Peacefull place, friendly people

The staff is friendly and alwayhs willing to help, they alone make the stay at the Riad worth it. Food is served fresh and abundant, and the even show you how its cooked. The place is really pretty and the terrace is amazing. You can ask the staff for any additonal services, and they will go above and beyond to make sure you get it for a reasonable price.
The Riad is a little hidden, getting to it from the main square can be complicated, I got lost a couple of times and got harassed by locals, trying to get me to other places or asking for money to guide me. Maybe the Riad can print out maps with specific instructions on how to get there, since asking around in Marrakesh can be overwhelming.
Nadja and Brahim's friendliness, help, and desire to make their customers feel themselves at home. And indeed, at home we felt. Nadja is an excellent host and cook. Her hospitality is something hard to find these days. She would go out of her way to make you feel welcome there. She even took our friend to the local hammam where she goes. Her efforts with the language (we didn't speak French or Arabic) were superb in order to be understood and most things ran smoothly. Her breakfast is FANTASTIC!!!! And the tajine dinner (not included in the room rate) she prepared for us one night was very good and flavorful. Brahim speaks a little bit of basic English and was always ready to help. He came to the Jemaa to lead us to the Riad through the tortuous streets and alleys of the Medina. Beautiful people!! The Riad is great! Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and quiet at night. The AC worked fine but wasn't always needed. First class.
The location is a bit far from the Jemaa, so you have to navigate the streets of the Medina and the Souks, which are very colorful, but very confusing. And they did not take credit card even though it said they did on the Booking.com listing. I don't know if this is a Riad's fault or Booking.com's. On the listing, it could also be interpreted that the taxi to the airport is included, but it's not (200 dirham).
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and abundant, served on a nice terrace. A lot of additional services are also offered (trips to surrounding places, hamman...). Nice interior decorations!
It's not so easy to find the place the first time, but taxis are cheap and when one gets to know the streets it takes just 15 minutes walking from the big square.
Very friendly and helpful staff and having an in-house car and driver to hand was extremely useful for all the trips I had to make around the town and surrounding area, especially for getting back at night.
It takes a while to work out exactly how to find the place, even on foot. But that is common to most Riads in the old town I guess.
