The Riad was for us a little peaceful haven in the middle of moody Fes. The patio on top is wonderful and allows a great view of the city. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room we had (Vanille) was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our 2-nights stay there! The Riad IS hard to find. Even with the map that we received, I strongly suggest to get someone from the Riad to get you or pay someone in the streets to get you there the first time. We had one diner at the hotel and the price was high, in my opinion, for what we got. The food was good, but not great. The only other thing I would say is that the beds are quite hard. I would still strongly recommend this Riad.

Friendly ,efficient and very helpful staff. Nothing seemed too much for them in a city where help and advice is needed more than most. The location is excellent having the character of being in the Medina but also only a short walk from taxis when needed.

I liked the hotel staff. they were very nice, especially hadidža who showed us everything anf even went with us to the traditional spa:) i also liked the decoration of the hotel which was morrocan and the location. the riad is placed in the old city so we had 5 minutes walk to thee medina. well, the thing that disappointed me was the water. it wasn't so hot at all. sometimes, it was even cold. i found out that the owner has the solar system on the terrace. so, when the sun wasn't shining so much, the water wasn't hot also. the other thing that bothered me was the turkish steam bath. it is written that there is one in the riad but when we came there, there wasn't any.

Nice riad, friendly staff, good service. As with most riads, it is a bit noisy in that you can hear everything happening in the riad. The rooms are not soundproof.

Very friendly personal, the help you with any query and even outside the hotel. The hotel itself is located in a marvelous place and it's very beautiful. The room we stayed (Muscade) was taken from a fairy tail. The food in the hotel is good and very abundant, not cheap but good in ratio quality/price (full menu for 17€/p)

“Lovely Riad, convienent for access to the medina. Very quiet and beautifuly apointed. Staff can arrange transfers and guides, as well as evening meals. But best to go into medina and try some of the local eateries. Rooms are lovely and cool, beds are very comfortable. Great having a pool to cool off in in the summer months and the view from the roof top is amazing. Would use this riad again.” Ellaine, Dunfermline |
