Nothing at all :)
Mohammed was amazing, he helped us with ALL our excursions, extremely friendly and will try speaking all languages to help you, the rooms are very traditional marrocon style quirky and nice :) the Owners of the Riad especially the wife was sooooo kind and nice :) thank you ! made our stay amazing
internet did not reach the bedrooms, cheap toilet paper/ no spare in the rooms, the rooms were extremely cold, fire place not working, toilet seat broke off. no plugs in sinks or bath that fitted
Having to make your own room up . No food or drinks available
Staff friendliness Beautiful interior
Poor breakfast Road to city center was shocking
We did get to stay in a riad in the old section of Marrakech.
Dusty. Towels stiff and not very clean. No bathrobe/slippers .....and a $200/night room. Amenities meager. Owner/hostess nice one moment and short the next. Other riads picked up or made arrangements for arrival. Ours just said the taxi driver was stupid for not getting us closer.
The amtosphere was nice and staff took care about us. The rooms where clean and looked nice and traditional.
The Hotel is far away from the big square and even for taxi drivers very hard to find. The staff did not speak english only frensh and arrabic which made it sometimes very hard to get the right information. Dinner in the Hotel itself was sometimes good but very expensive compared to other restaurants.
