The riad is amazing. We had a room at the top with its own terrace. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The owners and staff were very welcoming and we're most helpful. We had a fantastic stay.

If you find stairs difficult don,t choose the rooms at the top as there are lots of steps, but for us it was worth it for the views and the quietness.

very nice personnel, very helpful; excellent breakfast. The building is very beautiful and very serene and peaceful. Very nie views from the terrace.

The rooms were of a fair size yet our soon has to sleep in a floor matrass; they forgot to make up our room since they were in the attic but they did after our remark. This room have nice terrace but since the communal terrace is also there the room was very noisy at night. The other rooms in the riad seem much better.

Beautiful Riad. Splendid room with rooftop access for a stunning view. Lovely Riad garden breakfast location. We ware welcomed with mint tea and treats after a long journey - much appreciated. The staff were very helpful with booking a late dinner at local restaurant Morocco style.

Rushed sales pitch for an expensive guide on arrival. Please add this to hotel advance booking option in future if its so essential and of such high quality.

This is a perfectly renovated riad, right on the edge of the medina. Easy access by car and a great walk into the medina. Very friendly staff, Malika and Mohamed. Very tasty diner. Will surely come back.

The manager was so pleasant and willing to help with anything we asked. It was a perfect position just 10 minutes from The blue gate.

There were 50 steps up to the bedroom! After a day of walking it was the only thing we could fault.

Good location, the house and the riad looks big, the terrace pretty nice but not much seats and tables.

The only receptionist wasnt a big help and not really nice, the heater didnt function, we had to ask for heating, the sylvesterdinner was quite poor for the price, also the breakfast was very poor. Stuff : the receptionist and the cook were trying to make the best but were constantly overstrained, stressed and angry, even not many guests.

Very good breakfast. The room was amazing!! Was everything really clean. That is a wonderful terrace in the roof with a great view. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The whole area of the hotel is amazingly beautiful. Recommended.

It is not soo close to the entrance of the Medina. But the manager will help you taking you there and once you know the way everything is very easy!

Lovely Riad at the start of the Medina, close to both the Blue Gate with a parking lot at a minute walking distance. They're based in that part of the medina where you still know where you are.

Make sure you have good directions if you come by taxi because they'll drop you off at the roundabout five minutes from the Riad. Also, the Hamman was not operational when we were there.

(+)The Riad: breath-taking Riad, wonderfully decorated with Moroccan designs. (+)The rooms: the authentic Moroccan architecture is preserved. Authentic, chic and elegant. (+) The patisserie: the Riad has a great cook who prepares excellent Moroccan cookies.

(-)The location: make sure someone from the reception or a trustworthy person guides you to the Riad. You will not be able to find it on your own. It doesn't seem very safe at night. (-) The services mentioned on their profile are not always available. The swimming pool was empty and the hammam was out of service. (-) Expect a French style breakfast: classy but not generous.

The staff were great and it was very clean and very quiet. we got the big suite on the roof and it was a great value for money!

The riad was so clean and quiet that it wasn't very comfortable to hang out in the public area... some of the other rooms we saw were small.

A beautiful slice of serenity, tucked a short walk from the hub bub of the Blue Gates and chaos of the Medina. Incredibly clean, beautiful, comfortable and secure accommodation in what a local friend tells me is the 'right side of town'.

I think a short note on the website to say that it's a short walk from where the taxi can drop you would be good. My driver told me to get out and follow a boy to the Riad. What I hadn't realised is that it is in a pedestrian area and thought that the taxi driver was trying to rip me off - being a solo female traveller I was naturally a bit sceptical. Upon arrival outside I still thought I'd been taken to the wrong address, until the door opened and I caught a glimpse of inside and then my doubts were banished and I wished I was spending longer here.

    Clean and nice interior

The staff was not very cooperative or accommodating, although the owner was nice. They were pushing their own tour guide and driver, and at the end, they were a bit abrasive during the check out process. Overall the unprofessional staff was a bit jarring, when we checked in and checked out.
