Perfect location , a beautiful clean and calm riad. The oweners absolutely amazing friendly and helpful people , caring for the visitors. The most amazing of all their kitty charlot who made our rainny afternoons a joy! Looking forward to be back
This really is the best place to stay in Marrakech. I can't recommend it highly enough, the service was the best I've known and we will definitely be staying there again in the future.
Everything! Pierre is great - nothing was too much trouble. He booked a restaurant for my birthday meal and even arranged a cake
The holiday was too short!!
Most friendly staff I have ever met Great Wifi Very homey English spoken here Best riad in Marrakech
We liked everything
Very kind staff, very clean, good breakfast. Nice and confortable rooms and bathrooms, beautiful terrace, nice decoration.
Maybe I would change the doors of the rooms, because are like a Big Window, only glass.
Service from Patricia and her son was above and beyond from organising excursions and taxi transfers to simply making us feel right at home. Amazing Riad!
Great Riad to stay in Marrakech. Very clean, nice and convenient to visit the city, but particularly I would emphasise that the owners made our stay very easy, always trying to help us and making sure we felt confortable in the Riad and in Marrakech. We felt like home! There is also a nice terrace and a small pool in the Riad to refresh after visiting the city. The water in the pool is so clean that it seems a glass instead of a pool, but the lovelly and pretty owner Patricia will be always there to make sure you dont fall in and offering towels ;) Definitely if you visit Marrakech this is the Riad you want to stay, not only for the beautiful of the building but also for the charming familly you will meet.
No comments. Everything was perfect.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, it felt like home away from home. The breakfast was delicious on all days of our stay. I would love to go stay in this Riad again if given a chance.
I really appreciated the service and welcoming, staff very friendly and helpful. The room very comfortable, clean and chic decoration. Totally is value for money, and I would like to recommend this Riad to other(young) traveler and also wanna come back to this Riad again. Love it!
The location quiet complicated and busy but not far from Ifnar market. Anyway, you will get a good advice from staff about the location and perfect welcoming.
Lovely riad with helpful staff. The room are nicely decorated and clean.
Medina is like a maze. Make sure you contact the riad before arrival so they will send a staff to wait for you at the entrance. Do not let teenager take you to your riad. They will ask for money at the end. If you decide to use them, make sure you negotiate a price.
Staff were wonderful. A real family run feel.
Breakfast was basic but perfectly fine.
Super clean room and helpful staffs, indeed breakfast is amazing.
Bit difficult to find, Google map is not collect.
The staff. Loved them. they were very helpful. Pierre was extremely helpful in guiding us and giving us useful information to get around. FatimaZahra cooked us a chicken Tagine that was finger licking good!
We had no window, so a bit dark in the room. I like to be in bright rooms.
Beautiful rooms, great managers, awesome location. We travelled through Fez, Marrakech, Meknes, Essaouira and Casablanca and this place was by far the best. We only spent 1 night, but wished we spent more.
Extremely helpful, tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They made phone calls, found maps, did all they could for us. Excellent stay, super hosts.
The service was excellent, made to fell very welcome.
The Riad is located at the end of a small dark alley. When the door was opened, it felt like entering a different world. The Riad is beautifully decorated with a bit of European touch which shows Patricia's good taste. When I arrived at the Riad, my room was not ready yet. The owner Patricia offered me a pot of nice mint tea and had a friendly chat with me to keep me occupied. Although most of the staff do not speak good English (her son Pierre could speak some English), they always tried their best to make you feel at home and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. In the room I stayed there was no wifi connection and Patricia's husband quickly solved the problem by moving the booster to my room. It was also possible to request different breakfast other than just bread (such as corn flakes, fried eggs and omelette) and I found that quite nice. The dinner was nice as well.
There were a few small things which did bother me during my stay. The first thing was that the court yard was covered during the winter and the whole Riad could be quite smoky if someone smokes in the court yard. I suggest the Riad should adopt the non-smoking policy like all public places in Europe. The second thing is that the Riad is not very sound proof because of its structure or layout. If a guest brings a baby and stays at the Riad, the baby is most likely to cause disturbance to other guests, such as in my case. I was woken up once in the middle of night because the baby was crying and it was very annoying. During the day, if you stay in the room, you would probably to hear the conversation downstairs.
Patricia and her family are perfect hosts. Their staff is very able and welcomes you and your requests always with a smile. The Riad is new, very nice, clean and confortable, it's location is in a quiet place close to the souk. The internal hammam is an advantage if you want to exploit the maximum for your relax. The place has to be recomended
Very clean, nice interior design, quiet
Bossy owner/manager, the riad suggests using a neighbour's service for a taxi, but it's quite overpriced
A discreet yet stylishly understated riad, in which Patricia and her staff provided a really warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay
The owner of the hotel and her son were very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very cozy. If you are planning to spend time in Medina region, I advise staying here.
The hotel is little bit difficult to find. Google Maps is showing the wrong street. Go to "Dar el Bacha" in Medina and ask the hotel to pick you up from there.
if you are looking for old town and great people stay here. its a small family business, great location, staff. see you soon
