The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the poorest that I've had in Morocco. The staff didn't come to pick us up from the medina door and it was hard to find. One of the staff member let us wait during 30 min at the door...

We were upgraded to a suite, stunnig spacious room on the roof with the terrace, very clean. Breakfast very good, helpful staff, always smiling. Very good wifi, perfect location 7 mins from main square. Perfect place to chill out after busy day in Marrakech.

Everything, the stuff in the Riad made us feel like home. They were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Foud became our friend, he even took us in a swimming pool in a very hot day. And Brahim was always polite and he took us to the best Hamam in the city. The cleaning stuff are also great. We had clean towels every day and sheet every other day. Everybody was smilling and made us feel like home. Breakfast first class, you can even have it a bit later. Or very very early if you are to leave the Riad before 7 for example. Also, Fouad makes the best Mint tea we ever had! Thank you all for this experience!! Location wise is very easy and close to the big square.. we felt safe at all times!

Helpful, friendly personal. Very good breakfast.

Big problem to find this Riad by car. We did not like a room. Small, dark room with strange bathroom. The door in the bathroom was not able to close. The water in shower did not drain.

Very good location near place Djeem Ef-na and also near to taxis to go to Majorell Garden/Airport etc., street is rather quiet and we felt secure as there are lots of Riads in this street, nice breakfast with fruit salad and orange juice, quite new building, room was ok sized and we received room as booked (twin), staff was very friendly and we got free working WIFI (even in the room, as most Riads only have it in the lobby)

I think lots of Riads have the same problem -> it smelled a bit like toilet in the room, very noisy in the morning as the walls are not very thick, my friend got bitten by bed bugs (we assume, but very likely as they look exactly like that, I didn't have any problems!!), we asked to exchange mattress for 2nd night, but she got bitten again....

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt really at home there. The location was also great and Brahim sends customers a hand-drawn map of how to find the Riad which I would use if you're getting there in the daylight, but get them to meet you somewhere or organise airport pick-up at night since the medina is a bit of a maze at night.

Good location, easy to find in medina. Short walk from taxi drop off point. 5 minutes from the main square. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean and tasteful, with a nice roof terrace. A good atmosphere.

Watch out! The location on the map is wrong. We walked around half the medina trying to find the place. The transfer to the airport, which the riad organized, was overpriced.

Before we arrived at the La Kahana, we were sent instructions on how to locate the premises and how much a taxi should cost, with where to drop us off, via email, which was an excellent help! Upon arrival even though we were early we were provided with mint tea and waited in the majestic, beautiful lounge. Our room was sublime and exactly like the pictures. Definately worth getting the suite at the top for privacy, although the terrace is available for all. Although the riad is down backstreets we felt completely safe at all times. Everyone was friendly and the location was within 5 minutes of all the vibrant, exciting colours and flavours that Morroco had to offer. Ibrahim and all his staff were attentive, friendly, informative and so pleasant to talk to and be around. They completely out did themselves with a surprise, evening birthday cake, candles and rose petals in the room for my birthday. Thank you for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable experience, which we will not hesitate to one day repeat.

The only thing is although we had the suite at the top and it was private due to our stay being out of season, this could be different in the busy season. Other than this NOTHING!:)

Book! You won't regret it. Absolutely loved this place. The moment you walk through the door you feel at home. Lovely decor. Staff really friendly& helpful, booked us a day trip to ourika valley & bus ticket to essaouira. Recommend both trips. Instructions on how to find the riad sent before arrival which was helpful, although recommend getting someone to find it for you to save you the stress. Terrace lovely spot to catch some rays.

Not a major problem but walls of room pretty thin.
