Generally, I was very satisfied with this riad. The only problem I had was that the TV was not working. Heating was quite weak so sometimes it felt a bit cold, but I heard Moroccans themselves don't really have it.
Oh, and asked the owner to provide an early breakfast. He assured I can have it, but it seems that the boy on duty simply overslept. No big deal, but I wanted to tip him. His service was good, otherwise.
First of all, this riad is very close to Jamma el Fna, located on a wide, well lit road. You will not feel uncomfortable going back there at night. Easy to find, too, unlike most other roads in the Medina.
The riad is spacious, with large rooms. I especially liked the courtyard with two large trees and comfy sofas. Tea was free so I enjoyed sitting there sipping it while browsing the internet or just chatting to other guests.
The owner is very friendly and eager to answer your questions on Marrakech or anything else.
My room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable. It looked somewhat grim, but I guess that's traditional Maroccan style.
