The restaurant/hall is rather cold and has a strange smell (of cleaner/disinfectant?). Plastic tablecloths (!) give an authentic moroccan feel. This was the only guesthouse in Morocco where we were served cold, stale Msmen (crispy flat bread) for breakfast - usually it is warm and freshly made. No hot water two out of three days. A bit on the pricey side for all that.
Mouna and Simon and their staff are welcoming and helpful. Dinner was excellent. Absolutely adored the three (!) terraces, where you can have breakfast and generally hang out - nice view over the medina and the adjoining park. Easy to find, good location with parking nearby. Rooms are lovingly decorated, if somewhat small (very little place for luggage). Some rooms have an anteroom, which is nice.
