The owners and staff are wonderful, so helpful and kind. The Riad is in a great location and the rooms are beautiful
The owners and staff were first class as were the amenities. Peaceful and relaxing with lovely food.
Beautiful riad with very helpful owners. A wonderful place to return to at the end of each day.
When you walk into the courtyard, it is like leaving the modern world and the bustling medina behind. Alex and Yasmine have thought of everything, from sending the staff to escort you so you don't get lost, to a complimentary glass of kir to their dinner guests.
There's nothing I didn't like. I would move in if I could.
Everything especially the professionalism of the owners, fantastic hosts.
Noisy air conditioning in our room.
The owners were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, recommending a guide and help with onward travel. A perfect stay.
Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the iced mint tea on arrival was a very nice touch. The whole hotel had a very authentic feel with out loosing any comfort. All the food was delicious (I highly recommend Fatima's lamb tagine - best meal I had in Morocco). Location was great, inside the medina but just out of the hustle and bustle.
Very hard to fault.
Meals were delicious, room spacious and service excellent. Charming accommodation and excellent location
Entrance is through a building site, not their fault, just a bit off putting, but once you are in the door it is great
Words cannot describe the hospitality and warmth of Yasmine, Alex and Douha. We arrived at the Riad in the afternoon and were welcome by Douha with a lovely mint tea. After checking in she took the time out to explain to us how to get around the town and things we needed to see during our short stay there. The rooms are really quaint and nicely decorated. The riad itself is an oasis where you can relax after a long day. All the staff were helpful and took really good care of us. Yasmine and Alex the owners also came through the next day and welcome us. We had lovely chats with them in terms of what to do, how to shop in the souks and whatever else we wanted to know. They are such genuine people and are excellent ambassadors of their Riad. We also went to dinner at Palais Faraj. Which was excellent. Douha arranged everything for us and we had a super time. We are so grateful for having chosen to stay here. On the day we left we were given water and cookies for energy.
Liked everything about the Riad. The owners and staff are most attentive and helpful. It is clean and beautiful and a treat to visit
hosts (Yasmine, Alexandre, Douae) were exceptionally friendly and engaging. The room was beautifully appointed and included a minibar. Everything was exceptionally clean. The common areas are impeccably restored and look very traditional. The rooftop terrace is an awesome place to have breakfast, dinner, relax and take in the best views of Fes. The cooking class with house chef Fatima was a fantastic addition to our stay.
Having to leave :)
Excellent Riad. We feel like a Calife in this place!!!!
This Riad is lovely. We enjoyed the serenity of the beautiful courtyard and the roof terrace. Our rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The delightful owners were lovely hosts, greeting us each morning and making sure we were well taken care of, and the staff were all charming and attentive.
The place is great. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful decor, every detail and an amazing roof top terrace overall exceptional service. Yasmine and Alexandre are great. You feel at home.
A real discovery - an oasis from the bustling medina run by a delightful couple. Ideal location, very comfortable room and good food
Fabulous. Great food.
Fantastic Riad. Great rooms, wonderful hosts. Dinner on arrival was sublime! Best meal we had in Morrocco. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.
The riad is beautiful -- a work of art. The owner and staff were extremely attentive, pleasant, and helpful. To location was perfect for exploring the medina.
Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was excellent, from the service and the food to the amazing suite.
Having to leave after only three nights.
Excellent in all respects. Yasmine, Alexandre the owners and their staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We only had dinner in on one night but the meal was excellent. We stayed in some great Riads but this was the best
Lovely helpful staff who were very kind to us
Altogether beautiful - great and caring staff, beautiful place, delicious food.
This hotel was fantastic! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended!
Staff were extremely friendly, especially the owner. They were informative and gave us lots of attention, sometimes too much.
There is a bad sewage smell in the hotel, I hope they resolve it soon. Our room was a bit small, but lovely decor and great shower. On our first night we got a bad recommendation to an over-priced tourist restaurant, while we were looking for something more authentic. But the following day the staff gave us a better suggestion. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant only serves dinner with advanced booking, which makes things less spontaneous and on our arrival day it was closed anyway.
The staff was the friendliest. They greeted us warmly, gave us maps and verbal directions to the best restaurants and sights, arranged for an early breakfast as we had an extra early departure time, and anticipated our every need. The room was beautifully appointed, with Moroccan artifacts throughout.
