Lovely riad with helpful staff. The room are nicely decorated and clean.

Medina is like a maze. Make sure you contact the riad before arrival so they will send a staff to wait for you at the entrance. Do not let teenager take you to your riad. They will ask for money at the end. If you decide to use them, make sure you negotiate a price.

The staff. Loved them. they were very helpful. Pierre was extremely helpful in guiding us and giving us useful information to get around. FatimaZahra cooked us a chicken Tagine that was finger licking good!

We had no window, so a bit dark in the room. I like to be in bright rooms.

Beautiful rooms, great managers, awesome location. We travelled through Fez, Marrakech, Meknes, Essaouira and Casablanca and this place was by far the best. We only spent 1 night, but wished we spent more.

The Riad is located at the end of a small dark alley. When the door was opened, it felt like entering a different world. The Riad is beautifully decorated with a bit of European touch which shows Patricia's good taste. When I arrived at the Riad, my room was not ready yet. The owner Patricia offered me a pot of nice mint tea and had a friendly chat with me to keep me occupied. Although most of the staff do not speak good English (her son Pierre could speak some English), they always tried their best to make you feel at home and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. In the room I stayed there was no wifi connection and Patricia's husband quickly solved the problem by moving the booster to my room. It was also possible to request different breakfast other than just bread (such as corn flakes, fried eggs and omelette) and I found that quite nice. The dinner was nice as well.

There were a few small things which did bother me during my stay. The first thing was that the court yard was covered during the winter and the whole Riad could be quite smoky if someone smokes in the court yard. I suggest the Riad should adopt the non-smoking policy like all public places in Europe. The second thing is that the Riad is not very sound proof because of its structure or layout. If a guest brings a baby and stays at the Riad, the baby is most likely to cause disturbance to other guests, such as in my case. I was woken up once in the middle of night because the baby was crying and it was very annoying. During the day, if you stay in the room, you would probably to hear the conversation downstairs.

Patricia and her family are perfect hosts. Their staff is very able and welcomes you and your requests always with a smile. The Riad is new, very nice, clean and confortable, it's location is in a quiet place close to the souk. The internal hammam is an advantage if you want to exploit the maximum for your relax. The place has to be recomended

Very clean, nice interior design, quiet

Bossy owner/manager, the riad suggests using a neighbour's service for a taxi, but it's quite overpriced

The owner of the hotel and her son were very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very cozy. If you are planning to spend time in Medina region, I advise staying here.

The hotel is little bit difficult to find. Google Maps is showing the wrong street. Go to "Dar el Bacha" in Medina and ask the hotel to pick you up from there.

This is the most amazing place to stay - as it was our first time to Marrakech we were wary of where to stay, but Patricia and her staff couldn't have done more to ensure we had a wonderful, relaxing break. The Riad is beautiful and ideally situated as Gueliz and all the main sites of attraction are within walking distance. The breakfast and dinner in the Riad was fantastic and Patricia also gave us very sound advice about which restaurants to eat at. She was very perceptive as to what we wanted from our holiday and we left feeling rested, thoroughly catered for, looked after, and as if we now have a 'home from home' place in Marrakech that we will be sure to return to.

Patricia... Abdu... All the others in this riad, well know how you can live a dream in the heart of the medina in Marrakech. 15-20 minutes walking distance from El Fna and the new part of Marrakecch.

    Nothing from my side.

Absolutely beautifully decorated Riad, hidden away from the noise of the medina. It was very quiet in the riad - perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The hosts, Patricia and Pierre, really go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are very welcoming and friendly. All the staff members were super - very kind and friendly. Had a real family feel. The food was some of the best we had in Morocco - highly recommended. The breakfast was really good - and they try to accommodate any special requests. The dinner was fabulous. Best evening meal we had during our whole trip. The rooftop terrace is delightful - you can really relax there - again, probably the nicest we had seen during our whole trip. In short, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place.

Elegant and charming riad, with lovely roof terrace, clean and comfortable air -conditioned rooms and wonderful food. This place has only been open for a year and is very conveniently situated- a few minutes walk from the Palais Dar El Bacha drop-off point and the souks. It is already developing a loyal following: we met several couples who were back for their second trip. Nothing is too much trouble for Patricia, Pierre and their staff. Really good value- we're planning our next trip.

Everything about this Riad exceeded out expectations. Wonderful food, a gorgeous terrace and even a small pool to cool off in. The most wonderful aspect was the staff who could not do enough for us. Patricia's recommendations for food, drinks and activities were all perfect, and she really helped make the holiday as special as it was.

Location was perfect, only one minute walk to the small shops and 10 to 15 minutes to the square.Biggest plus was the excellent service. You could perfect cool down at the small swimming pool (approximately 4 square meter), considering it is a rather small Riad, we always had the swimming pool at other facilities by ourselves. A really good experience: Perfect location and perfect service, clean and beautiful decorated rooms.
