There is honestly nothing one can complain about.
To be thorough, we did have an unfortunate sanitary problem on the first night, but the staff (Adil was amazingly helpful) and hosts were so helpful, generous, and forthcoming with a solution that we felt it DEFINITELY added to the positives of our stay!
The most welcoming, honest, and helpful hosts.
Genuinely friendly and helpful staff.
Professional staff at every level!
Great architecture of the riad, and an amazing restoration job.
Elegant interior design, with much originality, and a great selection of furniture.
Very comfortable bed and linen.
Huge, comfortable, bathroom (Red Room, but we checked all the rooms and they are all one greater than the other!)
Healthy, generous, and yummy breakfast.
Great cooking if you care about reserving dinner at the riad.
Waking up to the sound of hundreds of birds filling the orange trees in the patio.
No TV and no phones in any of the rooms (please keep it that way: tranquility!)
In the heart of the medina (like many of the Fez riads).
Easy parking (we drove into Fez from Casablanca, on our way to Tanger).
Great travel and eating out advice and help from hosts and team.
And... there is a swimming pool in the making: we will definitely be back!
Our stay was too short (2 nights): Fez definitely deserve at least a 3 to 5 nights stay.
Thank you Cathy, Fred, and Thierry, and all the members of this wonderful team !
