightly enjoying as they arranged transport from the airport and just took us there rather than letting us know first. Ended up ok though.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean Riad absolutely stunning. Not far (walking distance) from the magical Jemaa El fna square. As soon as you walk into the Riad your first reaction will be wow! A little gem of a palace hidden away. Break is fresh every morning including homemade crumpets and fresh Moroccan butter(Smen). Will definitely be coming back.

I felt very Sad leaving the Riad. Wish I could have stayed there longer. Next time I will book a longer holiday.

The bathroom and bed rooms were big and the breakfast was good.

First, we didn't go yo the expected place. We went to an other riad, close to the one we booked, but worse. The pool was not good, there was a cat inside and it was dirty. The room was ok, but not what we expected. One of the chairs was broken and the carpet was super dirty. Then, when we were about to leave, we wanted to pay by card and they asked us to pay a 5% extra fees, where is not told anywhere!!! Amazing!! I don't recommend this place!!

Stuff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. In general, Ryad is cozy. But that's it.

Audubility is horrible. You can hear everything from the nexo room and from the basement. If you plan to have a rest and sleep well in the morning - forget it. Sounds of lockers and from the kitchen will get up even dead man. Breakfast is really poor.

It was great. We enjoy our stay very much. The kindness of the staff was very sweet. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. At the beginning you must get used to the neighbourhood, but its safe and oke!

Very badly located; no restaurants anywhere near. Person in charge concerned only with getting his money at start of stay. Advice: stay away

Good breakfast, friendly staff (except for the manager). You will really have Morocco experience.

The manager was interested only in our money. He promissed to fix the shower support in the very first hour and nothing happened after a week. The shower was really bad. Sometimes no warm water, some times not enough water. When we got enough water, it became a problem once we got a flood in the bathroom. The tours packages are about 30% more expensive when booked through Riad L'Orchidée.

We enjoyed our overall stay . Place was lovely and comfortable. Near enough shops and main square.Would recommend it to friends.

I might have left my phone in the room and when I e mailed to ask about it, they did not respond to either say yes it's here or not here. It was long shot but ti was worth a try.
