The food, the rooms although a bit tight in some. The staff was so friendly. Perfect location off a side street. Small and familial. Love the plunge pool in the middle.
Everything was excellent; the food was great, the staff was very helpful and the riad was very clean, looking beautiful day and night.
Friendly atmosphere, nice and peaceful. Nice location helpful staff.
Bed in Grey Room very hard and uncomfortable. TV don't work in all rooms.
Personel was great both Said and Muhammed helped us welcomed us in a very nice way.
The peacefulness and the beauty of Riad Le Rihani together with the high standard trained and friendly staff have made our stay at Le Rihani an unforgettable experience. Le Rihani had the most delicious food! Totally recommend it!!
Staff were great, the roof terrace was perfect after a day in the souks. The airport pick up was reasonable value and simply essential for anyone who's not visited Marrakech before.
There's nothing to dislike about the Riad, but it's not simple to find. You need a good map and a good memory to find it inside the labyrinth of Marrakech.
This trip was perfect, the staff were very kind and attentive. The Riad was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. All of this just minutes from the Medina. I would stay there again.
Really pretty oasis of tranquillity away from the madness of the medina. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Food good and drinks reasonably priced. We found our room really quiet and we were not disturbed by the call for prayer which we've experienced in the past elsewhere in the city.
The down side of a rihad is they are tucked away through passageways infested by dying cats and kittens which our 11 year old found really distressing - can't say I we enjoyed that aspect either.
THe staff were brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious, and the ambience cool, relaxing and welcoming.
I could not have chosen a better place to stay Pn every level Rhianni exceeded my expectations The beauty, the food and the decor were all excellent but the staff was beyond expectations The warmth and comfort we felt was incredible If you're going to Marrakech this is the best place to stay
Nothing not to like
Location Food Lovely room
Genuine local atmosphere; excellent food. The staff could not have been kinder. Very willing to help us find our way round, booking restaurants and taxis.
Bedroom needed more light
We thought the Riad was v authentic, clean, quiet, welcoming and happy place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location - felt uncomfortable walking back late at night.
This Riad is a perfect Oasis from the chaos of Marrakech. Walking distance from everywhere in the Medina. Such a peaceful retreat and a great stay.
Sometimes slow to find staff for service
Entire staff always ensured that our 5-day stay was relaxing and comfortable - and just exactly as exciting as we desired. Can't praise them enough! A lovely riad, so glad we didn't choose a "regular hotel"!
Good location and attentive staff
No drinkining water and tea making facilities provided
Very good location in the medina. The atmosphere was great, very quiet and nice. The breakfast and dinner was very good. Nice hammam and massage booth. Highly recommend this Riad.
Really excellent staff, and beautiful rooms around a cool, calming courtyard, which provides an escape from the heat and intensity of the city outside.
Very few complaints. We spotted one cockroach, which is probably unavoidable in this town.
this was HEAVEN on earth!! Everything was PERFECT! Can't say one thing negative about it!!
The staff were all super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. On occasions we felt like we had the whole Rhiad to ourselves...home from home!!! A little haven in amoungst the craziness of Marrakech. Fantastic location...couldn't be better!!!!!! Breakfast basic but traditional Morroccan...evening meal stunning if a little more expensive than eating out at one of the restaurants. Overall, if I could cope with another trip back to Marrakech I would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt!!!
the Riad was really quite pretty. The setting on the roof top with the beds was fantastic. The garden area was also nice. Staff very accommodating.
The whole experience at the Riad was fantastic. The staff were very happy to help in any way and the food was gorgeous.
The only issue was the Wifi. The Wifi in the lower ground floor was excellent. The wifi for the bedrooms was not so good. We could only get the wifi outside of our room. So if a working holiday as ours was, a better wifi connection in the rooms would be the only small issue. Other than that, we loved loved loved the whole experience.
The very beautiful riad is extremely well located a 5-minute walk from the main Djemaa el Fna square, the décor is tasteful, the rooms well appointed and the staff extremely friendly - excellent welcome, excellent service throughout. The food is good too - especially the beef skewers and Moroccan salad starters; couldn't get enough of the aubergine caviar...! Loved that a hammam, massages, roof-top terrace and a pool are all onsite too. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The hammam was a bit difficult to work - or maybe it was just us..? Make sure to ask the staff how it works before going in! The pool was beautiful but could do with a little clean.
The location was excellent and riad was done up beautifully
The breakfast was very unimpressive - we were given one banana and one kiwi fruit between 5 of us. The rest was just bread and jam.
The Riad was very peacefully located yet within minutes' walk of Jmaa el Fna and the Souks. We woke every morning to the sound of birdsong amongst the orange and lemon trees in the courtyard. The rooms were very stylishly decorated with antiques and African artefacts and the building had some wonderful old doors, painted ceilings and tiled rooms. The roof terrace was perfect with huge, comfortable shaded beds and sofas and great views of the snow covered Atlas mountains over the rooftops. We had a delicious Moroccan meal on the first evening and a relaxing treatment in the Hammam - all in all a most enjoyable stay.
